My students will become the strongest.-Chapter 363 - 362 - Casualties
"Be ready for the main force!!!"
Vice Principal Samir shouted urgently to everyone. Using his observation technique, he could already discern the main force of vampires approaching them.
Among them, he noticed a vampire with a power level equal to his own. Realizing the seriousness of the situation, he became fully focused—this was no time to be careless.
Samir quickly alerted everyone to prepare for battle. The minions had already caused some damage, but fortunately, there were no casualties yet.
Hearing his warning, Sam and everyone present became alert and prepared themselves to fight back.
They didn’t have to wait long; soon they could feel the dangerous aura emanating from the approaching vampires.
About fifty vampires were advancing, each around elite grade, with one among them an epic-grade vampire.
"I will take care of that epic-grade vampire. All of you focus on the others. Make sure to use your mental defense techniques at all times.
Vampires are known for their skill in illusion techniques they will try to confuse you, so stay vigilant.
Some female vampires can even use their charm to attract you. If you suddenly notice the atmosphere around you change, immediately retreat,"
Vice Principal Samir warned every warrior again.
"Boom!!!"
"Boom!!!"
The two forces clashed fiercely. Sam and Lily joined the battle, attacking the vampires alongside the other warriors.
Sam took to the sky, surrounded by thunderbolts as a source of electricity. One after another, he struck the vampires with powerful lightning attacks.
Several warriors used light elemental spells to assist. Though less intense than Sun Rays, light elements were effective against the vampires.
"Ahhhh!!!"
screams echoed as vampires fell under the onslaught.
However, the battle was hardly easy for the warriors. The vampires continuously attempted to manipulate their minds while also attacking with their blood manipulation abilities.
Besides spirit beams, the vampires used blood control to strike the warriors. Worse, if they managed to bite someone, they could control that person’s body by dominating the blood within.

Sam found himself surrounded by five vampires, all trying to use blood control on him.
Fortunately, he quickly erected a barrier and began to shine brightly.
"Boom!!!"
A massive explosion rocked the area. The five vampires cried out in pain as thunderbolts struck them.
Sam had created distance and attacked with precision.
In the next moment, he vanished and appeared beside one vampire, piercing its body with his sword.
Normal weapons are not very effective against vampires, but Sam wielded a legendary-grade sword, making his attacks devastating.
Panting, Sam thought,
’I need to finish these and check on Lily and Maria. I hope they aren’t hurt.’
Focused entirely on killing the vampires before him, Sam paid no mind to observing his friends.
Meanwhile, no one noticed that High Principal Samir and the vampire lord had already evacuated the battlefield.
They understood that their presence would prevent either of them from acting freely. If the vampire lord made a move, Vice Principal Samir would attack—and vice versa.
To resolve this, they decided to fight each other. The victor would decide the fate of the enemy forces.
Thankfully, their battle took place far from the main battlefield, so it did not affect the other warriors or vampires.
The vampire lord and Vice Principal Samir exchanged powerful attacks, each strike capable of seriously injuring an elite-grade warrior.
After some time, they separated, creating distance between themselves.
"Cough... Cough... I did not expect you to be so powerful. I underestimated humans and their protectors.
But mark my words—I will not be defeated so easily. More importantly, I will kill you,"
the vampire lord growled.
"Hahaha... You pathetic human. You think you can kill me? I will kill you,"
Vice Principal Samir retorted fiercely.
Both were wounded, determined to kill each other, but victory would not come easily.
The vampire lord began to glow with a red aura as Vice Principal Samir launched an attack.
The impact destroyed nearby buildings as they clashed violently.
***
"Sam!!!" Lily and Maria shouted when they noticed twenty vampires had surrounded Sam at once.
Everyone feared Sam was seriously injured. The two girls panicked but could not engage due to the vampires blocking their path.
"Don’t get distracted. Focus on the vampires in front of you," Sam’s voice reassured them.
Suddenly, the temperature dropped, and ice beams struck the monsters.
