One-Eyed Monster-Chapter 473 - 47 The Miracle of Creation
Not all things go according to our imagination, nor do all things happen beyond our expectations. Sometimes, miracles are not sudden occurrences but are created. And the person who creates all this often doesn't realize that what they're doing will become a historic moment.
Take Kadi, for example. He didn't know that a casual question he asked would cause such immense trouble for Igor. At the same time, he never imagined that this same casual question would indirectly create a miracle. This miracle was naturally connected to Igor, and of course, intimately linked with Kadi.
Everyone has their own mission and their own strengths. Kadi might have been a rascal in others' eyes, a mischievous creature, but in Igor's eyes, he was a good friend, a reliable companion. In the eyes of destiny, however, Kadi was something else entirely.
In the eyes of destiny, Kadi was a catalyst. His words and actions could accelerate changes in the surrounding environment. For instance, the various transformations in Guru Mountain were inseparable from Kadi's mischief. If he hadn't roamed everywhere, no one would have realized Guru Mountain had such a vast domain, nor would they have discovered so many strange things. In destiny's eyes, Kadi was potent medicine, capable of stimulating people's potential and unconsciously elevating them to new heights.
Igor, for example, under the effect of this 'medicine' named Kadi, once again tapped into his own potential. This potential directly transformed Igor from a mere symbol into a banner, one that would soon guide everyone forward. Yes, Igor gradually began to display the demeanor of a leader. Although no one had expected this boy to progress so quickly, nor for him to be so bold. No one even imagined that Igor, the previously unknown Igor, could activate his Inner World Spell for a third time.
The source of this endless Spirit Power had always been a question on everyone's mind at the time. But the reality of the situation might have been beyond anyone's expectation. The Spirit Power Igor needed for his third entry into the Inner World came from Kadi. This was why Kadi was described as a catalyst and potent medicine.
Initially, Kadi had been clamoring to go out, regardless of the circumstances. Igor hesitated for a long while before finally stating they needed a plan. Then, the situation abruptly changed: everyone became concerned about the Great Mentor, who couldn't speak, once again leaving these perpetually dazed and confused boys aside. 𝓯𝓻𝒆𝙚𝒘𝓮𝙗𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝒍.𝙘𝓸𝙢
However, these two neglected boys managed to cook up something remarkable on their own. At that time, Kadi was staring at Igor with wide eyes. Igor, quite embarrassed by the scrutiny, wanted to explain everything to Kadi. However, he then considered that describing it all verbally would make for an incredibly lengthy story. So, Igor had a flash of inspiration: he decided to use the Ant Connection Spell to let Kadi experience what had happened. He knew Kadi disliked overthinking things, so this simple and easily understandable method was most suitable for him.
It was this Ant Connection Spell process that brought about a miracle. At that very moment, the immobile Great Mentor was still contemplating how to create a miracle for Igor... Who would have guessed that Igor had already outpaced him and created a miracle of his own!
When Igor's and Kadi's Spirit Powers connected, Igor felt a profound sense of clarity. He suddenly felt as if his perception had broadened. Although he couldn't pinpoint the exact reason, he could clearly distinguish the difference. He sensed he could experience the coolness of the outside world, an outside world that was very, very far away—so far, in fact, that he couldn't even determine its direction or location...
This was a characteristic of Kadi. He had progressed very quickly lately, and many changes had occurred within him that even he wasn't aware of. Of course, these changes couldn't be seen with the naked eye; they could only be perceived through Spirit Power. Kadi's tail could grow indefinitely under the moonlight. This feature excited Kadi greatly, so he tested it at every opportunity. Over time, his footprints had marked most of Guru Mountain.
Kadi's tail had now become one of his important tools for sensing Spirit Power. Even though he had only just begun to understand what Spirit Power truly was, his use and perception of it had begun long before. He simply hadn't known that what he was interacting with back then was, in fact, Spirit Power. Now, this tail had leveled up along with his newfound understanding. It could not only sense external Spirit Power but also perceive sensations from places Kadi had previously visited. However, Kadi himself was unaware of these developments; his understanding of Spirit Power wasn't yet that profound, mainly due to his reluctance to think too hard.
But things changed after the Ant Connection Spell with Igor. The improvement Igor experienced within his Inner World made him more sensitive to sensory connections and the perception of Spirit Power. Now, he could fully utilize Kadi's tail to sense the outside world. Simultaneously, he didn't have to worry about exposing himself because Kadi's tail carried a mixed Spirit Power. This Spirit Power had undergone a significant change in both color and scent...
Thus, with Kadi's help, Igor perceived a large net being cast from the outside, spreading in all directions... This large net carried a familiar scent, reminiscent of the Dark Sea he had encountered in his Inner World previously. To ensure his sensory experience was accurate, Igor once again used Kadi's Spirit Power to activate his Inner World. Although he didn't know if using Kadi's Spirit Power in this manner would cause any problems, he still attempted it to obtain the answer he sought.
After entering the Inner World, Igor looked around and saw the entrance to the Dark Sea not far away. He was shocked when he saw it. Gurgling spring water was flowing into that dark ocean. It seemed the likelihood of this ocean devouring the entire spring was increasing. During this process, Igor also saw a large, dark net being cast out, as if trying to catch restless fish.
Not good! Igor's heart lurched. The thought of the fish made him suddenly realize that the exit was the connection point between the Dark Sea and his Inner World. If I'm not careful, I could be devoured by this dark ocean!
So, at that moment, Igor expanded his Inner World to alert the seniors who could enter it, "Enemy invasion! The ocean is devouring everything! We need to get out of this enclosed space as soon as possible!"
His words were concise and clear; everyone understood what he meant. More importantly, his commanding tone was indistinguishable from that of a true leader.
This, unknowingly, was the small miracle Kadi and Igor had created—bringing a new leader to these previously scattered seniors.
