My starting summon is a small skeleton-Chapter 94 - 093 Diary
Lu Wu’s Diary.
"December 3rd.
Today I signed a contract with Jiangnan University and got my hands on the Divine Origin Fruit.
Also, I registered an intranet account and casually uploaded two new plans, effortlessly earning 550 points.
Sigh, the life of a genius is just so plain and simple.
Also, I found out today that Little Skeleton actually cheated in secret.
It stuffed something inside its skeleton that I can’t quite identify, but it seems pretty strong.
I’m somewhat unhappy.
After all, as someone as outstanding and upright as me, I really dislike cheats.
Really, I’m not laughing my head off!!!
I’ve just decided to properly cultivate and train Little Skeleton, focusing on its ideological development. As Lu Wu’s Little Skeleton, how could it even entertain the thought of using cheats?
A beast must be dignified and down-to-earth; only through honest hard work can it have a bright future.
However, I’ll hold off on using the Divine Origin Fruit for now. I’ll research my second Summoned Beast when I have some time.
Right now, properly training Little Skeleton and establishing the correct skeletal outlook is the priority.
Really, I’m not entertaining thoughts of using an underestimated Little Skeleton to beat all the geniuses and become the champion of the high school league.
Although if that happened, Little Skeleton and I would both become spectacularly famous and it might pique people’s intense interest in my methods of cultivating Little Skeleton; I could potentially make a fortune from it.
But that’s not what I want!
All I want is to train Little Skeleton properly, and that’s all!
In terms of training Little Skeleton, there are currently two key points.
One is Little Skeleton’s Evolution issue.
The other is Little Skeleton’s Power growth issue.
Regarding Little Skeleton Evolution, I looked up some information (damn it, this stupid network ripping me off, it cost me 1 point just to look something up, and a blink of an eye later, 10,000 was gone).
The information I got shows that currently known first-tier Evolutions for Little Skeleton mainly have three directions.
One is the "Skeleton Warrior", another is the "Skeleton Archer", and the third one is the "Skeleton Mage".
There are quite a few directions for Evolution, but damn it, not one has a stable Evolution plan; all of them evolve through chance coincidences.
Furthermore, due to the nature of Little Skeleton’s upbringing, not many Cultivation Masters are specifically researching these Evolutions, so if I want to help Little Skeleton evolve, I have to come up with my own plan.
No other way, I had to spend money again.
I spent 30 points to purchase the Evolution details for these three directions to study.
Hmm, after going through the details of these three Evolution directions, I felt Little Skeleton again and found that its attributes had changed.
The Name now has (Evolution) next to it, but there doesn’t seem to be a plan yet, probably because I haven’t tried experimenting.
But the cheat can be used, which makes things much simpler (strike this sentence).
(Strike out this whole paragraph!)
With a breakthrough in Evolution, I cannot relax in terms of Power!
After all, for a Summoned Beast, Power is the foundation of everything.
Little Skeleton is now two stars, and goblins are three stars; when it comes to a fight, I have no choice but to smash my phone.
If Little Skeleton were three stars, I could have a lively fight with a goblin without needing to smash my phone.
Moreover, the actual purpose of a Summoned Beast’s Evolution is to seek a breakthrough in Power.
Without Evolution, it’s almost impossible for the likes of Little Skeleton and goblin to reach Elite Level!
So increasing Power is of the utmost importance; Evolution serves the purpose of boosting Power and Combat Power!
I must not put the cart before the horse and let the pursuit of Evolution hinder the increase in Power.
And if I want to increase Little Skeleton’s Power quickly, I must visit a Secret Realm!
Currently, I’ve spotted several Secret Realms near Quan City that are most suitable for Little Skeleton on the intranet. Damn, they’re expensive! The lowest admission fee is 5 points, and the highest even goes into the hundreds!
The most ideal one was a secret realm called "Big Cemetery."
Tickets cost 100 points, and you could stay for a month.
Hmm, if I’m heading to the secret realm, I better take Dudu with me. I wasn’t thinking about hitting any peak of attractiveness; I wanted to help Dudu boost Tuantuan’s power.
Really, I swear to the heavens!
But if I want to take Dudu with me, the biggest problem I’m facing now is Dudu’s Dad!
How am I going to convince Dudu’s Dad to let me take Dudu to the secret realm?
Ugh, what if I sneak off with Dudu... Would I get beaten up when I return?
"Bald head!"
...
After finishing this diary entry, Lu Wu lay down, his brow furrowed with worry, and casually swatted a mosquito that had landed on the desk.
It couldn’t be helped, the mosquito knew too much.
...
After finishing his diary, Lu Wu went to bed.
Over on the other side, there was Lu Haikong.
He had dealt with Zhao Kai Ming and sent him away just as Lu Wu completed his diary, and now he sat in the living room smoking and drinking.
It was obvious he was troubled.
He ran his fingers through his hair once a minute on average, almost scratching himself bald.
The cause of his distress was the problem with Lu Wu.
"Indeed, a son is born indebted!"
When Lu Wu was young, Lu Haikong found him cute and loveable, but as the boy grew older, Lu Haikong felt more and more of a headache.
The child’s personality reminded him of his own younger self, and he looked similar too. Lu Haikong couldn’t help but be reminded of his own past, especially when he saw Lu Wu bullying Dudu. That really made his hands itch.
But that was a small issue.
The bigger headache for Lu Haikong was Lu Wu’s growth dilemma.
He was already eighteen, and the question was whether to cultivate him or not.
This was a very troubling question. If he cultivated him, the kid would inevitably enter this circle.
Once in, with his background, his traces would be deep, and it was only a matter of time before Lu Wu attracted attention.
New novel chapters are published on freewёbn૦νeɭ.com.
And once any of the several, well, maybe a dozen, or perhaps dozens of them discovered him – it was hard to say.
In any case, if even one of them noticed him, Lu Haikong’s little family could possibly be exposed, and he didn’t dare think about how tragic that chaotic scene would be.
But if he didn’t cultivate him, after all, the kid was his son.
So, Lu Haikong was particularly vexed.
And his head didn’t just start hurting now; it ached since Lu Wu was in high school, persisting to the present.
While he was still uncertain about whether to cultivate or not and how to cultivate, his rebellious child seemed to be doing well on his own!
In theory, this should be a good thing, but Lu Haikong found it hard to be happy about it.
Because this meant that Lu Wu’s entry into this circle was almost an inevitability.
At this point, Lu Haikong was considering whether to push him along.
After a few bottles of liquor and packs of cigarettes, Lu Haikong made up his mind.
"Forget it, I won’t do it. Cultivating him would leave deep traces, accelerating exposure. He supposedly has what it takes, so let him spread his wings on his own!
But as for Dudu, with that Bonds Skill, I could sneakily give her a bit of a cheat.
Also, I feel this rebellious child is bound to be exposed sooner or later, so it’s best to prepare early. Once the kid is out in the open, I’ll immediately take my wife and daughter and run for it.
As for Lu Wu? Hmm, they wouldn’t go as far as to kill the kid, right?"
