Playboy: Medical and Martial Master-Chapter 76: Breaking the Yang Transformation Technique (Part 1)
After hastily tidying up, Sun Zhe took a taxi straight to Lin Shuqing’s home.
Lin Shuqing’s home, a luxurious mansion, was very close to the Boli Music Academy.
Standing outside the main gate, Sun Zhe admired the magnificent house and couldn’t help but sigh inwardly.
To own such a detached mansion in a bustling area of Yang City... Shuqing’s background must be extraordinary. Could she be the heiress of some corporation, only teaching at the music academy as a hobby?
While he was lost in thought, a maid who looked to be in her fifties came and opened the gate. "Hello, you must be Dr. Sun, right?"
Sun Zhe nodded politely and smiled. "Hello, I’m Sun Zhe."
The maid said excitedly, "I’ve heard the Miss talk about you! Dr. Sun, thank you for healing my young lady’s throat!"
Soon after, the maid led Sun Zhe into the living room.
In the spacious and luxurious living room, Lin Shuqing, dressed in an elegant house dress, was at a long dining table preparing a candlelight dinner. Looking at her exquisite and graceful figure, Sun Zhe couldn’t help but recall that "difficult" night in the small motel.
He walked over to her side, feeling a bit awkward. "A candlelight dinner? Do we have to be this romantic?"
Lin Shuqing smiled gently, glanced at the maid, and said, "Mrs. Liu, you can go now. I’ll take it from here."
Now that her throat had fully recovered, her voice was captivating and as melodious as a warbler emerging from a valley, utterly enchanting.
"Yes, Miss."
A short while later, after Mrs. Liu had left, Sun Zhe smiled. "Seems like your throat has recovered nicely."
"It’s all thanks to you," Lin Shuqing replied, glancing back at him. Seeing his smiling face, her mood suddenly grew complex. She said coyly, "And you can still find it in you to smile."
Sun Zhe froze for a moment. "Why can’t I smile?"
Lin Shuqing sighed. "If you understood just how vicious the Yang Transformation Technique you were afflicted with is, I doubt you’d still be smiling."
Seeing Lin Shuqing’s serious demeanor, the smile on Sun Zhe’s face gradually vanished.
Lin Shuqing continued, "After being inflicted with the Yang Transformation Technique, there are no abnormalities for the first few days. You’ll seem like a normal person. But gradually, as this evil technique takes effect, you will begin to age rapidly and grow increasingly weak."
"Furthermore, you will lose your ability in *that* department. To put it bluntly... you’ll become impotent."
Upon hearing this, Sun Zhe felt a chill run through him, and his hatred for Gu Lingxue grew even deeper. He asked urgently, "You said on the phone that you could break this Yang Transformation Technique. Is that true?"
For some reason, a blush crept onto Lin Shuqing’s cheeks. She nodded and said, "Let’s eat first. I’ll help you after dinner."
"I made tonight’s dinner myself. I just hope you’re used to Western food."
Sun Zhe’s eyes were fixed on the exquisitely plated foie gras and steak, his appetite instantly whetted. "This is amazing," he praised. "I never expected you to have skills like this. But I am a little worried."
"What are you worried about?"
Sun Zhe scratched his head. "I have a big appetite. I’m worried this might not be enough for me."
Lin Shuqing rolled her eyes at him. "I specifically invited you for dinner, so of course I’ll make sure you get your fill."
After a leisurely meal, Sun Zhe rubbed his slightly bulging belly and followed Lin Shuqing up to the second floor.
Lin Shuqing led him directly into a spacious room. The room was rather plain and simple, with only a mattress placed in the center. Surrounding the mattress were circles of unlit candles.
It looked like some sort of ancient ritual, which Sun Zhe found a bit strange.
"Shuqing, what is all this...?"
Lin Shuqing didn’t answer. She turned her back to him, crouched down, and began lighting the candles one by one with a lighter.
Sun Zhe asked, "Do you need any help?"
Lin Shuqing shook her head and suddenly asked, "Sun Zhe, you’re a Martial Artist, right?"
Sun Zhe was taken aback. "You knew all along, didn’t you?"
Lin Shuqing pursed her lips into a slight smile. "A normal person can’t exactly leap through the woods while carrying someone on their back."
Sun Zhe chuckled. "I was just so worried about you being bitten by a snake that I didn’t think about anything else."
Lin Shuqing suddenly said, "Actually, I’m something of a Martial Artist myself."
Sun Zhe was surprised. "You too?"
Looking somewhat embarrassed, Lin Shuqing said, "But I’m very lazy. I’m still only at the Body Refining Stage. And the Cultivation Technique my grandmother gave me before she passed away... I haven’t really practiced it much."
"I see."
Lin Shuqing suddenly stood up, turned to face Sun Zhe, and asked, "Do you remember what happened at the motel that night?"
"I remember," Sun Zhe said. "My fingers got all wrinkly—"
"That’s not what I’m talking about!" Lin Shuqing’s face flushed crimson as she hastily cut him off, chiding coquettishly, "What on earth is going on in that head of yours?"
Sun Zhe scratched his head, feeling wronged. "Then what did you want to talk about?"
Lin Shuqing said seriously, "That night at the motel, I told you that whoever could cure my throat, I would give myself to them."
"Strictly speaking, that talisman didn’t just render me mute. Over time, it would have killed me."
"So, you’re my savior."
Sun Zhe met her gaze, his voice uncertain. "So, you mean..."
"To be honest," Lin Shuqing said, "breaking the Yang Transformation Technique you’re afflicted with will require us to combine."
Sun Zhe’s eyes widened. "Combine?"
Lin Shuqing lowered her head, her voice barely a whisper. "It means... Dual Cultivation."
Sun Zhe was speechless.
Lin Shuqing’s cheeks puffed out slightly as she looked away and muttered, "What kind of reaction is that...? Anyway, I’ve already made up my mind. Just think of it as me repaying you for saving my life."
"I’m going to bathe first. If you’re willing, take off your clothes and lie down on the mattress. I’ll be back shortly."
With that, she turned and hurried away.
Alone in the room, Sun Zhe looked at the shimmering candlelight on the floor and let out a long breath. He then took off his clothes, stepped over the candles, and obediently lay down on the mattress.
His emotions were a complicated mess.
I just hope Shuqing can really help me break this Yang Transformation Technique. At this point, I have no other choice.
Time crawled by. After what felt like an eternity to Sun Zhe, the sound of light footsteps suddenly came from outside the door.
Sun Zhe’s heart skipped a beat, and he instantly grew tense.
As the door swung open, a graceful figure slowly entered.
"Shuqing..."
Seeing Lin Shuqing in a white gauze dress, her long hair cascading down her back, Sun Zhe was momentarily stunned.
At that moment, Lin Shuqing looked like a fairy who had stepped right out of a storybook. She exuded an ethereal, otherworldly aura, as if she didn’t belong to the mortal realm. The white gauze dress covering her exquisite body was faintly translucent and embroidered with mystical patterns.
Perhaps for the sake of convenience, she wore nothing underneath the gauze dress, allowing the three points of her feminine allure to be faintly visible.
Sun Zhe just couldn’t understand why she was wearing a white mask. The mask, white and expressionless, transformed her from a perfect fairy into a mysterious Witch.
"Sun Zhe, you don’t need to do anything from now on. Just lie still and leave everything to me."
Looking at the naked Sun Zhe lying on the mattress, Lin Shuqing’s face, hidden behind the mask, couldn’t help but blush. Even though she had already steeled her resolve to save him, seeing that massive thing with her own eyes still made her nervous.
Could something that big really fit inside?
