Myriad Devils-Chapter 236: Return to the Supreme Realm
In essence, the innumerable stars that lit up an otherworldly creature’s inner world represented their cells, and their blood had transformed into the foundational energy of this world.
When a Realm Father was born, life planets were born from their flesh and blood within their inner world, effectively making a Realm Father a creator god of life in a sense.
Hence their name, Realm Father...
Essentially, to kill a Realm Father was to kill innumerable beings, but some Realm Fathers are deserving of fates even worse than death; so was one to kill them, or not?
Even if some otherworldly creatures tended to focus on achieving the desires their mortal psyches once had, otherworldly creatures would’ve long transcended mortal thinking.
Mortals were innumerable anyway, so to kill a Realm Father was no issue.
For the world of creation within a Realm Father’s inner world, this would merely be that world’s very own doomsday annihilation.
This was the natural order of life and death, and mortal existence could not resist death.
The cosmic vessel had long set out into the vast cosmic space.
Upon achieving lightspeed, the star emblem etched on its body resonated with the Stellar Threading Pathway dimension...
For a time, they stepped out of the cosmic space and into an alternate space.
This space was only as large as the Human Domain, so an Archaic region in size; however, an Archaic region was practically infinite in size.
A Realm Father would find it difficult to traverse between Archaic regions, even though they had eternal lives.
The time taken to achieve this feat was simply incomprehensible.
Luckily, there was this Stellar Threading Pathway dimension to traverse across the Archaic region faster than lightspeed, so the duo, Leren and Anon, would only need three years at most to arrive at planet Eldara, which was situated a few hundred star fields away from Earth.
One must understand that the cosmic time flow was many times faster than Earth’s. A year of Earth’s time flow was akin to an entire cosmic cycle in the cosmic space.
A cosmic cycle was 129,600 years, the absolute limit of mortal longevity.
Even a Primordial drifter could, at most, live for 129,600 years; however, it is a very likely process for a mortal that has transcended dimensions to succeed in otherworldly ascension, unless they were attempting a third-world ascent...
So for most primordial drifters, this mortal limit was not an issue.
’By the time it’s 2083 on Earth, I’d already be dominating the cosmic space...’ Anon chuckled.
It was still only halfway into 2082, and in a thousand cosmic years, his otherworldly ascension would be consolidated.
In less than four Earth days, more than a thousand cosmic years would’ve passed. However, now that he was within the cosmic space’s time flow, it would not be four days to him.
Rising to his feet, Anon exaggeratedly yawned.
If he did not reveal human qualities at times, then those who spy on him would be led to believe that he was no longer a human.
One must understand that he was the young lord and represented humanity with his every action.
"You should not gaze at me like this," he grumbled.
The direct gaze of a Paradisical soul could not evade his senses.
Whilst he had spent some time handling things on Earth, the news already had a thousand years or so to gestate.
Naturally, there were some intrigued entities.
His own willpower was at the bottom of the cosmic barrel; hence, even though he had an abstract soul, his perception could only cover the distance of a minor region at most.
But for these Paradisical souls who had a willpower that matched their souls, these perceptions likely originated from far in the cosmic reaches.
Though they needed quite a bit of time to traverse the Archaic regions, the gazes of these foreign species did not take so long to reach him.
Gently rotating his body and stretching his nonexistent muscles, Anon’s expression slowly became solemn, and he knitted his brows.
Placing each of his hands on either side of his waist, he grabbed onto an invisible pair of blades.
He was a little rusty.
It had been some time since he even gave the bladed way a thought, so he needed to get in the mood.
In truth, Anon was just in a good mood, so he went so far as to put on a show for those who snuck glances.
Heart like blades...!
The world went silent, but in this silence, Anon opened his eyes and nodded his head with understanding, muttering, "As I expected."
"When one’s heart focuses on the way, the soul is drawn to the Supreme realm; however, my soul is my flesh and spirit, so my entire existence is brought to the Supreme realm instead."
He now stood atop a familiar mountain, observing mortality beneath him, slowly clawing away, desperately towards the peak of the Bladed pathway.
Hmmm...?
Unknowingly, Anon’s brows knitted, and his eyes focused on the surroundings of this Supreme realm. Between his brows, the divine tattoo slowly morphed into a vertical, third eye.
