The world went silent as Leo’s threat rang out, causing Astra and the women to look horrified as they realized he was speaking to the gods, but one person got excited as Roxy beamed. ’’He just challenged the gods and they did nothing! Look how strong our husbands got!’’

’’Even the gods fear him!’’ Veladra exclaimed with burning yellow eyes as she joined the blonde. ’’Ast! This is the time our mothers spoke about all those years ago!’’

While the women were talking, Leo stood there as something rushed into his body causing him to let out an agony-filled scream before plummeting to the ground. Everyone rushed in his direction, but a black mist descended and blocked them from moving forward.

Moments later, a supernatural voice rang out in warning as a mist shaped woman appeared. ’’Demons! Your god is about to be born, but the enemy is swarming this fortress as we speak. The Light Gods will not allow him to rise and their puppets need to be stopped!’’

The demons stood stunned, their breaths caught in awe, when Astra’s voice sliced through the silence as she rallied the loyal demons. ’’To the walls!’’ she cried. ’’We hold fast until the king rises anew! We will protect him against the waves of Alliance soldiers, for he is our path to power, our chance to create a better world for all our children!’’

Astra’s command set the demon horde ablaze with determination and newfound strength, their morale surging like a tsunami. With roars of defiance, they rallied to protect their king and lined up on the wall waiting for the enemy to appear.

From the shadows, Bella and Roxy emerged ready to fight for the one they loved, as the redhead was swinging a sword in practiced skill, which shocked the blonde who commented with a big smile. ’’Look at you Bel, the training has done you good.’’

Then, a shimmering portal tore open the air on the fortress walls, and the rest of the harem appeared from the domain, surprising the surrounding demons. As the demon soldiers and women took their positions ready to fight, to give Leo time.

Ten minutes later, a colossal Alliance army emerged on the horizon. A barrage of spells lit up the sky above, cascading toward them like a tidal wave as the enemy mages launched the first attack.

In response, Helena and Astra swiftly joined forces, their powers intertwining to create a glowing shield that enveloped the stronghold. The projectiles slammed against the barrier and shook the earth as the Demon Queen turned to the only force that could help.

’’Leo’s Knights! Cut them down before they reach the walls!’’ she shouted.

When the twenty-one giants heard this, Baal nodded in agreement before they jumped off the wall as the enemy army charged in a wild frenzy. The Demon Knights lined up and waited for the soldiers to get closer.

Seconds later, the Alliance’s frontline crashed into the giants with force, but Astra watched the knights below being pushed back before they quickly countered and started attacking with their deadly weapons.

They carved through the enemy ranks, their blades flashing like reapers as they advanced relentlessly, embodying death itself. Yet, despite their ferocity, the sheer overwhelming numbers of the enemy began to force them back.

A sudden volley of projectiles arced high above, whistling through the air before crashing into the rear of the knights’ formation. The impact was devastating, hundreds of soldiers fell instantly, their bodies crumpling lifelessly to the ground amidst the chaos.

Following that, Astra, the girls, and demon soldiers continued attacking the Alliance soldiers that began to push them back, but a horn rang out. This shocked everyone but the enemy army surged forward.

The Demon Knights were being sent back to Leo’s shadow as they were overwhelmed by the sheer number. Hours later, and they succeeded in pushing back the enemy wave, but it cost them most of the giant knights.

While the battle was underway, Leo was in pure darkness and couldn’t do anything as the goddess appeared with a warm smile. ’’Accept what’s coming my love. The battle outside is heating up and the harem needs your help,’’ she said while cupping his cheeks.

Leo was about to reply but pain washed through him once again, causing him to drop to his knees while clutching his head, which was pumping. Soon enough, the goddess’s voice reached his ears.

’’Accept it like I said,’’ she said, while kissing his forehead. ’’Then we can be together.’’

Following that, he did that and the pain faded, causing him to sigh in relief but he soon dropped to the floor with a thud as his status popped up, which shocked him to the core.

The goddess materialized in front of the shadow that covered Leo as her dark eyes glowed in anger while looking up in defiance. ’’I told you! I told you I’d bring about a new beginning! You banished me from the pantheon. The one goddess who loved you all but I was thrown away!’’

Her voice sent shivers down everyone’s spine as she embraced the darkness. ’’I was good! I wanted everyone to get along but no more! By the rules of this universe I cannot harm you but my love will!’’

The goddess turned to the shadow and exclaimed. ’’Join me and show them what we can do together.’’

While the chaos outside was erupting, Leo was standing in his living room back on Earth with his father sitting there scolding him. ’’You’ll amount to another boy! I have no idea what my father sees in you!’’

He trembled in rage as he looked in his father’s eyes and declared. ’’Fuck you! All I wanted to do was help in grandfather’s company, but you stopped me!’’

Following that argument, the family dynamic changed and Leo stopped talking to them all apart from Bella, which had affected him, but now that all had changed and he could be whatever he wanted with the power he held.

Leo emerged from the torment of his wretched memories, casting them aside as his body quaked. In an instant, he was torn upward, materializing in midair just as the demon and the Alliance laid eyes on the newly risen god.

His hair gleamed as dark as a starless night, and his eyes, still a striking red, glowed with an even richer, more profound depth. Down below, Roxy and the others caught sight of him, their jaws slackening in awe.

The blonde leapt onto Bella, clutching her excitedly as she shouted. ’’Look at him! That black hair is sexy on him!’’

Leo smiled when hearing her voice before floating up as his gaze landed on the Alliance soldiers climbing the walls or fighting atop them. His smile grew wide as a portal opened and he spoke in a commanding voice. ’’Come forth my demonic knight and kill the enemy.’’

Following that, the black armored knights dropped from the portal and landed with a crash before they reacted and sprinted toward the shocked enemy soldiers and cut them into a thousand pieces.

As the new giant soldiers caused chaos below, Leo’s eyes landed on the army and raised his hand as a massive orb of volatile mana appeared before growing even bigger just as he threw it at the enemy.

The spells sliced through the air as the soldiers tried to flee, but it was too late. Moments later, the projectiles slammed into the ground causing a nuclear-like blast that destroyed the Alliance army.

When Astra and the other women saw this, they were utterly shocked as the demons dropped to their knees and started praying to Leo, who instantly felt their worship which powered him even more.

’That feels so good!’ he thought with glowing red eyes.

Seconds later, Leo burst forward and crashed into the survivors before slaughtering them like they were ants to be stepped on. When the enemy generals spotted this, they tried to cause him to smile.

’’My knights!’’ he shouted. ’’Capture the Alliance generals!’’
