Chapter 130: Chapter 130: Are You Guys Not Welcoming Me?

"How could you lend your pen to her? Believe it or not, she will never return it," Yu Chengcheng glared at her, frustrated.

"Just leave it, it’s only a pen," Jiang Yuan said.

She is the class monitor after all; she can’t afford to have a fallout with a new classmate on the very first day over such a trivial matter.

"I knew this would happen," Yu Chengcheng muttered as she glanced in the direction of the new student and curled her lip.

"Hey, this is for you!" During the big break, Xu Jinyan swaggered in with a cup of milk tea and dropped it on Jiang Yuan’s desk.

Although Xiang Zhao is a bit weird, he does keep his promises. He actually had someone deliver milk tea from outside the school for him.

But it was supposed to be delivered after school in the evening, yet that guy had scheduled a fight in the afternoon. Fearing he might miss the timing, he had it delivered early instead.

Jiang Yuan looked at the milk tea in surprise, then glancing at Xu Jinyan, wondered when he sneaked out to buy it.

"With pride, Xu Jinyan claimed, "Am I not awesome?" It was just a fight, yet someone already purchased a week’s worth of the milk tea promised to Jiang Xiaoyuan on his behalf. He didn’t even have to pay for it, someone else did the legwork.

Suddenly, he felt that yesterday’s fight was totally worth it, and he wouldn’t mind considering such good deals next time.

Jiang Yuan: "Heh!" This guy probably forgot, the principal is still waiting for him to call his parents.

"Wow, this is the new flavor from the tea shop at the end of the lane. I love their milk tea the most, let me have a sip," a voice chimed in suddenly.

Before Jiang Yuan could respond, the person had already grabbed the milk tea in front of her, inserted a straw, and guzzled down most of it in one go.

"Burp—this flavor is really delicious!" Yao Mengqi set down the milk tea, belched satisfyingly, then with an innocent tone said to Jiang Yuan, "Oops, I drank a bit too much, you won’t mind, right?"

The moment she opened her mouth, it was full of the scent of green tea.

Jiang Yuan: ....

At this moment, words like dumbfounded, speechless, stupefied, and at a loss... none could fully express her current feelings.

She couldn’t find the right words to express herself.

She had never seen such a bizarre person in all her years.

Suddenly, she somewhat understood Yu Chengcheng’s anxious and hostile feelings when she heard that the person would be transferring to their class.

"Who are you? Are you sick?" Xu Jinyan had spent the whole morning sleeping and hadn’t heard the new student’s introduction. He had no idea when such an eyesore joined their class.

The latter looked aggrieved and said, "Why are you being so fierce? I just had a sip of Yuan Yuan’s milk tea. Do you not welcome me here?"

Xu Jinyan rolled his eyes and retorted, "You know and still ask? Why are there so many messed-up people nowadays? They know they have issues and yet won’t get checked, instead just come out and annoy others."

Yao Mengyao paused, then with a look of aggrieved innocence turned to Jiang Yuan, "Yuan Yuan, you’re not mad at me, are you?"

Jiang Yuan didn’t say anything; she just looked at the milk tea that had been drunk from, reached out, and picked it up.

The next second, Xu Jinyan snatched it from her hands, glaring menacingly, "You dare to drink something that an unidentified creature has touched? Aren’t you afraid of catching Helicobacter pylori? If you want to drink, I’ll buy you another one in the evening."

Jiang Yuan: ...

Could she say that she didn’t want to drink it, just wanted to throw it away?

Jiang Yuan didn’t say anything, she took back the milk tea from him, then stood up and threw it into the trash can behind her.

From start to finish, she didn’t give Yao Mengqi a single unnecessary glance.
