Upon hearing what The Banished shouted out to him, a sneer appeared on the eagle’s face as it looked at The Banished with a look of disdain and said unhurriedly while continuing on with its attacks, "So what if I force you to your brim? What are you going to be able to do about it?"

"Take this as a valuable lesson to learn, and perhaps, in your next life, you may somehow come to remember this valuable lesson of yours that you have just learned, which is to not taunt someone who possesses a much stronger cultivation realm than you."

Right upon speaking up to here, the eagle suddenly flew at high speed and appeared right before The Banished, and the moment the eagle appeared before the Banished, the eagle began flapping its wings at The Banished, unleashing a barrage of wind blades directly toward The Banished.

Because The Banished wasn’t able to dodge the barrage of wind blades that the eagle had launched at him, The Banished hurriedly covered his body with his wings and ended up taking all of the wind blades head on with his wings.

"Urgh...!" And right as the barrage of wind blades had come to a stop, The Banished let out a loud painful groan as his body began falling downward to the ground, due to his wings no longer being able to continue on functioning anymore.

"Thud!" Right after The Banished’s body landed onto the ground, a loud and heavy sound rang out through the forest.

Looking at The Banished’s wings right now, The Banished’s wings were currently covered with blood, and the bloody flesh of his wings could be seen through the various huge open wounds that were on his wings.

"Swoosh!"

"Flap, flap, flap..."

Shortly after The Banished had landed onto the ground, the eagle suddenly appeared within the open air that was situated above The Banished.

While flapping its wings, the eagle looked downward at The Banished, then said with a cold tone, "Any last word before I end your life?" 𝑓𝘳𝘦𝑒𝑤𝑒𝘣𝘯ℴ𝘷𝘦𝓁.𝑐𝑜𝑚

And in truth, while the eagle was speaking, it was actually charging up a final attack to end The Banished’s life once and for all.

"Hah... hah... hah..." While with his eyes closed, The Banished began panting heavily for breath.

"Damn it! Originally, with the serene fire flower and frosted phoenix wood that I bought from the auction house, once I absorbed both of those items, I would have most likely been able to bring both of my yin and yang cores to 7 lines cores!"

"And once my yin and yang cores are both at 7 lines, I would have been able to start preparing breaking through to the golden core realm!"

"And yet, because of this petty and narrow minded eagle who is actually upset that I outbid him when bidding over the serene fire flower, I am actually going to have to use up 2 lines of my yin and yang cores to defeat him, or else I am most likely going to be killed by him!"

"Ah!!! Damn it all! Damn it all! Damn it all!"

"This damned lowly creature! I will make sure to wipe off his entire species if I managed to end up surviving!"

While The Banished was shouting out and cursing out at the eagle within his own mind, same as what the eagle was doing, The Banished himself was also charging an attack to fire at the eagle.

And judging from what The Banished had thought to himself, The Banished seemed to be pretty confident that he would be able to defeat the eagle with his attack, just that, by using the attack that he was going to use to defeat the eagle, he was going to have to make some kind of sacrifice.

After a minute or two of silence, upon sensing that his attack had been charged up to the strongest it could be, the eagle finally opened its mouth and broke the silence.

"So, there’s nothing that you want to say? If so, die then."

Right as the eagle finished speaking, the eagle shot out a tiny ball of green color looking energy from its mouth.

However, despite the fact that the green color ball of energy was pretty tiny, The Banished could sense the devastating power that was stored within the tiny ball.

Right upon sensing the devastating power that was stored within the tiny ball, The Banished knew that if the tiny ball were to land onto his body, he would definitely end up dying in just seconds.

Thus, without any hesitation, The Banished suddenly lifted up his head, and upon facing his head toward the eagle, The Banished opened his beak and shot out a breath attack that possessed both the elements of ice and fire.

And right as The Banished shot out that breath attack, his yin and yang cores, which could be seen to have 6 lines on each of them...

2 lines could be seen slowly disappearing, and in the end, only 4 lines remained on each of the yin and yang cores.

On the other hand, in Sebastian’s point of view, when he saw the ice and fire breath being shot out from The Banished’s beak, he could sense the feeling of fear and despair coming from the eagle.

And before even needing to wonder why such emotions were being emitted out from the eagle, in the next moment, Sebastian immediately understood why.

Right as the ice and fire breath was shot out, Sebastian could sense "his’ body turning stiff due to the ice elemental aspect of the ice and fire breath, and shortly after, due to not being able to move "his" body, "his" body was engulfed by the ice and fire breath.

Fortunately for Sebastian, despite being able to sense things, the feeling of pain wasn’t present.

After all, looking at the eagle’s body that was being disintegrated by the ice and fire breath within just a few seconds, the pain that the eagle was currently suffering wasn’t something that Sebastian would want to experience if possible.
