My Goddess is Good at Pretending-Chapter 716: Last Lesson
Two weeks before the Nirvana Great War, Elysia went to the Divine World’s Heavenly Realm for the last time as the divine teacher, giving her final class to her immortal students.

Although it was the last lesson before the war, the entire event was only filled with inspections of individual progress and blessing installation of their divine weapons. Lastly, there were exchanges of pointers in case there were some unanswered questions or things the students needed to know about the incoming great war against the abyssal demons of the Corrupted Nirvana Realm.
Once the class was over, all students, namely the high-ranking Gods and Immortals of the Heavenly Palace’s affiliates, were required to retreat for a whole week in the Heavenly Palace’s special cultivation formations to enhance their resistance to the corrupted and cursed energy. Since the matter had been notified beforehand, everyone was not surprised because they had also completed their respective preparations beforehand.
Under the Heavenly Palace’s order and supervision, Elysia and her Goddess sisters went to inspect the military equipment and war weapons that would play an active role in turning the tide in the incoming war. The anti-curse mechanism was implemented to all items, without exception, and all finished products had to pass Elysia’s inspection and finishing touch as the final stage.
Using her anti-curse and evil-nemesis divinity, Elysia checked the finished products one by one. Although it was her weekly task in the past two months, this last batch made her hold her breath at each item she inspected. It was completely different from the inspection batch this morning.
’He-Dao drained the Heavenly Palace’s treasury and probably half the Divine World’s wealth in preparation for the Nirvana Great War...’ Elysia muttered in her mind as she gave her finishing touch to a highest-rank divine weapon.
It was one of the weapons that would be used by the Heavenly Agents, and yes, the reason why she had to hold her breath at every item she inspected this time was because all of the items were at the highest level that would be used by He-Dao’s core forces. Each and every one of them possessed great destructive power and tremendous stats imbued with anti-curse and evil-nemesis divinity.
However, there was one thing that made her a little uncomfortable and awkward. Every divine weapon and artifact that she inspected in this last batch, had her divine title carved into them, right next to the owner’s name.
Elysia put down the Heavenly Amethyst Bow after granting it a flawless blessing of anti-curse and evil-nemesis. She returned the bow to its owner and received the owner’s sincere gratitude.
Before she proceeded to the next Heavenly Agent’s divine weapon and artifact, she turned to the side, asking He-Dao and Yuna. "I’m starting to wonder about this... did you carve the Supreme Goddess of Mysterious Origin on all the artifacts and weapons in this batch? Why did you do it?"
"Please forgive us for using your divine title for our benefit without prior notice. We glorify your name in the incoming great war, and we hope your name will bless us through the divine weapon that will accompany us in the battle of life and death." Yuna responded with an honest reply.
However, she spoke between the lines as there was something she could not say just like that. The divine weapon and artifact in this last batch would accompany them even after their death.
So, they used the Supreme Goddess name carved on one of their primary weapons to borrow the blessing of the universe to protect them from their cycle of reincarnation. The Supreme Goddess of Mysterious Origin might sound simple, but not all could speak this name, much less borrow it because its name alone possessed a mysterious power of the universe.
So, with the Supreme Goddess of Mysterious Origin’s name carved with their soulbound divine weapon under the Supreme Goddess of Mysterious Origin’s permission, namely Goddess Elysia, they had nothing to fear even if all of them fell in the battlefield in the Corrupted Nirvana Realm.
"..." Elysia shrugged, clueless about the real gravity of her current divine title. She allowed them to use it because she had no reason to forbid them.
She stoked the beautifully carved name on the next divine weapon. So, her divine title, which was given by He-Dao unilaterally, was used to glorify her name and protect them. But, her divine title alone shouldn’t possess any power...
Therefore, she gave it an additional blessing to protect its owner, just like the other items she blessed in this last batch.
---
It took her almost two hours to bless all the items in the last batch even though her Goddess sisters assisted her during the session. After bidding each other farewell to the Heavenly Agents, Elysia stood before He-Dao to check up on his condition and mental state.
She was absolutely sure He-Dao had already mustered up the courage to hear Lady Nirvana’s last words in that recording. However, she heard something from Yuna and Amy yesterday... they said He-Dao grew unbelievably quiet after his previous seclusion.
"Are you alright? If you don’t mind, could you tell me what you’re feeling right now?" Elysia asked out of concern.
"Thank you for your concern, milady. This venerable one, I mean, me is completely right in prime condition. What I’m feeling right now is nothing but excitement, the desire to exterminate and destroy the entire nirvana abyssal creatures." He-Dao replied calmly, but his eyes said something different.
"..." Although He-Dao hid it, Elysia could see the bloodlust and thick amount of marinated revenge burning in He-Dao’s gaze. She could do nothing but nod at it.
He-Dao had something else planned, and he had no authority to change his decision. She had done what she could to advise him so he wouldn’t do anything stupid, let alone use a self-sacrifice plan. The overall predicament will not end just because the Sovereign of Abyss perished at the price of He-Dao’s life...

