Mr. Grant Treats Me Like a Treasure-Chapter 415 - 414: Throw Them Out
Ethan Grant’s statement did not sit well with Sean Lockwood.
Carter! Carter!
This was not the first time someone had told him to learn from Carter Lockwood.
This was a roundabout way of saying he was not as good as Carter!
In the past, he didn’t care when people said that; people are different, so why should he learn from Carter, and in what way was he not as good as Carter?
After breaking up with Anna Morgan, he had seen Anna and Carter in the same car several times, and Sean Lockwood really hated this statement.
"Uncle, I suggest you take Serena Sullivan and leave quickly!"
"No one in The Grant Family welcomes this wast..."
Sean Lockwood wanted to call Serena a "waste," but facing Ethan Grant’s cold eyes, he shivered and did not dare to continue.
For Ethan Grant, whether or not the words were spoken, the account was still remembered.
"Young Master!"
Suddenly, a commotion emerged from within The Grant Residence, as Butler Sterling hurried over with the staff.
"Hmm."
Ethan Grant responded, pushing Serena Sullivan forward.
"Butler Sterling."
Sean Lockwood followed and greeted Butler Sterling, "Is Great-Grandmother in?"
"The old madam has been waiting for quite a while."
After Butler Sterling replied, he noticed Zoe Quinn crying next to Sean Lockwood. He recognized who she was and slightly frowned, wanting to remind Sean Lockwood not to bring just anyone inside. But reconsidering his position, he held his tongue.
He turned and followed Ethan Grant and Serena Sullivan.
"Sean!"
After Ethan Grant and Serena Sullivan left, Zoe Quinn stopped crying, despite her painful face.
"Zoe, I’m sorry."
Sean Lockwood said, feeling guilty for not protecting Zoe Quinn earlier.
"It’s okay."
Zoe Quinn shook her head, "I know you don’t stoop to Ethan Grant’s level."
"I know better than you how ruthless he is."
In front of Sean Lockwood, Zoe Quinn cleverly switched to calling Ethan "Ethan Grant" instead; she knew she was Sean Lockwood’s girlfriend and couldn’t call him Ethan affectionately.
Yet deep down, no matter how much she looked down on Sean Lockwood, she would still appease and flatter him.
And Sean Lockwood fell for Zoe Quinn’s way easily.
"Zoe, having such a great girlfriend like you, I feel so lucky."
The two lingered at the door for a while, with Zoe Quinn blushing and softly suggesting to Sean Lockwood, "Let’s go inside; it’s not good to keep Great-Grandmother and Grandfather waiting."
"Okay!"
Sean Lockwood held Zoe Quinn’s hand and went inside. As they entered The Grant Family’s entrance, he glanced at Ethan Grant and Serena Sullivan ahead, and sneered coldly, "Just watch, see how Serena will be thrown out of The Grant Family’s door!"
He had kindly warned Ethan Grant, but Ethan insisted on bringing Serena in.
"Sister is really too pitiful."
Zoe Quinn followed, adding her tears, but in her heart, she wished for Serena to be bullied by The Grant Family and then thrown out.
Could someone as useless as Serena even enter the doors of The Grant Family?
The walking Ethan Grant suddenly stopped, Serena glanced at him and saw the fierce look in Ethan’s eyes.
This man had changed so much compared to four years ago; in front of different people, he wore a different facade.
"Butler Sterling!"
Butler Sterling smiled as he approached, "Young Master, what are your orders!"
Ethan Grant slightly turned back, coldly smiling as he looked at Sean Lockwood and Zoe Quinn approaching, and loudly said, "Get someone to throw them out for me!"
"Ethan Grant!"
Being close by, and given the loudness of Ethan’s voice, Sean Lockwood couldn’t miss it, and he exclaimed in shock.
"What do you mean by that!"
