BOOM!

The God of Order barely deflected it, only for Yun Lintian to appear behind him, having used the spear as a distraction.

"Rule three," Yun Lintian whispered. "The attacker always moves first."

His palm struck Tian Gui’s spine, injecting chaos into the pure Order energy.

"ARGH!" Tian Gui screamed — a sound no one had ever heard from the rigid god. His perfect silver robes wrinkled asymmetrically.

Hei Xuan cheered. "That’s it! Break his—"

RIIIP!

Space tore open as twelve golden-armored warriors descended — Yang Chen’s elite Solar Guard.

"KILL THEM ALL!" Yang Chen roared.

The reinforcements charged—

Only for Ping Heng to finally intervene.

"Enough."

The God of Balance clapped once.

BOOOOOOM!

Every combatant froze mid-motion - except Yun Lintian and Tian Gui, who were locked in their own battle of wills.

Ping Heng’s voice carried divine authority: "This realm cannot sustain such conflict. You will cease."

Tian Gui, panting, glared at Yun Lintian. "You... violate Order..."

Yun Lintian, equally battered, shot back: "And you violate justice."

The standoff might have continued—

Until another spatial rift opened.

All heads turned as a graceful figure in moon-white robes descended.

Yin Yue, the Moon God.

Her silver eyes swept the battlefield before landing on the heavily injured Yang Chen.

"...Pathetic."

That single word struck Yang Chen harder than any attack.

Yin Yue’s silver eyes shifted to Yun Lintian.

Then—without warning—she attacked.

A crescent blade of condensed moonlight materialized in her hand and slashed toward Yun Lintian’s throat with terrifying speed.

CLANG!

Yun Lintian barely raised his spear in time, but the force sent him skidding back. His eyes narrowed. "Oh?"

Hei Xuan’s face darkened. "Yin Yue! Have you gone mad?!"

Ping Heng’s fingers twitched, his expression grim. "She’s not mad... she’s with Nian Shi."

Yang Chen, still bleeding on the ground, suddenly laughed through his pain. "Hah! Yin Yue actually stands with us!" His golden eyes gleamed with triumph. "Your end has come, brat!"

Xing Wu, though severely injured, managed a faint smile. "Nian Shi’s reach is... greater than you thought."

Yin Yue didn’t speak. Her beautiful face remained emotionless as she raised her crescent blade again—this time, moonlight gathering into a deadly vortex around it.

Hei Xuan stepped forward, shadows coiling around his weakened form. "Damn it all! Yin Yue, how could you—"

Yun Lintian suddenly moved.

BOOM!

His spear clashed against Yin Yue’s blade, creating shockwaves that shattered the remaining floating islands. He didn’t wait—he counterattacked, his movements fluid and precise despite his injuries.

Yin Yue’s eyes flickered with surprise. She hadn’t expected him to recover so quickly.

Tian Gui, seeing an opportunity, raised his hands. "Order dictates—"

SLASH!

Yun Lintian spun mid-air, his spear cutting through Tian Gui’s divine proclamation before it could take effect. "No more rules," he growled.

Xing Wu tried to crawl away, but Yun Lintian flicked a finger—

BANG!

A black chess piece materialized beneath Xing Wu, pinning him to the ground. "Stay."

Yang Chen roared, summoning the last of his power. "Solar Legions! NOW!"

The twelve golden-armored warriors charged—

Just as Yin Yue, Tian Gui, and Yang Chen launched a coordinated assault.

Four against one.

Yun Lintian grinned. "Finally, a challenge."

He raised his spear—

But before the attacks could land, a warm light descended upon the battlefield.

Qing Yun, the God of Life.

Her emerald-green robes fluttered as she appeared beside Yun Lintian, her gentle aura instantly neutralizing the incoming attacks. The Solar Legions froze mid-charge, their weapons dissolving into petals. Yin Yue’s moonlight blade shattered like glass. Tian Gui’s order chains turned to dust.

Silence.

Yin Yue’s silver eyes narrowed slightly. "You finally come."

Qing Yun smiled softly. "Hello, Yin Yue. It’s been a while."

Yang Chen paled. "N-no... Nian Shi said you wouldn’t interfere!"

Qing Yun turned her gaze to him, her expression still kind but her voice firm. "Nian Shi says many things. Few of them true."

She then looked at Yun Lintian, her tone almost motherly. "Why didn’t you come to me first? You should get a message before coming here, right?"

Yun Lintian was surprised slightly. He wiped blood from his lips. "I was planning to, Senior. Got... a bit busy here."

Qing Yun sighed. "I see."

Her gaze shifted back to Yin Yue and the others. The warmth in her eyes faded slightly. "Leave. Now."

Yin Yue hesitated.

Tian Gui gritted his teeth. "You side with him? A mortal?"

Qing Yun’s voice remained gentle, but the weight behind it was undeniable. "I side with life. And right now, you are threatening it."

A tense silence followed.

Yin Yue’s crescent blade reformed in her hand, its moonlight now pulsing with eerie crimson veins. "We don’t retreat."

The Solar Legions’ weapons rematerialized - now tainted with the same bloody moonlight.

Tian Gui’s chains of order reappeared, reforged with jagged edges. "The Creator’s laws demand this variable be erased."

Qing Yun sighed. A single green leaf drifted from her sleeve.

BOOM!

The leaf exploded into a thousand vines, entangling the Solar Legions mid-charge, intercepting Yin Yue’s blade, and deflecting Tian Gui’s chains.

All while Qing Yun remained perfectly still.

Yun Lintian murmured. "So strong."

Hei Xuan grinned. "Of course. She’s one of the strongest among us."

Yin Yue’s eyes flashed. She wasn’t angry — just... focused. Her fingers danced, weaving lunar sigils in the air.

"Moonfall."

The realm darkened as a phantom moon descended, its pale light dissolving Qing Yun’s vines.

Tian Gui seized the opportunity. "Order’s Decree: All defenses shall fail!"

The remaining vines withered instantly.

Yang Chen laughed wildly. "NOW!"

The four Primordial Gods attacked simultaneously

Qing Yun finally moved.

One step forward -

Her foot touched the ground, and flowers bloomed across the battlefield. Not just any flowers - primordial lotuses that absorbed the moonlight, neutralized the solar flames, and redirected the starry arrows.

Only Tian Gui’s chains remained, but they trembled against an invisible barrier around Qing Yun.

Yun Lintian didn’t just watch. While Qing Yun defended, he attacked.

The White Dragon Spear became a blur as he kicked Yang Chen’s solar spear aside. Then, he razed Xing Wu’s cheek with a lightning-fast thrust and used the recoil to spin into a devastating slash at Tian Gui.

CLANG!

Yin Yue intercepted at the last second, her crescent blade locking with his spear. Their faces were inches apart.

"You’re impressive," she murmured, "that’s why you must be eradicated."

"Really?" Yun Lintian smiled faintly. "Try it."

Yin Yue’s eyes flashed and moonfire erupted between them, forcing Yun Lintian back.

Qing Yun appeared beside him, her gentle hand on his shoulder. "Together."
