Chapter 720: Chapter 720: The Truth is Revealed_1

Two women who looked so attractive are actually like two dark venomous snakes, this is their true nature.

Both grooms are truly unfortunate, everyone can’t help but feel sympathy for them. They see Shang Jingchen with fury filling his face, an expression of unbearable frustration, while Third Young Master Jun’s expression is strangely aloof, observing everything from the side with indifference.

"Humph, this is what you call a dog biting a bone!" Ye Lu sneered softly.

Suddenly, another group of people stormed into the church, each of them dressed in imposing police uniforms, walking in with large strides. Everyone was confused, even the police are here, did something major happen?

"Sorry to interrupt, the police are on duty, please cooperate with us, we are here to arrest Yuan Jiayin." The leading captain took out his ID, his voice firm and strong.

Shang Jingchen was taken aback: "Why?"

"She is suspected of killing Old Sir Shang."

As these words were spoken, the entire room was in an uproar, bustling with discussion. Everyone knew that Old Sir Shang had died of illness, the news had reported as much, but now the police were saying that Yuan Jiayin was suspected of murdering him, this was a big issue.

Ye Lu’s eyes light up, Ling Yan’s work is certainly efficient, he found evidence so quickly.

Yuan Jiayin’s face suddenly changed: "Impossible, how is this possible?"

The evidence she fabricated all pointed to Ye Lu, if anybody should be arrested it should be her.

Shang Jingchen was like lightning struck, full of shock and anger, his voice seemed squeezed out from his lungs.

"What is going on?" 𝒇𝒓𝙚𝒆𝔀𝓮𝓫𝒏𝓸𝙫𝓮𝓵.𝓬𝙤𝙢

The captain took a sympathetic glance at him: "Based on our special case re-investigation, the relevant evidence shows that Yuan Jiayin is highly suspected of murdering Old Sir Shang, we have obtained the evidence."

Everything the police said was based upon the evidence, they wouldn’t speak without reason. Since they said they obtained concrete evidence, then it must be so.

Shang Jingchen completely frozen, his pupils suddenly dilating, his eyes bloody red like Asura, he walked step by step towards Yuan Jiayin.

"You actually killed grandpa, you actually killed grandpa, Yuan Jiayin, you crazy woman—" his voice was filled with grief, anger, extreme hatred, and pain.

Yuan Jiayin trembled violently, she saw that there was no rationality left in Shang Jingchen’s eyes, he pounced at her like he was going to kill her.

He choked her neck tightly, Yuan Jiayin felt her throat constrict, she did her best to push him away, but he was like a madman, as if he wanted to strangle her to death.

A few police officers quickly rushed up, forcibly pulling him away, although they also disdained Yuan Jiayin, they couldn’t harm a suspect.

"Bitch, why did you harm grandpa? Speak!" Shang Jingchen had lost all rationality, his eyes almost splitting open, glaring fiercely at Yuan Jiayin.

Yuan Jiayin gasped heavily, looking up at Shang Jingchen’s gaze that was like it was pointed at an archenemy, this stirred up the hatred from the bottom of her heart.

"Why? Why don’t you ask your grandpa? He was the one who separated us, resulting in me being stranded abroad, tricked into a brothel, suffered untold humiliation and torture, he was the one who ruined me, ruined my life. How could I not hate him? I hate him to death."

Shang Jingchen was taken aback, he yelled: "If you want to blame someone, blame me. Grandpa didn’t know what would happen to you, how could you be so cruel, you’re already beyond twisted."

"Ha, I am twisted, I wanted to find someone to exact revenge, if you want to blame someone, blame that heartless old man who ruined me for life."

Shang Jingchen was unable to contain his anger, he pushed the police away, lunged at her and slapped her face, forcefully pushing her away.

Yuan Jiayin was pushed away by his immense force, harshly crashing into the corner of the altar.

She let out a scream, her face turned ashen, blood flowed from her forehead, she held grasped her stomach, shivering in pain.

"My child, my child..."
