Myriad Devils-Chapter 314: Stalemate

"Already?!"

Elshen’s eyes opened wide in shock.

In the clouds above, thousands of unique lights intertwined. Some bright, some dim, some radiated powerful auras, and others were easily ignored.

These colors finally converged into the figure of a woman with a curvaceous body. She had a halo above her head and wings on her back.

She had pale blonde hair and twinkling, bright blue eyes.

On either side, there was a figure a few steps back.

The figure on her left was a beautiful Moon Elf. He stepped forward first and said, "Lady Margaret, please allow me to handle this."

The aura he radiated was naturally that of a Secondary-Level Dimension Lord.

In truth, his aura was even more overwhelming than the Sun Jade Ancient Lord, and so was the figure on the right, but Margaret’s presence drowned them all.

Comparatively speaking, this Moon Elf had the weakest aura amongst the three in the sky.

The Lady of Dazzling Lights glanced at him, a smile tugging at the corners of her lips.

She urged, "Cleansing Light, you should’ve heard of him, right? He once escaped Sun Jade’s fury through unknown means."

"Even as a Realm Father, you’ll need to be cautious in handling him."

"Sun Jade?" Cleansing Light mumbled.

"That Sun Jade Ancient Lord from Jade Vine Pure World? What an embarrassment amongst us Dimension Lords."

Mocking Sun Jade under his breath, he descended toward the obscured space within the star-locking seal.

Even though this space was supposedly obscured, Cleaning Light’s gaze penetrated straight through, locking onto Elshen’s figure.

Although he did not hear their words, Realm Father Elshen could somewhat guess what they were.

Seeing Cleansing Light’s descent, he voiced, "If I were you, I wouldn’t dare be so careless."

His threatening words reverberated throughout the nearby region of a thousand miles.

"Oh?" Cleansing Light tilted his head and gave him a doubtful glance.

At the same time, he saw Ah Ri and Maarsha approach Elshen with expressionless faces before stepping in front of him.

The latter snickered and placed his right hand on Ah Ri’s shoulder, and his left hand on Maarsha’s.

"You!" Cleansing Light widened his eyes. He shouted, "You wouldn’t dare!"

Boom...!!

Ah Ri’s body exploded.

Cleansing Light immediately darted his gaze back to the Lady of Dazzling Light.

In truth, he did not know who that girl was...

Margaret frowned.

Pinching her fingers, she began deducing.

Seeing this, Cleansing Light also deduced, and so did the figure on Margaret’s right side.

Elshen inwardly smiled.

’Ah Ri’s entire existence was useless in the general scheme of things. She is only an insignificant Cosmos Forger randomly picked up by the Fourth princess, and at most, a maid.’

These three had not seen Elshen kill the protector.

Although Ah Ri was effectively an insignificant character in this confrontation, the mere act of brutally and ruthlessly obliterating her body and soul made his future threats more effective.
