MTL - Harry Potter and the Badger Who Can’t Magic-Chapter 29 Quidditch players in Hufflepuff
As soon as they landed, the surrounding classmates gathered around.
Mrs. Hooch laboriously separated her classmates and approached Auston and the boy.
The boy was weeping, and Auston was holding his broom with a pale face. The dive was too strong, and his legs were shaking.
Mrs Hooch patted Auston on the shoulder and said
"Although you violated the rules in the class, Hufflepuff gets thirty points for your heroic actions!"
The little Hufflepuffs all over the lawn jumped up and cheered!
"Thank you, Mrs. Hooch."
Auston's face was still as pale, and he was afraid that it would not fade away in his heart for a long time. He tried his best to pull out a smile, but he failed. Laughing was uglier than crying.
Mrs. Hooch picked up the boy who was still crying, and Auston didn't look good.
"I'm going to take him to see Madam Pomfrey now," she said.
"Come on, too, and ask Madam Pomfrey to get you some shock medicine too."
Auston nodded and followed Madam Hooch out of a circle of people.
"Put the brooms back! If you don't want to be expelled from Hogwarts, just let them stand on their feet!" Madam Hooch roared before leaving.
Afterwards, she took the two boys to the school infirmary.
After Mrs. Pomfrey's diagnosis, it turned out that Auston was just a little out of strength. Mrs. Pomfrey gave him a large piece of chocolate to let him rest.
And the boy who fell was a little frightened. Madam Pomfrey arranged a bed for him and asked him to take medicine and lie down on the bed to get a good night's sleep.
Coincidentally, the bed next to him was the little boy Neville who broke his hand in flying class yesterday.
"That little fellow in Gryffindor is not as lucky as the one who came today." Madam Pomfrey sighed
"I'm afraid I'll have to live here for three days if I'm connected to the bones."
Then she said to Auston, who was eating chocolate
"You're so brave, boy."
"Thank you," Auston responded with a smile.
He regained some strength. I went to visit Neville.
"Hey! Neville! Long time no see." He patted Neville's unbandaged arm.
Neville doesn't look in a good mood
"I'm such an idiot, right, Auston. Everyone else is fine, but I'm the only one injured." Neville said sadly with red eyes.
"Don't say that, Neville, every year students get injured in flying class. At least you can still fly. Don't you have many students in Gryffindor who can't fly?" Auston explained him patiently.
"Look, even if it was me, didn't I come to look for Madam Pomfrey? I didn't control the broom well and almost fell down. I thought I was going to die!"
Alston's exaggerated statement really amused Neville.
"Auston, you are really a kind person, not like Ron and the others say..."
Neville didn't go on, and Auston somewhat understood, but he didn't care.
He patted Neville on the shoulder, looked him in the eyes, and said seriously.
"Neville, you have to know that the Sorting Hat will never misclassify the House. You have the bravery and kindness of Godric Gryffindor within you, even if you may not even find it yourself. Always believe in yourself. !"
Auston didn't want such a kind person to always think that he was worthless, and he didn't spare his encouragement in the slightest.
Afterwards, Auston gave him more than half of the remaining chocolate and left the school doctor's office.
It was dinner time when he entered the auditorium.
Seeing him, the originally chaotic auditorium became quiet. Hundreds of pairs of eyes stared at him.
Facing so many gazes, Auston was a little embarrassed. He walked to Hufflepuff's table very uncomfortable and took a seat beside Justin.
He looked at Justin with questioning eyes, and Justin nodded slightly at him with an excited expression.
"It seems that everyone knows today" Dumbledore, who was sitting at the top, spoke.
"Everyone knows Mr. Brown's heroic feat in the flying lesson today! Mr. Brown, although Mrs. Hooch has already given you extra points, I don't think it's enough. I decided to give you twenty more points." Dumbledore was shining brightly. eyes on him.
The Hufflepuff table is boiling! The little badgers all rushed to hug Auston, and many of the classmates at the Ravenclaw table came to hug him, thanking him for saving their classmates.
Auston didn't know what Dumbledore's intention was, so he froze and accepted the hugs from his classmates.
He glanced at Snape out of the corner of his eye, and felt that his face didn't seem right.
Before Auston could react, Dumbleley pointed his wand at his neck and cast a "loud voice" spell.
"Quiet!" he said.
The chaotic scene in the auditorium disappeared immediately, and the students all returned to their seats. He took his wand off and resumed his normal voice
"And one more thing. Mr. Cedric Diggory, captain of the Hufflepuff Quidditch team, came to me and said he wanted you to join the Quidditch team. I said yes, Mr. Brown, no. Do you know if you want to?"
Auston was even more puzzled why Dumbledore had to pull him in everything he did.
While he was still thinking about Dumbledore's intentions, the group of little badgers below couldn't sit still. Justin secretly dragged his robe below, and said in a low voice and eagerness.
"Quickly say you want to! Quickly agree!"
Hello, UU reading www.uukanshu.com Is this the rhythm of forcing marriage? Auston thought to himself.
Then he looked at Dumbledore in the center of the bench, and Auston couldn't see anything in his bright black eyes. Then he turned to look at his classmates, and met Cedric's gaze at the table not far away.
With a smile on his face, Cedric looked at him with burning eyes.
Oh! Auston felt his head go big. It seems that it is impossible not to agree.
He turned to Dumbledore, nodded and said
"Thank you, principal, I am very willing!"
Now, Hufflepuff's table is boiling again! His classmates surrounded him and rushed to hug him, and Auston felt like he was going to be squeezed to death.
Cedric came over, pulled Auston out of the crowd, punched him in the chest, and smiled happily.
"Good boy! I knew you would agree! We will start training tomorrow! Don't be lazy!"
Auston rubbed his chest, gave him a salute and joked
"Yes, sir!"
Not far away, Ron, who was sitting at the long Gryffindor table, obviously had some taste.
"Is it just a first-year player under special care? Look how happy he is, as if he won the Academy Cup!"
"Of course I'm not saying you Harry, you must be much better at riding a broom than he is!" Ron explained.
"Not necessarily! Oss also rode his broom to buy school supplies in Diagon Alley some time ago! A round trip from Manchester to London, how can a first-year student fly such a long distance on a broom alone!"
Although Sissi never spoke to Auston after a fight with him, but in her heart, her brother was the most important, and she tried her best to protect him.