The vampires had no time to react. Two were immediately frozen solid.
The ice statues alerted the other vampires, who quickly prepared to counter.
Sam was determined not to let any escape and attacked with a blast technique.
Dark clouds gathered rapidly, and within five seconds, a blizzard enveloped the battlefield.
***
After a fierce fight, Sam was exhausted but had slain nearly thirty vampires.
At first, everyone thought only fifty vampires were present, but later they realized about one hundred and ten had arrived.
Killing that many vampires was not easy, and many warriors suffered serious injuries.
Medical warriors focused on healing the wounded. Many warriors were mentally affected by the vampires’ mind control, and some might never fully recover.
Due to this, none of the warriors were happy—they were furious and eager to kill the vampires swiftly.
Many had forgotten that to fight vampires successfully, they must remain calm, as vampires can manipulate the mind and exploit negative emotions.
As expected, many warriors began screaming as they fell into illusions.
"Damn it!!! Stay calm in every situation. Do not let the monsters control your emotions. Help the affected warriors retreat—they are not in condition to fight back," Sam commanded.
At first, the situation seemed manageable, but gradually, more warriors succumbed to the vampires’ influence.
By now, the number of monsters had reduced, with only fifty remaining.
Lily, Sam, the teachers and elders of Golden Dawn Academy, and warriors from The Tiger Guild decided to go all out.
Every warrior felt fortunate to have Sam with them. No one had expected Sam to be this powerful.
While most warriors fought in teams, Sam fought alone, handling the majority of monsters single-handedly.
He fully demonstrated his capabilities, leaving even the Golden Dawn Academy teachers and elders speechless.
On the battlefield, Sam disappeared and reappeared before the vampires.
Before they could attack, he unleashed a wind blast technique.
A powerful explosion followed, cutting three vampires into pieces with wind blades.
Many vampires were seriously injured by the wind blades.
The other warriors seized the opportunity, unleashing a barrage of spells—from fireballs to water balls, at both long and close range.
They did not want to miss any chance to attack the monsters.
***
Finally, the medical warriors could breathe a sigh of relief.
From the start, they had felt the pressure alongside Sam and the others.
Though not directly participating in the main battlefield, they focused on healing the warriors—an effort as challenging as fighting vampires.
The tide had turned, and they now held the advantage.
Though the casualty rate was high, no humans had died.
Only ten vampires remained—those attempting to flee. How could the others allow these vampires to escape?
After a while, Sam and all the warriors finally breathed a sigh of relief. They had taken care of all the vampires, which was truly good news.
However, none of them felt happy or celebratory. The casualty rate was high, and many warriors might never fully recover from the mental attacks they endured.
Even Sam didn’t know what to do at that moment; he was feeling the same sorrow. Among those affected were teachers from Golden Dawn Academy.
Just looking at them made Sam feel deeply saddened. Fortunately, Lily came over and told him not to worry.
"I have full confidence that everyone will wake up. They are not cowards. Besides, I’m sure Grandpa will be able to help them if Maria and the others can’t,"
she said, trying to reassure Sam. But her concern was evident—she was also worried and unsure what to do.
After a moment, Sam gathered his resolve.
"Guys! I know this is not the time to be happy, but it’s not the time to be sad either.
We must help Vice Principal Samir. If that’s impossible, we have to find the source of these vampires and, if possible, eliminate it.
This is definitely more complicated than we thought. We still don’t know how these vampires entered our safe zone. There is clearly a problem within, and we have to find it,"
Sam declared.
His words lifted the spirits of the warriors; everyone became motivated to fight once again.
Indeed, helping Vice Principal Samir was now paramount.
Sam instructed Maria and all the medical warriors to care for the injured, while he and the other warriors rushed toward the direction of Vice Principal Samir and the vampire lord.
No one knew exactly what was happening, but everyone could feel a powerful aura emanating from that direction.
Clearly, this was not normal. Vice Principal Samir was likely in danger, and under any circumstance, they had to come to his aid. With this they rush toward that direction.