With the principle of Destiny working in unison with his God’s Eye, the uniqueness of the Supreme realm revealed itself to him.
’Ay, the time flow here is more complex than the cosmic space,’ he smilingly thought.
His gaze shifted to the mountain in the distance, an otherworldly mountain that broke past the world’s skies, with silhouettes of titanic entities attempting to crawl upwards.
For him, it was only a few days, but for those who clawed away at this mountain, it was thousands upon thousands of years since he last appeared.
Anon’s wings quivered slightly, and a buzzing noise signaled to others his own arrival.
In one fell stroke, he appeared before the otherworldly mountain.
Immediately, he came to a realization, ’Their appearances aren’t as overwhelming as before.’
Unlike the first time he appeared when he was but a mortal, the figures at the foot of this mountain seemed more within his own world.
More accurately, when he had entered this realm at that time, his willpower was yet to escape the cosmic ruling.
Still within the bounds of mortal existence, these otherworldly figures appeared towering.
He was now also an otherworldly creature, so his appearance did not attract any attention. This was but one more who desired to ascend the Bladed pathway.
Shifting his focus to the otherworldly mountain, his right foot took the lead in his ascent. What he took was a small step forward...
Boom!
This was akin to the explosion of a star taking place within his soul.
The Supreme realm was a space even more complex than the cosmic space, and a Supreme force gushed into his figure.
This was a power that only became more overwhelming with every step he took.
In the cosmic space, nurturing the willpower was much easier than developing the soul.
Even an otherworldly knight such as Leren had a Level Three willpower.
Though his uniqueness also had a part to play in this reality, since there were many Realm Fathers who were yet to nurture a Level Three willpower, it also proved that nurturing the will was less complex a matter.
For example, whilst an otherworldly knight could nurture a Level Three willpower, don’t even fathom the thought of an otherworldly knight with an abstract soul.
This was one of one across the cosmic space.
A Realm Father with an abstract soul would be considered an extraordinary figure across the cosmic space, and a cosmic pinnacle genius.
There were some Dimension Lords who were unsuccessful in nurturing such a soul.
When the Supreme force gushed into his inner world, it instantly dominated his entire existence, forcing him to come to an abrupt halt. 𝚏𝕣𝕖𝚎𝚠𝚎𝚋𝚗𝐨𝐯𝕖𝕝.𝕔𝐨𝕞
Anon could only take three steps before the otherworldly mountain’s might crushed him to the ground.
However, he was not displeased by this result.
Like previously mentioned, nurturing the will was less difficult than nurturing the soul, and that was mostly due to the Supreme realm.
Many otherworldly silhouettes meditated on this pressure and the Supreme mysteries contained within this foreign force.
This power directly crushed down upon the willpower, but this was an opportunity to use the Supreme force as a whetstone to mold one’s own will.
Molding the will with this Supreme force was a tedious process, but not only did it benefit one’s willpower, in this case, it also increased one’s insights into the Bladed pathway.
Leren could be considered talented in the aspect of willpower, hence he could nurture a Level Three willpower.
It also meant that whatever pathway he walked on, the power he could showcase was not to be underestimated and likely above most otherworldly knights, and even comparable to some Realm Fathers...
The Supreme force drilled into Anon’s Boundless physique; however, the manifestation of his willpower had already given way, birthing the inner world within him.
By the time this foreign power spread throughout the depths of his inner world, the suppressive force that it carried had become negligible.
The mysteries that it contained revealed themselves to him, causing a radiant smile to appear across his divinely lit face.
’Since this is the case,’ he thought for a moment before striding up the otherworldly mountain once more.
One must understand, whilst others struggled to nurture an abstract soul, he already had one.
Due to this truth, it was already predetermined by the Human Lord that nurturing his willpower would be a simpler process for him than it was for others.
But because of the nature of his Boundless physique, what could pressure others with the same Level One willpower he had did not give him as much pressure.
He had only just appeared on the Bladed pathway’s otherworldly mountain, and the intensity that radiated from his silhouette was clearly only that of a Level One willpower; however, the Supreme force did not appear to hold him back as he scaled the mountain...
