After completing all this, the two simultaneously chanted a long string of incomprehensible spells, performing identical gestures in mid-air with their hands. As the incantations and movements deepened, two Magic Arrays emitting strange glows appeared in front of everyone.

Pei Yan, initially puzzled and confused by Flamel's self-harm behavior, immediately understood their intentions upon seeing Moira do the same. He raised his arm and rapidly fired a series of electromagnetic cannons, but all attacks were effortlessly repelled by the bizarre Array.

"It seems I've truly driven him mad! Sis!" Pei Yan said, turning to Pei Jin when he saw his attacks had no effect.

"This is all we can do! Though I'm unsure of the success rate!"

Ye Ruozai couldn't help but interject upon hearing their mysterious dialogue, "What on earth are you talking about? What will you do next?"

"Fusion! The opponent is opting for fusion! We can't stop them, and only fusion can counter it." Pei Yan's face turned red beneath the helmet as he found it hard to speak of this childish technique.

"Fusion? I've never seen you train for it! Oh, was it during that one-week special training you both had?" Ye Ruozai heard this term and felt like laughing, yet held back, probing further instead.

"That's right, it's a unique technique after resonance between Children of Origin! But Pei Yan and I trained for only a week, which is too short, and we've succeeded only twice in training. Entering the fusion state is quite challenging!" Pei Jin said, frowning as she began to relax her body, seeking the feeling of entering the fusion state during training.

After answering Ye Ruozai's question, Pei Yan also began to relax his mind, preparing to enter a meditative state. Pei Yan's light sword pierced through a palm and brushed past the opponent's cheek, Ye Ruozai's tree vines encircled the intruder tightly, while Pei Jin's claws were intercepted by the opponent's other hand grasping her paws. Simultaneously, a metal coin slid from Pei Jin's fingertips, quietly slipping into the opponent's pocket while he was distracted.

The situation seemed like the three had subdued the surprise attack, yet none of them felt any relief. This man, besieged by the trio, wore a disdainful smile, his eyes coldly scanning the opponents with utter contempt.

"Should I call you Flamel or Moira?" Pei Yan taunted, gazing at the forehead-adorned gemstone, exuding rainbow brilliance, of the man who appeared with seven parts of Flamel's guise and added a few charming features.

"Flamel! I'm leading the consciousness after fusion! Do you and your sister have her leading the consciousness post-fusion, or do you even have a fusion?" Flamel replied, gently tugging at the light sword he held while continuing, "Such a peculiar weapon with such immense destructive power, able to pierce my body so easily! It's the same energy as the light pillar that destroyed the blessings of the protagonist in red earlier, isn't it?"

He then disdainfully glanced at Ye Ruozai before him, saying, "Ah! As for you, your ability is indeed strange, trying to erase my power and attempting to pull my soul. If you were also a Child of Origin, you might succeed, but with only one origin as capital, you can never threaten me, too weak!"

After speaking, Flamel turned towards Pei Jin on the other side, his eyes suddenly filled with three parts venomous and three parts mocking ridicule, "And you're just a crude woman who relies on brute force!"

Having said that, Flamel's body instantly erupted into flames, becoming a fiery figure. Caught off guard by the sudden change, the trio had no choice but to abandon their assault and drift away, leaving Flamel standing where he was, laughing instead of chasing.

Moments later, after feeling the mighty power within, Flamel ceased his laughter, his expression turning calm once more. Raising an arm, he slowly extended a finger, drawing a circle in the air before pointing among Pei Yan's group, finally landing casually in Pei Yan's direction. Turning, he smiled slightly, "After choosing back and forth, you are still the most annoying! I wanted you to watch your family and friends die painfully before you, sending you to Hell with endless regret! But sorry, I can't endure your existence any longer! Die! Spatial Rift Slash!"

Without incantation or Array, he simply uttered the spell's name, his finger slightly moving. The void between him and Pei Yan was like a canvas cut by many knives, splitting into numerous slits. Normally, it needed chanting to unleash over a dozen advanced Spatial Magic, yet this instant released hundreds. As Flamel snapped his fingers, they vanished with a swoosh, silently heading for their target.

"Damn it!" Pei Yan cursed quietly, immediately activating his powers to erect a light screen behind himself, jumping into it without hesitation. Ye Jiumu's abilities could allow Pei Yan to release twelve picture worlds after realm enhancement, each a separate small space, able to store weapons or serve as refuges and damage-transference tools at critical moments.

Sadly, this time he miscalculated; ten seconds after entering the first light screen, the entire picture world began to collapse, with Spatial Rift Slashes chasing after him, piercing independent spaces. He was compelled to leap to the second light screen, repeating; he barely escaped into one space before being forced out.

Watching her brother being chased, Pei Jin couldn't stand idly by and immediately charged at Flamel, who didn't even spare her a glance -- merely flicking his finger towards her, saying, "Earth Cone Technique!"
