Oh No, Daddy Sent Me To The Beast World!-Chapter 36: Pa, you’ve finally decided to contact me, get me out of here!
So she stopped complaining and began to walk around more boldly, peeking here and there like a curious little rat inspecting a new nest.
As she walked, some memories from this body’s old life naturally rose in her mind.
She remembered her family.
Her father was a rat beastman too, and not just any rat beastman. He was the Rat King of this tribe. He was powerful, respected, and had three stripes. In this beast world, that was no small matter. Three stripes meant real strength.
And she had learnt from Hu Baiyu that three stripes was no small feat to achieve. Most beastmen never even get to two stripes in their lives talkless of three stripes.
So naturally any female that was lucky enough to have a male that had three stripes or even better four stripes would feel extremely proud.
Heh and not only do I have one, I have two!
Lin Huahua could not help but feel pride bloom up in her chest. Even though she would not be staying in this world for long she would still felt happy.
She had Mu Qingyi and Hu Baiyu who were three powerful striped beastmen and then Feng Yiren who was also considered powerful because of his two stripes.
Even though Feng Yiren could not compared to Hu Baiyu and Mu Qingyi in terms of strength. He was obviously still considered strong.
Lin Huahua kept thinking and more memories came. Then there was her mother.
Her mother had multiple males, and from that large family had come many children, but among all of them, there was only one female child.
Only one.
Her.
Even the other males in her mother’s family had not managed to produce another daughter.
That alone already explained a lot.
Lin Huahua was the precious one, who was treasured and spoiled since they day she was born. She was always watched over and giving the best things in this world.
She was the one everyone doted on. Even her mother’s other males who were her father’s competitors naturally pampered her and looked over her.
They cared so much for her that even though she did as much as sneezed she could see three different people asking if the air had offended her.
Her own brothers weren’t even showed that type of love or care, in fact they were usually scolded.
But since Lin Huahua was the only female her mother produced, naturally she had it easy all her life.
The more Lin Huahua remembered this, the more a little pride rose in her chest.
Heh.
So even in this life, she was still pampered.
That part was very satisfying. Lin Huahua let out a small satisfied giggle just thinking about it.
Then her thoughts moved to the hierarchy of this beast world, and because Lin Huahua was the kind of person who could think proudly while wandering around a cave house, she naturally began to review the power system in her head as if she were revising for an exam.
In this beast world, stripes mattered a lot.
Very, very much.
Normally, if people only looked at natural beast type, then of course lions, tigers, and other fierce beasts were stronger than rats. That part was common sense. If a lion beastman and a rat beastman had the same level of power, then naturally the lion beastman would have the upper hand.
But if the rat beastman had more stripes, then the situation changed.
That was how this world worked. It seemed complicated at first, but it wasn’t hard for her to grasp the idea of it when she finally calmed down and focused.
If a rat beastman had more stripes than a lion beastman, then that rat beastman would actually be stronger.
For some reason, this strange beast world had decided that stripes were a serious matter, and no one could argue with it.
Also, the animals here were nothing like the ordinary animals in the sci-fi world.
Absolutely nothing like them.
The beasts in this place were unaturally huge.
The kind of huge that made one wonder if the heavens had made them while feeling especially dramatic that day.
That’s why when Lin Huahua had seen Mu Qingyi in his true form running towards her that morning she could not help but pass out from fear because of how the Buck beastman looked.
She had initially thought he was a monster, because she had never seen a Buck that big in her life like that before.
So since beastmen in this world were extremely large even if someone was a rat, that did not mean they looked harmless if their stripes were high enough. In this place, a powerful rat beastman could still crush someone terribly.
Her father was king, not because he was the strongest out of her mother’s males, but simply because he was the one who had built this village.
And since Lin Huahua’s mother loved this particular village so much, she has been staying here ever since then with the rest of her mates.
Lin Huahua thought about all this while walking around with her chin slightly lifted, looking very pleased with herself.
Her little steps were light, but her mood was bold.
She was only halfway through another proud thought when suddenly she heard a sound.
Lin Huahua stopped.
Her ears nearly perked.
Then she heard it clearly.
A voice.
A deep male voice.
It was familiar.
Very familiar.
Lin Huahua turned around so quickly that her hide skirt swayed around her legs. Her brown eyes widened at once when she saw a floating hologram in the air, and inside that hologram was a face she knew very well.
It was her father.
Her real father from the sci-fi world.
For one second Lin Huahua just stared in total shock, because she could not believe her eyes.
Then her whole face lit up with wild hope, and she blurted out at once, "Pa, you’ve finally decided to contact me, get me out of here!"
