I stayed up late last night after typing the words, and woke up early in the morning. I only slept for five hours in total. . . When I got up, I felt obviously weak. I went out to have a meal at noon, and when I came back, my chest was tight and my heart rate was very flustered.
The aftermath of this illness is too great, and I did it myself, so I can’t stay up late anymore (actually, I don’t want to stay up late, but the state of coding at night is really good (`?ω?′)).
Take a day off today to have a good rest. Tomorrow, I must update it during the day. In the new year, I will maintain a regular schedule.

I will not delete a single chapter, and always remind myself that rest is better than anything else.
