Player Awakening: I Become A Lord In Game-Like World-Chapter 43: First Aid in Alliance
Caleb opened his game map. Almost the entire west, south, and east had been explored, with 37 treasure caves having been explored.
There were 3 remaining treasure caves that had not been explored and were located in the far northwest of the continent.
Of the 37, Caleb saw that there were 7 high-level treasure caves and 12 medium-level treasure caves, with the rest being low-level treasure caves.
Since Liliana desperately needed a commander, her choice fell on a high-level treasure cave or a medium-level treasure cave.
"I’d better give her the coordinates of the medium-level treasure cave," explained Caleb.
"If she’s lucky, she can get a random commander with the highest level at A Class," Caleb replied.
Caleb pressed each of the treasure caves, displaying the coordinates of each mid-level treasure cave, so that Caleb got about 12 coordinates for 12 mid-level treasure caves.

From Liliana’s direction, she got the message and opened it right away. From the panel and the open file, a game map was displayed with red arrow dots pointing to 12 treasure cave locations.
However, Liliana had explored 5 of them, so there were only seven treasure caves left to explore. The girl was certainly grateful to Caleb.
"If you’ve explored them all, I can guarantee you can get a commander, even if it’s only an A Class level and a random commander," Caleb replied.
"That’s enough, at least there will be someone to guard the town hall if I get scared," explained Liliana.
Caleb smiled slightly, a bitter honesty about the reality of the situation. Still, Liliana’s mentality seemed to be taking shape.
She realized that to survive in this game, fighting and defending oneself was the only solution.
Even though she has admitted it, Liliana still refuses to kill other players. The girl thinks that they share the same fate as Liliana, so killing them just to save her life would be unethical.
Liliana looked back. She said she needed to go back to her city. She needed to keep an eye on the construction of the stone hall.
Before she left, Caleb called Liliana. The two cities are quite close to each other, there was also a gate in the east of Sovereign_Night city. Caleb suggested something to her.
"Connect your stone wall to me. That way, you will be safe from the siege," replied Caleb.
"I don’t have enough stone wall. Maybe next time I will do it, Caleb," said Liliana.
Caleb nodded. He also couldn’t force it on Liliana; after all, the girl needed a lot of stone resources for things that were important to her, such as stone walls or technological research needs.
The man looked ahead, at the 15-meter-thick wall, which he thought was not very strong, certainly not with a durability of 1000/1000.
For ordinary troops, it would be difficult to breach it. However, unlike a siege, which could destroy this fragile wall in two attacks with large boulders.
Caleb looked back, clearly seeing that the town hall was in the process of being upgraded from level 4 to level 5. The renovation was ongoing, with 42 hours left.
"She’s a beautiful girl," William complimented, surprising Caleb.
"So, she is the whore that the player named Leon said about? I don’t see her as a whore," William replied.
"Did you listen to my talk with Leon?" asked Caleb.
"I was there to escort you, how could I not hear your conversation," William replied.
Caleb sighed, looked sideways at Leonidas, who was calmer, not as chatty as William.
"Do you want to say something, Leonidas?" Caleb asked.
"We need to draw up a plan to prevent the enemy forces from attacking without our knowledge, sir," Leonidas replied, firmly.
"True, but no one stupid enough would want to attack me right now. Even CL_Ellise might think twice about attacking me," Caleb replied.
"Anticipation is a must, my lord. I don’t want our carelessness to bring destruction to you and your city," Leonidas said.
’He always acts seriously and alertly. Is that shaped by his past experience?’ Caleb asked.
In accordance with what Leonidas wanted, Caleb ordered the man to start patrolling, patrolling around the city of Sovereign_Night and around the annexed territory of Great_Dao, where there were stone mine workers.
"Then what is my job?" asked William, Caleb was silent, then stepped aside to approach the Blacksmith building.
Of the five technologies available, Caleb has only learned one. Now, there are four other technologies that Caleb must learn immediately so that he is not burdened in the future.
[Blacksmith]
[Technology:]
[First Forging: 150 wood || 100 food || 150 gold] [Increase ATK INF +5] [3 hour]
[Scale Barding: 100 wood || 200 food || 100 gold] [Increase DEF CVR +5] [3 hour]
[Fletching: 150 wood || 150 food || 150 gold] [Increase ATK ARC +5] [3 hour]
[First Sword: 100 wood || 150 food || 200 gold] [Increase ATK CVR +5] [3 hour]
A detailed building panel appeared in front of Caleb, displaying four technologies that were ready to be researched.
It was lucky for Caleb because he had defeated John, so he had obtained a sufficient supply of resources from him.
Caleb could research all four, but he could only research one. He chose the First Sword technology.
"Since the strongest unit right now is the Heavy Scout and I have a lot of them, the First Sword is worth researching," Caleb explained.
[Technology Type: Military]
[Building: Blacksmith]
[Technology Name: First Sword]
[Cost: 100 wood || 150 food || 200 gold]
[Increases Cavalry ATK by +5]
[Research Time:]

From the panel, the duration for technology research takes three hours. At the moment, the time shows one o’clock in the afternoon.
To fully study four technologies in one day, it takes 12 hours to complete them in shifts. With that kind of time, Caleb will get his benefits after past 12:00 midnight.
Caleb turned to the side, looking at William. He ordered William to stand by, Caleb also needed an additional Heavy Scout unit after losing eight units due to the war.
"I shall be ready if you command, sir."
"All right. The alliance matters are done, all that’s left is to strengthen the army and the economy."
