Chapter 641: Chapter 641: You Got Cheated On Again?

Looking at the bits and pieces about them on Audrey Sutton’s X, Shane Warner’s expression in his eyes gradually softened, and a smile unknowingly appeared on his face.

"Knock knock—" A gentle knock on the door sounded, followed by Lucian Quinn’s voice: "Warner, lunch is here."

Shane Warner finally gathered his thoughts, stood up, and went to open the door.

Lucian Quinn stepped aside to let the delivery person into the room, and then he followed in himself.

For the past few days, the two of them had been eating together, trapped in this heavy snow with nowhere else to go.

While eating, Shane Warner was also distractedly looking at his phone, almost having scrolled through all of Audrey Sutton’s X albums. There were a few slightly ambiguous photos, but nothing over the top.

He had just returned when he saw that Audrey Sutton had just posted a new update on her homepage. He gave it the first like, and then carefully read the content of the post.

The general gist was to announce a chat group. It mentioned that there would be some extra scenes with Bunny on Christmas Eve, which would also be posted on X, and the uncut version would be available in the readers’ group. It then provided the group number.

Shane Warner paused the action of bringing a piece of steak to his mouth with his fork and asked Lucian Quinn, "What does the ’uncut version’ mean?"

Lucian Quinn was momentarily stunned, evidently not immediately processing what Shane Warner was asking.

Shane Warner added, "I mean the comic uncut version."

Lucian Quinn’s expression became even more puzzled. It seemed like he didn’t quite know how to explain it to Shane Warner, so he thought for a moment and said, "Uh... it’s the kind my brother likes."

Though the explanation was vague, Shane Warner immediately understood what it meant.

Realizing this, he suddenly thought, is his little wife just like Luc?! She likes this kind of stuff?!

He had to sneak into the group to see what kind of explicit content it really was.

"Help me join the group," Shane Warner said.

Lucian Quinn was slightly puzzled but simply took out his phone when he heard Shane Warner recite the group number: "11046."

In the search bar, Lucian Quinn entered the five numbers and asked lightly, "And then?"

Shane Warner continued, "90954."

Lucian Quinn: "Done."

Shane Warner reached out, and Lucian Quinn immediately handed his phone to Shane Warner, lightly asking, "Is it your wife’s group?"

"Yeah," Shane Warner responded nonchalantly and saw a heap of people in the group sending words of welcome.

Shane Warner ignored it and instead browsed through the group information, opened the group album, and quickly glanced through it. He found many artworks, most of which he had already seen on Audrey Sutton’s X and did not find the kind Luc liked.

But since Audrey Sutton said it would be released in the group on Christmas, Shane Warner thought for a moment and then said, "Let me borrow this account for two days."

Lucian Quinn readily agreed, "I’ll send you the password later."

Shane Warner was somewhat expectant, curious about what Audrey Sutton would post in the group.

On Christmas Eve, Stephen Sutton had an evening class, so Phoebe King took the packaged apples to school with him and handed them out to his classmates.

She elevated her status as "teacher’s wife" significantly, and some students recognized Phoebe King as the girl who always snagged the front row seats. A bunch of them crowded around before class to inquire about her love story with Stephen Sutton.

Phoebe King’s spiel was, "Your Professor Sutton may seem cold on the outside, but when he was chasing me, he was all fiery passion. He sent me flowers every day, racked his brains to ask me out for dinner. Last Christmas, he even dressed up as Santa Claus to surprise me. I was so pestered by him that I had no choice but to agree to be with him."

Stephen Sutton just stood expressionlessly at the podium, listening to Phoebe King’s nonsense without correcting her.

"Really?! I never thought Professor Sutton would be so proactive!"

"Our teacher’s wife is such a beauty with a kind heart; if Professor Sutton wasn’t proactive, this wife would run off with someone else, wouldn’t she?"

Phoebe King: "Oh, he was all pretending. You see him not being proactive, but he’s actually very cunning, setting up all sorts of traps. I stumbled into them and got caught in his web. He’s not as simple as he appears!"

After bragging, Phoebe King subconsciously glanced at Stephen Sutton, only to see his icy gaze land on her forehead. She immediately straightened up and told the surrounding students, "Class is about to start, so you all go back to your seats and behave. We’ll chat during the break."

The snowy night, under the decorations of the neon lights, appeared incredibly romantic and beautiful.

Audrey Sutton and Flora Lane sat with a few others in a cozy café, soaking up the buzz of Christmas Eve on the streets outside.

Watching the couples strolling hand in hand on the street, Audrey Sutton could only think of Shane Warner.

Flora Lane sighed, "I have a boyfriend, but I’m wasting my precious holiday with you guys."

Seraphina Vaughn, sipping her cocktail with a straw, asked, "Where’s your boyfriend gone?"

Flora Lane: "Spending a romantic getaway with a man abroad."

Barry Barrett widened his eyes in shock, "What?!"

Seraphina Vaughn was equally stunned and looked at Flora Lane in shock, "Did you get cheated on by a guy this time?!"

Audrey Sutton rolled her eyes with a smile, "That man is my husband! They went to Serephina for business, but a snowstorm closed the airport so they can’t return. But I saw in the weather forecast that the snow will stop the day after tomorrow."

Barry Barrett was disappointed, "Pfft, I thought it was some mind-blowing big news."

Flora Lane glared at Barry Barrett, "Are you hoping I’d get cheated on?!"

Seraphina Vaughn mischievously stirred her drink with her straw, "Have you considered what your men might be up to all these days? Christmas in Serephina is grander than here, and with the festive atmosphere, anyone’s heart can get swayed. Blonde, blue-eyed, fair-skinned beauties are everywhere, and with that figure the Third Young Master has, he’s sure to attract butterflies~"

Audrey Sutton: "Oh shush! Don’t say things like that. My husband isn’t that kind of person."

Flora Lane nodded in agreement, analyzing, "If it were Luc, maybe he’d lead the Third Young Master astray. But our Mor certainly wouldn’t do such a thing."

Seraphina Vaughn: "That’s not necessarily true~ With two men together, how can you expect them to keep tabs on each other? They’re bound to egg each other on and keep each other’s secrets, coming back none the wiser to you guys."

Audrey Sutton pouted and said, "Love requires mutual trust. I believe in him; I know he won’t do anything to betray me."

In the past, if Seraphina Vaughn had teased her like this, Audrey Sutton would have been full of doubts and uneasy about Shane Warner.

But now, after being together with Shane Warner for so long, she had come to understand him well.

Even if there truly were butterflies flying around him, he’d definitely swat them away; even taking a step back and considering the physiological aspect Shane Warner once mentioned, Audrey Sutton believed that as long as he thought of their family, his rationality would overcome any temptation and physiological response.

He would be a good husband and an even better father.
