My Perfect Female CEO-Chapter 1125: I Belong to Fire Phoenix
"Does it really not matter if you’re hostile towards me? Am I supposed to be afraid of you?" Dais sneered.
If Ye Fan didn’t know her identity number, she would utterly disregard him. It’s only because of this question that she even took a second look at him, hoping to get the information she needed from Ye Fan.
Dais said impatiently, "My only question now is, who are you? How do you know that number? If you can help answer my question, I might still be willing to talk to you. Otherwise, there’s no point continuing this conversation. Since you’ve piqued my curiosity, I believe you’ll enlighten me."
Ye Fan also knew that to further engage with Dais, he needed to reveal some valuable information.
"I used to be part of the God Organization like you. I am the Terminator," Ye Fan calmly said.
"What?" Dais was shocked, jumped up, and incredulously said, "You’re the Terminator!"
She stared at Ye Fan, trying to determine if he was lying. But after some thought, she believed him.
"Yes, yes, no one else but the Terminator could be you. I should have realized this earlier."
"It’s no wonder Deceitful Fox is so afraid, putting together schemes to kill you multiple times, and you suddenly appear and gain fame in the Underworld as if you emerged from nowhere as a formidable figure—none of this is something an ordinary person could accomplish."
"My identity number had already been destroyed by the Terminator. Many files and materials of the God Organization were turned to ashes. If anyone in this world still knows confidential information, it’s only you."
Dais sat down again, her eyes filled with shock and astonishment.
She kept watching Ye Fan intently.
At this point, his initial doubts had cleared, leaving no room for suspicion.
Ye Fan remained calm, indifferent to Dais’s shocked gaze.
"Hahaha, hahahahaha..." Dais first let out a quiet chuckle and then laughed loudly.
The laughter was loud and thunderous.
The people around the bar were puzzled, not understanding what was going on with Dais, but no one dared to approach.
"When you approached me earlier, I thought you were hitting on me on purpose. I realized then that a guy with such skinny arms and legs isn’t my type; you wouldn’t satisfy me in bed. Compare to the men in here, you only come across as a small man," Dais said with a wide smile, teasing him without restraint.
Ye Fan kept a straight face, just glanced at Dais without saying a word.
"Haha..." Dais lowered her voice and laughed a few more times, saying frivolously, "What an opportunity to openly tease the Terminator, a chance most people never have. I’ve found it, so I intend to make the most of it."
Ye Fan’s face remained expressionless, unaffected by Dais’s words.
"Such an unromantic man, so boring not to cooperate," Dais criticized openly, her voice carrying a peculiar tone, "Even though you were once in the same organization as me, I’ve always looked up to you. Everything I’ve learned about your identities was false. To us, you were always a shadow."
Dais seemed to have endless things to say, her emotions extremely intense.
It was as if she wanted to reveal all the unanswered questions and confusion buried in her heart over the years.
"Have you laughed enough? I’m being exceptionally tolerant with you." Ye Fan said calmly.
"Finally willing to speak?" Dais laughed and said, "I haven’t laughed enough, not even close. I’m planning to laugh for three days and nights. The Terminator I imagined countless times turns out not to be a burly man, but just a cold, small guy. Hahaha."
"Actually, we’ve met more than once before, you just didn’t know my identity," Ye Fan said impatiently. "Given your good relationship with Fire Phoenix, I’m here to remind you. Otherwise, do you think I would have come? So let’s be clear—my tolerance has limits; don’t push it."
"You can’t even take a joke; so dull. Only Big Sister Fire Phoenix sees you as precious, but I don’t see any charm in you," Dais complained unkindly before becoming serious, "So, why have you come to see me?"
"I’m currently cooperating with Sky Net, and the target is the Hound Base. With a little hint, you should understand," Ye Fan said softly.
"You plan to lead three Hunting Teams from Sky Net to attack my Hound Base?" Dais frowned, demanding, "Why? Why would you do that?"
"There’s not much reason," Ye Fan responded indifferently. "In light of our past, and since you’re close to Fire Phoenix, I’m telling you not to resist desperately. If things go wrong, find a way to survive, don’t fight needlessly."
"You’ve come just to tell me that?" Dais remarked with an odd smile.
"What else could I possibly be here for?" Ye Fan said flatly.
"I thought you came to persuade me to surrender to Sky Net," Dais said with a complicated expression.
"Would I be that boring?" Ye Fan sneered, thinking about setting Sky Net against God Organization in a deadly battle, not about persuading them to surrender. In fact, he never even considered the idea of persuading them to surrender.
"Since you’re personally attacking the Hound Base, I know the base can’t be saved. With your knowledge of the Hound Base combined with your unparalleled hacking skills, taking down the base’s defenses won’t be an issue," Dais said sincerely. "You went out of your way to inform me of my fate, and I’m truly grateful."
"No need, it’s what I should do..." Ye Fan began but was interrupted by Dais, "First listen to me, you won’t persuade me to surrender to Sky Net, but I want to persuade you to join us."
"Join you?" Ye Fan thought briefly and then declared, "Impossible."
"Nothing is absolute. It’s better for you to join us because I’m part of Big Sister Fire Phoenix’s circle. Currently, the God Organization is in a three-way power struggle—Deceitful Fox, Fire Phoenix, and the Butcher each have their forces. So, being against me is indirectly being against Fire Phoenix," Dais said swiftly.
"Three-way power struggle? When did this happen?" Ye Fan was puzzled.
