Ranaway From Wedding, Fell into Tycoon's Love Trap-Chapter 354 I Can Take Care of You Along the Way
Sensing someone approaching from behind, Alice Turner instinctively turned around. Seeing it was Thomas Fisher, she hastily said to Sophia Wood on the other end of the call, "Mom! They’re starting to board now, I’ll hang up first. Anything else, we’ll talk when I get back."
After saying this, she hurriedly hung up the phone without caring about the reaction on the other end.
As Thomas Fisher walked over, he heard Alice Turner call out "Mom." That’s when he realized she was talking to her mother on the phone, a faint hint of a smile appearing on his lips.
"They’re boarding now, let’s go."
Thomas Fisher stepped aside, waiting for Alice Turner to proceed first. She gave him a dazed look and then headed towards the boarding gate.
Seeing this, Thomas Fisher quickly followed her.
"Where’s your seat?"
After boarding, Thomas Fisher didn’t head to his first class seat but instead followed Alice Turner to economy class. 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝒆𝒘𝙚𝓫𝙣𝙤𝒗𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
Expecting that they would separate after boarding, Alice Turner was quite puzzled and awkward to see Thomas Fisher following her all the way. "Is your seat here too?"
A well-off young man like him surely must be in first class, she thought.
With such an assumption, she didn’t bother clarifying her stance when he mentioned they were traveling together.
"No, but I can switch places with the person next to you. We agreed to travel together,"
After saying that, Thomas Fisher added with a smile, "I can look after you along the way."
He was trading first class for economy; surely someone would be willing to swap seats with him.
Regardless of Alice Turner’s reaction or what she might think, Thomas Fisher was determined to follow his heart.
As he anticipated, he quickly managed to change his seat.
Looking at the happily seated Thomas Fisher beside her, Alice Turner felt extremely uneasy inside, but she didn’t know how to show it.
"Do you want a blanket? I’ll ask for one for you."
Without waiting for Alice Turner’s reply, Thomas Fisher raised his hand and pressed the call button for the flight attendant.
In no time, the flight attendant came over with the characteristic smile and politely asked, "Sir! Is there anything I can help you with?"
"Bring me a blanket."
Thomas Fisher didn’t hold back and directly made his request.
"Please wait a moment!"
The flight attendant took a blanket from the overhead compartment and handed it to Thomas Fisher, confirming he needed nothing else before leaving.
Holding the blanket, Thomas Fisher turned to drape it over Alice Turner, but paused when he saw her instinctively flinch.
"Here!"
He hesitated for a moment and then handed the blanket to her.
"Thank you!"
Alice Turner thought about refusing, but realized that rejecting his goodwill might seem a bit over the top, so she graciously accepted his kindness.
"No need to thank me. Thomas and I are best buddies, it’s only right for me to take care of you," Thomas Fisher chuckled, adding, "If you need anything, just let me know, don’t be shy."
After saying this, he shifted around to find a comfortable spot to sit, but no matter how he sat, he couldn’t get comfortable.
Seeing the man beside her shifting restlessly, Alice Turner knew it was because the seat was uncomfortable. Unable to hold back, she tilted her head and asked, "This can’t compare to first class at all, can it? If you’re not used to it, why don’t you switch back with that person?"
She’s flown in various classes and knows the differences between them.
