"Are you alright?" Drayken spoke with panic in his tone.
"I am fine." Rowena feebly spoke with her tails wagging in happiness, 'Master is worried about me.' she thought in her heart, even though the pain was unbearable, her mental happiness was far greater just because of that.
Drayken supported her to stand up on the ground and glanced at the fifteen spirits that were cut in half and the five that were completely frozen in place, "Are they really dead?"
"No, master, these spirits are only a manifestation here in the physical world right now." She explained with a smile on her face.
"I see." He heaved a sigh of relief. Drayken had initially thought that he had gone overboard to slash apart these spirits but it seems that they weren't actually dead, how could he be cruel to his own people?
"Master, I have a question, how were you able to lift off my illusions so easily?" She asked.
"Illusions?" Drayken thought, "Oh, I don't get affected by illusions. No matter what kind of mind trick you use, unless it is beyond my imaginable comprehension, nothing can affect me."
"What?" Rowena's eyes widened.
"Why are you so surprised?" He noticed from the corner of his eyes, both Synthia and Conrad also were looking at him with an equally shocked expression as well, although barely traceable unlike Rowena.
"Oh?"
Drayken thought back, Dragons are usually emotional creatures so things like illusions and mind attacks made them more vulnerable.
Luckily, human species didn't have any such kind of illusion attacks but that doesn't mean that the other race doesn't have them.
'Maybe Grey's power would be more effective against a Dragon.'
Thinking so in his heart, he watched as Rowena gathered her breath and quickly regained her demeanour, her breathing becoming much more stable.
"Let me heal you." Drayken spoke and closed his eyes, Grey appeared along with all of his Grimoires behind him inside his mind.
Then Drayken opened back his eyes again and casually extended his palm, a blue flame emerged from his palm, covering Rowena whole.
Rowena was frightened as the blue flames engulfed her; however, she also believed Drayken, so she didn't move out of the way.
She closed her eyes, preparing herself for the pain but the pain never came instead all she felt was a soothing calm, her injuries healing even more rapidly.
After a few minutes, she was completely healed, her tails wagging and her ears twitching, "Thank you, master."
"It's nothing." Drayken said with a light reply and patted her head, "As long as you are fine."
"Hehe." She giggled.
"Enough talk, I think we should leave now." Synthia finally spoke, pouting cutely, clearly a little jealous.
"Yes, I guess it is time to see the strength of a Rank 8 dragon." Drayken also nodded his head with firmness.

Today, in the dragon kingdom, thousands of dragon people were going in a single direction towards the dragon colosseum.
The dragon colosseum was the place where all dragons fought each other, either because of grudges or competing for a rank.
Drayken has fought here countless times before.
He first fought in this place when he was captured by Eleanor, fighting foreign beasts. The paragons and the numerous creatures all fueled his growth to become a Rank One Dragon. This was merely his starting point, the one where he gained the recognition of Eleanor.
Although at that time, it was in a sub-arena, now such a practice was completely abolished after Drayken had ascended into Dragon prince.
The second time, Drayken fought with the younger dragons in the main arena where his fate had completely turned and he became the dragon prince that all of the dragon people revered. 𝕗𝐫𝚎𝗲𝘄𝐞𝕓𝐧𝕠𝘃𝕖𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝚖
This was his second turning point, where he gained access to knowledge and status far beyond.
The third time was when he fought with Eleanor and the Rank Seven dragons here, allowing him to reach a Rank Six Dragon.
"What do you think, will the dragon prince win?" One of the Dragons settled on his seat and looked at the giant arena laid beneath his eyes quite curiously.
"Why are you asking me such a stupid question?" His friend replied with a roll of his eyes, "Focus on the match, we have gotten the last seat in the entire place."
"Hey, hey, this day might be marked in the history of us dragons." the dragon retorted hard, "Also how is this a stupid question?"
"Because it is impossible for prince Drayken to win." his friend replied again.
"You are the stupid one, hmph, didn't you see him defeat the Rank Seven Dragonlords? If you really think he doesn't have a chance, then you are the stupid one." The dragon was filled with anger.
"With the strength he has shown in his last fight, it is unlikely for him to be able to achieve anything, unless his strength grows even more." His friend spoke lightly, "You vastly underestimate the power of a Rank Eight Dragon, the dragon king could easily take on more than one Telekinetic Paragon of the humans."
"Aren't Telekinetic Paragons said to be able to compete with Rank Nine Dragon?" the dragon spoke with a raise of his brows.
"When did that happen?" His friend merely rolled his pupils, "Those are the only things that humans boast, in reality, have you ever seen the same rank of Dragon being held back by the humans?"
"But the difference is so huge?" the dragon tentatively looked at the platform.
"That's right, the only reason they are surviving is because they had discovered beyond Level Nine and their numbers," His friend scoffed.
At this time, a giant shadow of a dragon bloated out the entire sky, covering the entire place. Everyone raised their head instinctively and immediately bowed.
"We greet the Dragon King."
In the sky, a massive blue scaled dragon flew in the sky, even the sky seemed to quiver under his presence. Then the Dragon swiftly flew into the arena, turning into his human figure with long flowing blue hair and a majestic crown.
Every dragon people bowed in his presence, he was none other than: Kaizer, the Dragon King!
