Gu Yan’s eyes turned cold.

Was it all just an act earlier? To think she fooled so many people—heh, how genuine it seemed.

"What’s with the blood?" he asked coldly.

A sly and disdainful sneer appeared on Ye Lu’s calm face. "Red shower gel, setting this up sure took me a lot of time. You should feel honored, Gu Yan!"

She was originally planning to act tomorrow, but then she suddenly saw a bodyguard with milk for her.

It felt wrong to her—someone randomly giving her this to drink, and moreover, it was always Gu Yan who came to the basement. Now a different person had come, and she had a hunch that there must be a big conspiracy.

He despised their love for each other.

"Seems like I have to ’trouble’ you a bit," Ye Lu’s hand turned ruthless, cutting through Gu Yan’s neck, causing blood to flow like a stream.

Gu Yan gave a pained grunt, not expecting her to actually do it.

Loss of blood made his body weak, even his windpipe was in her hand, causing him great discomfort.

Taking advantage of his weakness, Ye Lu immediately pulled down the bathroom’s curtain coldly, rolled it into a bundle, and swiftly tied him up. She then placed a towel around his neck so she could strangle him if he made any sudden moves.

"Get up," she ordered chillingly. "Don’t think I won’t dare do anything to you. Right now, I won’t hesitate to kill you!"

How dare he drug the milk; he had truly reached a new level of perversion. She was utterly disappointed in him, with the last bit of affection in her heart vanishing.

She shoved Gu Yan along, out of the room.

Third Young Master Jun, who was staring intently at the screen the whole time and not seeing Gu Yan come out of the bathroom for a long duration, felt utterly desperate, with tears of blood falling from his eyes, his heart wrenching in pain, nearly collapsing.

Then, as he saw Ye Lu bind Gu Yan and come out, he was completely stunned.
