"What’s different?" Ye Anhao sneered.
"I think Ouyang Yifeng genuinely likes you, not just for fun. If a supposedly unfaithful person finds their true love, they might be more devoted than ordinary people."
Ye Anhao rolled her eyes at him, "How come I never knew you had the potential to be a love expert before?"
The deskmate smugly raised his eyebrows, "Of course, you didn’t notice before because you had poor judgment."
Ever since that outburst in the classroom, Ouyang Yifeng had not attended classes the entire afternoon. The head teacher called him, but Ouyang Yifeng didn’t answer. After searching all around the internet cafes and KTVs near the school, they still couldn’t find him. The head teacher was worried sick, fearing something might happen to Ouyang Yifeng, so he approached Ye Anhao.
"Ye Anhao, you’ve been the closest to Ouyang Yifeng lately. Do you know where he might have gone?"
Ye Anhao frowned, "Teacher, I don’t know where he is either."
She was telling the truth, she really didn’t know where Ouyang Yifeng was.
The head teacher’s eyes darkened but he didn’t press further, "Alright then, you go back to the classroom. If you remember where Ouyang Yifeng might be, make sure to tell me."
After coming out of the head teacher’s office, Ye Anhao felt increasingly uneasy. The scene of Ouyang Yifeng losing his temper that day was still vivid in her mind, and combined with what the head teacher just said, Ye Anhao was genuinely afraid something might happen to him.