A few moments later, Elysia brought her sisters to descend, returning to the Sacred Mountain.
The air within the core site of the Sacred Sakura’s domain carried a rare warmth. All of Elysium Pantheon members already waited for their leader there as they knew the current situation was a fleeting moment of tranquility before the impending Nirvana Great War against the abyssal demons.
Seeing her people’s restlessness, Elysia, despite holding the role of one of the key figures leading the celestial war, smiled gently. She decided to spend the remaining precious days with her sisters and pantheon members. "I miss having that quality time with you. I’d love to hear what you think about this."
"E-eh?" Gaia, Lifa, and Fortuna were shocked. Instead of giving any pointers or making preparations for the Nirvana Great War in two weeks, Elysia suddenly wished to spend some quality time together with them?!
"It’s nice~" Elena put her hands together, understanding what Elysia wanted would lead to something good for their family.
"Is that okay? I mean, I’m not sure we’re ready to face the heavenly war in two weeks..." Yuuki put her hand on her chest, expressing her worry on behalf of her fellow sisters.
"It’s alright. We’re here with you, and we’ll get through everything together. We just need to stick to the plan as we’re not the main force in the Nirvana Great War." Elysia replied with a tender expression.
She counted it, and the Nirvana Great War would actually break out in eleven days because three days before the appointed time, she and He-Dao would force open the Nirvana Seal ahead of time to recover Lady Nirvana’s soul remnant.
It would cause the realm barrier that sealed the Nirvana Realm to collapse early, but all preparations were already set in place for it. The Heavenly Palace’s affiliates across the entire Divine World already prepared themselves even for the worst.
Seeing their master showed them such an honest intention without any nervousness for the Nirvana Great War, the pantheon members felt somewhat relieved. They looked at each other before responding positively to their master’s idea. They always welcomed some quality time with their master.
Together, they filled their time with joyous activities. Starting from the family banquet beneath the sacred sakura tree, lighthearted friendly sparring, aromatherapy hot spring bath, romantic dance beneath the moonlight, and the occasional stroll through the beautiful gardens where mythical flowers bloomed in divine-like colors. It was a moment of respite, a gathering of deities who might soon march to a heavenly battlefield from which not all would return.
Yet amidst these sacred moments, an urgent plea arrived.
"Mama~" Miko threw herself into her mama’s arms. She then looked up to see her mama’s mythical eyes. "It’s been two days. Will you spare some time to meet the heroes tomorrow?"

"Fufu, what do you think?" Elysia chuckled softly, tapping Miko’s cheek with her fingers.
"I said to them it would take three days at most the day before yesterday..." Miko pouted.
"Eriri, what do you think? Should we fulfill their request and bring them with us for our visit to Earth?" Elysia beckoned Erina to come closer.
"I don’t dare to decide it for them, but I think if they’re going to come with us, they shouldn’t get your favor for free..." Erina pressed her fingers together, feeling not really concerned about the summoned heroes.
"It’s reasonable." Elysia nodded in understanding, then turned to the side. "Xen, what do you think? What would happen if they had enough capital to buy your spaceship to return to Earth?"
"Even if they have a spaceship with unlimited fuel, the chance for them to get lost in space is 100%. They will never be able to return to Earth without your secured return path, master." Xentia shook her head.
"Well, so their only hope lies in mama’s hands." Miko muttered softly, not knowing that Xentia’s route wasn’t feasible for the summoned heroes.
"Mm, we can’t let the unprecedented or the others might follow to take advantage of us. If they wish to return to their homeworld, there are some conditions they need to know and understand. If we are going to meet them tomorrow, Gaia and I will prepare a hero contract for them." Rhea glanced at Gaia once with a faint smirk.
She recalled the otherwordly power would be sealed or rendered useless in Earth’s current world laws. So, the summoned heroes would lose their power sources, and they would have to recultivate with Earth’s resources. Since those summoned heroes wished to return to Earth to save their home world, then they might as well become the pioneers under an oath to protect the world as heroes, just like their current title.
"E-eh?" Gaia pointed at her face, clueless about why her name suddenly was dragged into the conversation.
