MTL - Harry Potter’s Morning Light-Chapter 17 Beater willow
Chapter 17 Beating Willow
In the afternoon, the rain did not stop. The original magical animal class and the history of magic in the outdoor were reversed. The person in the class was a ghost named Bins.
Time has no meaning to the deceased. He has to talk about old things that have nothing to do with the living. Hefpaff, who ate too much for lunch, and Gryffindor, who consumed too much energy in flight lessons, both slept on the table. Only a few people really listened to the lecture, including Lily Evans and Bomo. Na noticed that she was not surrounded by the other three girls like herself, and thought of Snape who was always clinging to her and her pretty face, and Pomona suddenly sympathized with her situation.
Witch is not a good vocabulary. Who knows if there will be a Muggle lunatic who suddenly can't think of it and tie her to the stake to drive away evil spirits.
In the Middle Ages, due to the plague that swept across Europe several times and almost wiped out mankind, the power of the church was unprecedentedly strong. They set up heretical courts to get rid of some dissidents and demons they believed to be "legal". When Hogwarts was founded, the whole Europe hated wizards. In this case, the four wizards decided to open a school to train wizards away from Muggles. The four were: Godric Gryffindor, Loina Ravenclaw, Salazar Slytherin and Helga Hef Puff.
Muggle-born wizards whose parents, brothers and sisters are ordinary people, they will inform the church and people who are also unknown to magic for various reasons.
The feeling of being betrayed by relatives is terrible, because they should be the most trustworthy people. On the train, Lily once mentioned that she has an older sister named Penny. If two people don’t have sugar to eat, they can live in harmony, but if one If someone does, and someone doesn't, it's hard not to be jealous of the person who doesn't.
If it’s just candy, Hefpaff’s method is to share, but the magic talent is not candy, it cannot be shared.
Poor Lily.
Pomona was very sad. Lily couldn't leave behind the annoying Snape, so she couldn't integrate into Gryffindor. If she didn't associate with Slytherin, the girls would pretend to be friendly with her in order to show their generosity and friendliness. This beauty has made friends, and now they have the right excuses, and they happen to be able to isolate her with integrity.
Yes, this behavior is naive, but they are only eleven years old. Compared with some people who grow up in person, they are honest and cute.
"What do you see a girl doing?" Susan leaned into Pomona's ear and said.
"Why did you change places with Mary?" Pomona said listlessly, and she wanted to sleep in this sleepy class.
"Jenny has been watching James Potter." Susan said listlessly, "Mary is watching Sirius Black. Now they are friends."
Everyone knows how prominent the Black family is, but Pomona didn't expect Mary to be so whimsical.
"I want to join the Holyhead Hobbi team, they only recruit witches." Susan said.
"I don't know, Susan, I have no interest in Quidditch." Pomona said listlessly, what's so fun about so many people chasing a golden flying ball on broomsticks.
"When we were in the fourth grade, the 708th Triwizard Tournament was about to be held, it was really not time for us to enter the school." Susan continued.
The Triwizard Tournament is held every five years. For the fourth graders who are busy preparing for the ordinary wizard rank exam, it is indeed missed.
"Don't worry, you can come back to see you after you have a baby."
Susan sighed and lay on the table, "After we get married and have children, we can't play Quidditch."
"Do you know where this Triwizard Tournament will be held?"
"Booth Barton." Susan said, "Don't you read the newspaper?"
Pomona's heart moved, she wanted to take this opportunity to visit Boothbarton.
The situation in four years should be better than it is now. There are too many questions that bother her, but the premise is that she can cope with the ordinary wizard rank exam while participating in the Triwizard Tournament.
Putting time and energy into school will reduce a lot of fun. She likes Hefpaff’s joyful atmosphere, but she wants to take a different path from ordinary people.
Looking at the pearly white ghost on the podium, Pomona remembered what Mrs. Sprout had said to her.
If you want to love a person, you must first determine whether that person is worthy of love and cannot be confused by appearances. She must master the skills of identifying people, which is exactly what Mrs. Sprout hopes Pomona will learn from the fat monk.
A monk ran into a school full of wizards and became a ghost. What could be more weird than this? There are also the **** Barrow, Pippi, Madame Grey, and almost headless Nick. She has a hunch that a past has been sealed in the memory of ghosts. Since she was born a witch, she can no longer be like an ordinary girl. I'm all in love.
"Are you going to go back to the lounge for homework after class?" Pomona asked Susan.
"No... can you lend me a copy after you finish it? ^_^"
"Then you have to come to the library." Pomona also laughed with Susan. "In exchange, I want to ask you for help."
"You speak." Susan said boldly.
"What is the best flying broom right now? Can you ask your parents to buy it and send it to Hogwarts."
"Little things are on my body." Susan patted her chest to promise. Pomona couldn't help feeling full of emotions. Sure enough, just like Mrs. Sprout said, friendly and compassionate people can easily make friends. They are just friends. How much loyalty needs to be tested.
Pomona looked at Gryffindor. In addition to the two fixed combinations of James and Sirius, there were two more people beside them, probably from the dormitory, and the other was a tall boy with a pale and thin face. The other was a short boy who used to sit in a boat with Pomona. It was his instability that made her almost fall into the lake. Fortunately, Snapra gave her a hand, otherwise she would be there. Walter had previously become a joke throughout the school year.
"Are you watching James Potter too?" Susan was displeased.
"The man next to James Potter, the one who looks tired on the table." Pomona asked Susan, "Do you know who he is?"
"Who?" Susan watched for a long time, and it was obvious that she was not suitable to be a seeker.
"Nothing." Pomona said absently. She had a weird feeling when she saw him. The bitterness in her mouth. The taste was not chocolate, but more like some kind of medicine.
"His body looks so bad, how could Dumbledore allow him to come to Hogwarts." Susan finally found out who Pomona was talking about.
"Maybe Professor Slughorn's potion can change his physique. I heard that many potions have magical effects." Pomona said nonsense.
"How is it possible." Susan stroked her chin, as if thinking about a bad idea.
"What are you thinking?"
"I'm wondering, if I drink the compound decoction mixed with William Duncan's hair, will it become as powerful as him."
Even a girl like Pomona who is not interested in sports knows who William Duncan is. He is the seeker of the oldest football team Puddermere. The most important thing is that he is a man.
"Hey, look, what's that?" A Hefpaff boy was looking out the window, and a witch was planting a tree on the campus ground. She used spawning magic, and the tree quickly grew from a small tree. The sapling became a big tree.
"Wow." The knowledgeable Hefpaffs exclaimed. The awakened Gryffindor sneered and went back to sleep on the table. Binns didn't notice everything in front of him and continued to talk about what no one listened to. class.
"It's a beating willow!" Susan murmured, "How come there are such dangerous plants in the school?"
"Perhaps it is to strengthen the castle's defenses." Pomona also lost interest in it. "As long as you don't get close to it, you don't have to worry about getting hurt."
So Susan also lost interest in it. The two insisted on talking for a while, and finally couldn't bear the call of Sleeping God, and fell asleep on the table like everyone else.
