Phoenix turned around to leave, and saw Ye Zheng leaning against the car door, his expression ambiguously amused as if he’d just watched an entertaining show. She ignored him and walked straight past.

She had no intention of any involvement with this man, and he probably felt the same. In the past, he frequently insulted her, calling her neither male nor female, like a freak.

He hated her, was disgusted by her, and treated her as a monstrous presence. She knew this a long time ago.

So when Ye Zheng calmly asked, "Phoenix, have you eaten? If not, let me treat you," she was indeed a bit taken aback.

Feng Family’s young lady, often considered by many men as the most abnormal woman in H City, was showing a completely baffled expression for the first time.

Honestly, Ye Zheng thought that wasn’t too bad.

He walked over with a smile and asked, "Not hungry?"

He turned to the side, took sunglasses out of his pocket and put them on, then opened the car door and got in, driving away.

The warm sun shone on his face, deepening the smile on his face.

He wondered how she’d react when she found out he wanted to marry her?

Father Ye spoke in disappointment, "I’m damn near the grave, other kids from the three families can take on the major roles, why does my son only know how to play and spend money?"
