Chapter 162: Chapter 162 If She Can’t Get Married, Then She Can’t Get Married

That night, Lin Yixun had nightmares all through the night and couldn’t sleep well. She tossed and turned, finally drifting off drowsily just before dawn, only to be woken up by the knocking on the door not long after.

Lin Yixun turned over discontentedly, intending to go back to sleep, but the person knocking was relentless, clearly determined not to stop until their goal was achieved.

Left with no choice, Lin Yixun flipped out of bed, walked barefoot to the door in a few steps, and opened it, unsurprised to see Ouyang Hao’s familiar handsome face.

If her temper hadn’t been tempered over the years, she would have punched him in the face. However, now she had to admire herself for having improved her temperament more than just a little bit.

"Mr. Ouyang, it’s so early, what’s up?" Lin Yixun muttered.

"Of course, something good! Come, go out to sea with me!"

"Mr. Ouyang, can’t I skip it?" She wasn’t interested in going out to sea and just wanted to catch up on some sleep.

"No!"

"Alright then." Lin Yixun lowered her head, knowing that with Ouyang Hao’s domineering personality, he wouldn’t allow her to say no.

"Remember to bring your swimsuit." Ouyang Hao glanced at her messy hair, slightly disdainful, "Also, tidy up that hair, so you don’t embarrass me out there."

Lin Yixun secretly rolled her eyes. Her untidiness was her own business; what did it have to do with Ouyang Hao? And wasn’t he disdainful of her swimsuit too?

Ouyang Hao seemed to suddenly realize this and impatiently said, "Forget it, don’t bring the swimsuit."

Lin Yixun thought that was fine too; she was afraid of water and would only play in the shallow area of the pool, not daring to dive or snorkel.

However, when Ouyang Hao dumped a conservative swimsuit in front of her, she realized how naive her thoughts had been.

Ouyang Hao had rented a luxurious yacht locally. The yacht sped along the sea, allowing rest inside or the enjoyment of beautiful scenery from the deck.

Lin Yixun chose the latter. Since she was woken up early by Ouyang Hao, she wasn’t going to waste the wonderful time. She lazily sat on the deck, freely admiring the scenery.

The sea breeze lifted her hair, and the sunlight cast a gentle glow on her cheeks. She closed her eyes slowly, faintly smelling the salty scent, the scent of the ocean.

Lin Yixun’s lips turned up slightly, her face looking softer under the sunlight. Her smile was light and faint, yet enough to make anyone’s heart race.

This scene happened to catch Ouyang Hao’s eyes. Across a distance neither too far nor too close, his gaze fixated on her serene profile, unable to look away.

It was unclear how long had passed before the man snapped back to reality, quickly putting on an arrogant expression, "Aren’t you afraid of getting sunburned black like someone from Africa, staying in the sunlight like that?"

If it were other women he’d met before, they would have dashed back to the cabin for sunscreen upon hearing this reminder.

But Lin Yixun responded instead, "No worries, if I get darker, darker is healthier anyway."

"You sure are carefree." Ouyang Hao came to Lin Yixun’s side, handed her a can, and then sat beside her, "Aren’t you worried about becoming so dark that nobody would marry you?"

Lin Yixun was slightly stunned but then laughed lightly, "If no one marries me, then so be it. I don’t care anyway."
