Omega Summoner-Chapter 2363: Irregular of the Freezing Frost III
The Irregular of the Freezing Frost moved towards Adrian in his transformed state, but he did not falter. Since he is now using Wisteria's powers as his own, he can actively use the terrain that is around him. With a stomp of his foot, Adrian managed to create ice pillars to at least stop the charging attack of the Irregular of the Freezing Frost.
Adrian thought that there would be some sort of collision as the enemy still is a being with a physical body, but he is shocked upon learning that the Irregular of the Freezing Frost could phase through the ice pillars. The ice pillars did not even hinder the Irregular of the Freezing Frost one little bit and even made it look bulkier. With each ice pillar that the Irregular of the Freezing Frost phased through, the permafrost armor it has on would be layered with ice even more.
"Kenos!" Adrian commanded via the soul link.
Kenos slashed at the space in front of him, but the actual rift was created in front of the Irregular of the Freezing Frost. The other side of the rift would be in a place a few meters away from Adrian, but the Irregular of the Freezing Frost did the impossible. The Irregular of the Freezing Frost slammed its two weapons against each other and released a powerful freezing shockwave that actually froze the rift that Kenos created.
With a swift swing of the Irregular of the Freezing Frost using its weapons, the frozen rift was destroyed, and his charge was still uninterrupted. Adrian thought that it would at least buy them time but that is not the case. Charon then appeared in front of the Irregular of the Freezing Frost and released numerous chains to try and stop the enemy, but all his chains would freeze be it the spiritual ones or the physical ones.
Charon would have been cut down as well, but Kenos pulled him using his ability to reposition any ally within its range. Seeing that Charon was unable to stop the enemy, Dodu sprung into action despite being slowed down by the cold. Dodu once again fired mini slime bullets at the Irregular of the Freezing Frost but all of it bounced off the transparent ice barrier that surrounded the enemy.
"It has a barrier and a way to repel long ranged attacks! What kind of monster is this!" Adrian thought but he was not stopping as he also has another form of attack.

Adrian called upon the leaves that are on his back as each of them are made of spirit crystal. With a loud roar, Adrian took out thousands of leaves from the tree behind him and used them as projectiles. The sharp projectiles proved to be effective as the Irregular of the Freezing Frost had to stop its charge and erect an ice pillar as its defenses were destroyed after a few hundred hits.
"This is not going to defeat it. Sirius!" Adrian commanded as Sirius dove into the shadows as per his commands.
Saena flew up high as well and absorbed whatever light elemental energy that she could. While Saena was charging her light element, she released wind blades towards the Irregular of the Freezing Frost. The wind blades might not be that high damaging, but it was enough to keep the enemy busy. Sirius then popped out from the shadow of the Irregular of the Freezing Frost and released a powerful claw attack that used the shadows.
The Irregular of the Freezing Frost had to parry Sirius' attack with one of its weapons in order to disperse the shadow. Sirius then dove back into the shadows and released sharp tendrils that aimed to pull the enemy to the shadow realm. The shadows were able to get a grasp against the Irregular of the Freezing Frost as Sirius started to pull it to the shadow realm as this was the latter's domain.
The Irregular of the Freezing Frost noticed that its body was sinking into the shadows, but it was not panicking. The Irregular of the Freezing Frost held up its two weapons and infused it with pure permafrost energy. The Irregular of the Freezing Frost proceeded to impale the shadows below its feet. The weapons were able to attack the shadow itself as permafrost energy is scattered through it.
The shadow beneath the Irregular of the Freezing Frost became solid ice which also damaged Sirius as he was inside of that shadow. Sirius had to jump out of the freezing shadow and part of his body could be seen covered in frost. Sirius was not the only one damaged by this exchange as the Irregular of the Freezing Frost lost 10% of its maximum health immediately.
"It could even freeze concepts! The fact that it could destroy its own shadow using its power means that it already has the power of a demigod." Adrian thought as the Irregular of the Freezing Frost suddenly pulled out its weapon from the frozen shadow and faced him.
The Irregular of the Freezing Frost then empowered its left-hand spear with the same permafrost energy that is covering its body. The spear looked more deadly as the ice that made its body looked cleaner but more refined than before. The Irregular of the Freezing Frost did not even do any unnecessary movements and just threw the spear immediately towards Adrian that even his soulbounds could not react.
"Block it!" Adrian relied on Wisteria's powerful instinct and used one of the mirrors as a defensive shield against the ice spear.
The ice spear was blocked by the sudden appearance of the dragon turtle mirror. The ice spear was headed towards Adrian's neck, but it was stopped just in time. Even if the ice spear is blocked, the weapon itself was still full of power and continuing the attack. Adrian could hear his dragon turtle mirror crack and part of his health along with it since they are connected to him.
Adrian stomped his feet to make an ice pillar erupt from below the ice spear to send it flying upwards. He tried to encase the spear in ice, but it seems that the weapon itself was unable to be covered in ice. When Adrian managed to send the ice spear flying up, he was about to tell Charon to grab it, but the weapon flew back towards the Irregular of the Freezing Frost.
The Irregular of the Freezing Frost then looked towards Adrian and made a sneer using the mouth on its half-covered face. Adrian did not want to admit but he is definitely irritated by this enemy. It seems that the Irregular of the Freezing Frost still has the haughty attitude of the Frost High Elf Mage as a base. The Irregular of the Freezing Frost then charged the pike on its right hand with permafrost energy.
Adrian thought that the Irregular of the Freezing Frost would throw this weapon again which is why he prepared additional mirrors just in case, but the enemy did not throw it. The Irregular of the Freezing Frost did a horizontal sweeping motion and released a powerful weapon aura that created ice shards on the ground that it passed through. The Irregular of the Freezing Frost then followed up with charging its spear with permafrost energy and then throwing it directly towards Adrian as an additional attack.
"Did you think that I cannot stop that? I am fused with Wisteria, and she is a support tank." Adrian muttered as he roared.
A powerful energy came out of the spirit tree behind Adrian's back and released a barrier that is in the shape of a turtle shell. The barrier's hexagons were not just mere decoration, but mirrors created by Adrian as well. He managed to cover the area where his soulbounds are but also the area where Soleil, Peridot, and Kanlaon are thawing the ice.
The ice wave was perfectly defended by Adrian's turtle barrier, but it shattered once the ice spear pierced it. Adrian did not even need to defend against this attack because his soulbounds were doing it for him. Shadows and chains curled towards the direction of the ice spear but all of it was still destroyed. Still, the speed of the ice spear became decreased enough that Kenos ripped apart the space in front to send the weapon back to its owner.
The ice spear that traveled in a high speed was send back to the Irregular of the Freezing Frost, but it stopped just before it could hurt its owner. The Irregular of the Freezing Frost looked at Kenos as it menacingly gripped its ice spear. The Irregular of the Freezing Frost was about to move when Saena finished gathering enough energy for her attack.
An explosion of light could be seen as Saena released a powerful beam of light towards the Irregular of the Freezing Frost. The Irregular of the Freezing Frost did not dodge but used its pike to absorb the attack instead. Saena's full powered beam of light was absorbed by the pike but the weapon was destroyed in the process.
