Li Pin, Fang Chunyang, Xu Anping, and the others arrived on the ravaged land of the Twin Moon Domain.

Six years ago, a war broke out between the three Ancient Gods, Scorching Sun and the Violet and Silver Twin Moons.

It was a battle unlike any in history. The Scorching Sun had merged with the colossal sun overhead, spanning 220,000 kilometers in diameter. The Violet and Silver Moons, on the other hand, had each fused with one of the two moons, each measuring 40,000 kilometers in diameter.

The Twin Moons' pursuit of Scorching Sun alone threw the tides into chaos, triggering relentless tsunamis, hurricanes, and earthquakes. When Scorching Sun drew too close, the land suffered droughts and wildfires; when it drifted too far, blizzards and harsh cold swept across the world.

Crops withered, forests burned, and coastlines froze. Species went extinct at a rate unseen in millennia. Each year, the death toll among the domain's inhabitants rose by billions.

Before him lay a city that had once housed tens of thousands. The sudden shift in climate had buried it under a deadly blizzard. A layer of snow, more than ten meters thick, entombed everything.

He politely cupped his hands. "The other pioneers aren't a concern, but you.... Honestly, I can't quite grasp your intentions. No matter what you plan, I've come here today to ask that you refrain from interfering in Baili Qingfeng's upcoming battle with the Ancient Gods."

"You've taught them to better control their power?" Li Pin asked. "On the surface, these Ancient Gods appear to still be following the storyline. But in truth, everything has changed, hasn't it? It's more like a staged play now."

He was curious. "How did you convince these high and mighty Ancient Gods to listen to you?"

Mu Yunsheng smiled confidently before turning into a streak of light and vanishing into the snow-covered land.

"He seems quite confident," Fang Chunyang remarked.

Xu Anping turned to Li Pin. "If he succeeds... then, Captain, what happens to us?"

Li Pin didn't answer. Instead, he gazed at the fierce battle of the Ancient Gods in the sky. Though there was an element of pretense in this battle...

"I ran some calculations on what would happen if I were surrounded by these Ancient Gods and reached a conclusion..." said Li Pin.

He paused briefly before revealing, "It's not enough. These few Ancient Gods are far from capable of killing me. If their true strength isn't far off from what they displayed before, it'll be them who perish in the end, not me."

His composed tone, brimming with absolute confidence, made Fang Chunyang and the others' pupils dilate. Ancient God!? Has the captain already reached Ancient God-level strength so quickly? And from the sound of it, he wasn't just any ordinary Ancient God!?

"If I can do it and Baili Qingfeng can't, that would be truly disappointing," Li Pin remarked casually, his gaze once again lifting toward the sky.

A formation had been set up—not to kill them but to trap them and prevent them from interfering with the Ancient Gods' siege on Baili Qingfeng.

Li Pin glanced toward the direction of the battle, then quickly withdrew his gaze. His entire focus was now locked on Baili Qingfeng, his perception stretched to its limits.

"Still not enough," Li Pin instructed. "Wait here for me."

With that, he took a single step and vanished into the sky. In moments, he had ascended beyond the atmosphere, arriving in the void of space. This was the battlefield where Baili Qingfeng faced off against the Ancient Gods.

At the edge of the battlefield, Mu Yunsheng and several dozen elites—each one at the True God level at least—noticed Li Pin's arrival. They looked more alert.

Mu Yunsheng called out, "Pioneer Li."

Though Li Pin had remained low-key in recent years, the memory of him single-handedly annihilating the elite squad led by Huang Ze, Xuan Zhi, and Wu Tian was still fresh in their minds.

Mu Yunsheng opened his mouth to speak further, but Li Pin had already shifted his attention to the battlefield, dismissing him without another word.

Mu Yunsheng's expression was a storm of shifting emotions. After a long pause, a flicker of pain crossed his face. "As pioneers, we share a common goal, which is to break through the Void Divine Treasure World. That's why I've kept a low profile all these years, avoiding conflict with anyone..."
