Lia felt relieved seeing him calm down. His crimson wet hair made him look charming. She kept gazing at him as he enjoyed water washing his body.

Water had turned to its original color by now.

Rio shook his head which caused his wet hair to splatter water around him including Lia's face.

He opened his eyes and saw water dripping down her ravishing face.

He placed his hand in front of his head to defend against the upcoming strike from her but it didn't come even after a few seconds passed.

Water stopped falling from the showerhead and he felt a towel covering his head.

She had handed him a white towel and said "Cover yourself before water runs out and expose your treasure down there."

Hearing her words, he turned his head down to look at the water level which was going lower. He hurriedly covered himself with the towel.

He came out of the bathtub and asked "What will I wear now, I only have one set of clothes that has already become wet."

He looked grumpy and looked at Lia who was still sitting on the stairs of the bathtub.

Lia said, "I'll ask Yami to buy some new clothes for you. Wait for me outside, I need to clean myself too."

Rio looked at her and realized the reddish-black material had tainted the sleeve of her clothes. There were droplets of water on her hair and face as well.

He showed a bittersweet smile and his mood calmed down.

'She made me go through pain to refine my body but I can't be ignorant to her care behind her actions. How can she be so nice to me?'

Rio was gazing at her which made Lia question him, "What are you looking at?"

"Nothing." Saying that he turned around and walked out of the room and closed the door.

Lia sighed, and looked at his clothes that were tainted in reddish-black material.

"I can't let someone else wash his underclothe", her face turned red like a cherry after saying these words and thinking how she would have to do it herself.

She grabbed his clothes and walked towards the other side of the bathroom.

She wasn't embarrassed to fulfill her duty as his wife although she was shy to show it.

Lia wouldn't do this for her newlywed husband but she remembered the words of her grandfather. It caused her to show some faith and give this boy a chance. After all, He was really different than all the humans she met before.

The water splattering kept ringing in the room.

An hour passed...

Rio waited outside on the couch he slept on last night.

After waiting for a long time, he mumbled, "Girls take a lot of time to bathe and get ready. It's the same for Asuras."

As he was mumbling he saw the door opened with a *Creak* sound and a fairy-like girl with an alluring body walked out.

"Oh… Heaven…" Rio nervously gulped his saliva down seeing the mesmerizing beauty in front of him.

Her wet skin enhanced her seductive body to a higher realm. Small droplets were still present in her white hair. Her cherry-like lips and jade-like smooth skin put Rio in a daze. Her beauty could cause the downfall of a nation.

She was wearing a white dress which matched with her hair and made her resemble an angel. She was only missing two featherly wings on her back.

"Wait for me." Lia walked past him and went downstairs.

After a while, she came back and went to the dressing table to comb her hair.

Rio gazed at her back with eyes that were mesmerized by her beauty. Lia could naturally see his action in the mirror and she didn't tell him but her heart felt tickled.

Rio thought she wasn't watching him staring at her back.

After a moment later, someone's footsteps were heard and disturbed his beautiful dream-like reality.

He turned around to see Yami entering the room, with a long cart that was filled with covered bowls of food.

Yami's eyes were filled with surprise as she saw Rio was only in Towel.

"Why is this guy so presumptuous?" She cursed him inwardly seeing how he was carefree around Lia.

He felt her hot gaze and became shy.

"I know I have got a sexy body but can you stop looking at me that way." Rio said bluntly with a proud smile.

"Shameless." Yami mocked him while pushing the cart inside the room.

"Place them near the couch, we will eat there." Lia's voice sounded from the dressing table.

She retrieved a portable table from her Spatial beast soul before placing it near the couch Rio was sitting on.

She proceeded to cover the table with a clean white cloth and put two plates and silver utensils for two people. She started placing the bowls filled with the food on the table.

Lia walked towards the couch and stood in front of the table.

"Happy Meal, Your Highness." She bowed to Lia before pushing the cart outside the door.

Rio finally relaxed after Yami left. He was embarrassed because he was only in Towel that was exposing half of his body.

"Do you always eat this much food alone?" He asked with a curious expression.

Lia didn't reply to him and sat beside him on the couch.

After not receiving an answer, he murmured in a lower voice, "No wonder you have developed well in the right places."

*Bang*

A fist suddenly bonked his head and reminded him that he shouldn't misspeak.

"Let's eat." Lia spoke as if nothing happened.

"Your way of showing love is very intense my dear wifey." Rio complained with a bittersweet smile while rubbing the place she hit him.

She took a bowl and a spoon to serve food into both of their plates.

There were eight bowls of food on the portable table, and each bowl was filled with enough food to feed two people.

After Lia was done serving them food,

They started indulging in the food on the table together.

"Whao... I have never eaten such food before. It tastes even better than the food I ate at Havenglow's family house." Rio thought inwardly and shoved food inside his mouth.

Lia gazed at the monkey who was eating his food without any manners like a hooligan.

She ate her food in a graceful manner like a noble young lady.

Rio was full after eating two plates, meanwhile our empress ate four plates of food.

After a while, Yami came back to the room to clean up the table.

She bowed to Lia before pushing the cart, with eaten plates and bowls, out of the room.
