My Ultimate Sign-in System Made Me Invincible-Chapter 503: Transport Logistics And Safety Protocols Announcement
Within twenty-four hours of the staff recruitment announcement, Nova Technologies had received 271,000 applications for thirty-six positions.
And the number was still climbing.
The breakdown told its own story. Nurses represented the largest single category, with more than 61,000 applications globally for six positions. Physical therapists came second at 43,000 for four slots. The culinary positions had generated volume that nobody in any professional food service community had anticipated — the Head Chef role alone had drawn more than 28,000 applications from across forty-seven countries, with the viral chef thread contributing a measurable spike in the first three hours after posting.
The kitchen assistant positions, requiring no formal qualification, had received more than 34,000 applications combined. The compensation package and the Lucid device had done exactly what they were designed to do.
The translator and patient liaison positions had drawn 19,000 applications across three slots, with applicants listing between two and seven verified language proficiencies. Several applications listed eleven.
The most competitive ratio sat with the oncologist position. One slot. 6,200 applications. From forty-one countries.
People were still talking about the staff recruitment announcement and the volunteer selection criteria announcement. But they were also waiting for the promised logistic announcement from Nova Technologies.
24 hours after the staff recruitment announcement drooped, Nova Technologies dropped the highly anticipated announcement.

Official Announcement 📢!!
Nova Technologies releases the following as intended.
Transport logistics and safety protocols for the Nova Medical Nanites clinical trial are now available.

Transport Logistics
Departure
Selected volunteers will receive secure digital notification through the official Nova Technologies application confirming their selection and departure details.
Volunteers have 48 hours to formally confirm their slot.
Non response within that window results in the next eligible applicant being contacted.
Volunteers are responsible for reaching their designated pickup airport.
A travel stipend will be provided to cover domestic transport costs where needed.
No volunteer will be unable to reach their departure point due to financial constraints.
A list of designated pickup airports will be published upon volunteer selection confirmation.
At minimum one pickup point will be available per continent.
At The Airport
Nova Technologies coordination staff will be present at every designated airport to confirm identity, handle documentation and guide volunteers through the boarding process.
A dedicated lounge will be arranged at each pickup location providing:
• Meals
• Overnight accommodation for volunteers arriving the day before departure
• On site medical support staff
At The Shuttle
A Nova Technologies space shuttle will arrive at each designated airport on the published schedule.
• Boarding to departure takes no more than two hours
• Seating accommodates volunteers with physical disabilities mobility limitations and medical equipment needs
• Assisted boarding is available without exception
• Medical staff are aboard every shuttle for the full duration of the flight
The Flight
Transit time from Earth to the lunar facility is 1 hour.
Volunteers are free to record and photograph the journey.
Critically ill volunteers requiring active monitoring during transit will have dedicated medical support assigned for their specific flight.
Arrival
Upon arrival volunteers are guided through a structured arrival process.
Each volunteer receives:
• Identity reconfirmation
• Full orientation briefing in their own language
• Private accommodation before any medical activity begins
• Time to rest settle and ask questions before the trial formally commences
Observers follow a separate parallel arrival process and are briefed specifically on their access protocols and data observation rights.
Volunteers and observers are permitted to photograph and record common areas corridors and views throughout their stay.
Photography inside active treatment areas is restricted unless explicit consent is provided by the volunteer whose procedure is being observed.
Accommodation
Every volunteer receives private accommodation for the duration of their stay.
Shared arrangements are not used.
Accommodation includes unrestricted communication access.
Volunteers may contact family or emergency contacts from the facility at any time.
Return Transport
Return transport is not scheduled in advance.
Return is authorized only after medical verification confirms the volunteer is stable, recovered and fit for travel.
Volunteers requiring extended recovery before travel clearance will remain at the facility until cleared.
Once cleared volunteers are returned to their original departure airport and assisted with any onward domestic travel needed to reach home.
Observer return transport follows a flexible schedule based on each institution’s observation period requirements.

Safety Protocols
Shuttle Safety
Every shuttle carries qualified medical staff and emergency medical equipment for the full duration of transit.
Volunteers with active critical conditions are assessed on departure day before boarding is authorized.
If a volunteer’s condition has deteriorated since volunteer selection confirmation, Nova Technologies medical staff will determine whether travel is safe before proceeding.
Lunar Facility Safety
The facility maintains a dedicated emergency medical bay separate from the trial floor.
This bay operates independently and is equipped to handle acute crises outside nanite intervention scope.
Every volunteer’s nanites operate under Emergency Override Authorization from the moment of deployment.
Life threatening situations trigger automatic nanite response within seconds.
Human staff are simultaneously alerted.
No volunteer is without a staff member within reasonable proximity during the active trial phase.
Monitoring
Every volunteer is under continuous passive monitoring from nanite deployment through to return shuttle boarding.
Monitoring data feeds to the medical team’s central dashboard in real time.
Anomalies trigger immediate staff notification.
Communication
Volunteers can reach medical staff at any hour without restriction.
Every accommodation unit has a direct contact system.
Help is always one action away.
Emergency contacts on Earth are notified at every major stage:
• Departure confirmation
• Arrival confirmation
• Treatment commencement
• Recovery status updates
• Return clearance
Psychological Safety
A psychologist or counselor is available to every volunteer throughout their entire stay.
Volunteers showing signs of psychological distress at any point are prioritized for immediate support.
This is standard care.
Withdrawal Safety
Volunteers who withdraw after nanite deployment has begun will undergo full medical assessment before nanite activity is suspended.
The safest suspension method for each volunteer’s specific condition will be determined by medical staff before proceeding.
No volunteer is returned to Earth until withdrawal has been medically cleared as safe.
Data Security
All biological data is encrypted end to end.
No third party accesses volunteer medical data without explicit individual consent.
Nova Technologies retains no ownership over volunteer biological data.
Facility Integrity
The lunar facility operates with redundant life support, power and communication systems.
No single point of failure can compromise volunteer safety.
Emergency return shuttles remain on standby at the facility for the entire duration of the trial period.
In the event of a facility emergency evacuation prioritizes volunteers first then staff then observers.
