Xu Mohan’s gaze fell on their clasped hands, and Jun Xiangyi turned to see him staring absentmindedly at their hands, quickly withdrawing hers, her face blushing, "I didn’t mean to hold your hand."

Jun Xiangyi’s heart was filled with unease.

She simply sat down on the spot; the ground was grassy, lush and green, sitting didn’t make it dirty at all.

"After returning from fishing at Nanshan that night, I couldn’t sleep at all."

"What were you thinking about?"

"Everything, things I should and shouldn’t think about." Jun Xiangyi couldn’t help but laugh, "Thinking about it, it’s really fate playing tricks on me, Heaven’s toying with me."

"You came looking for me that night, was it really nothing?"

"It was really nothing," Jun Xiangyi replied awkwardly with a smile, "Just a whim. By the way, don’t you live on Wangchuan Mountain? "Any will do, I rarely go back there to live."

"That place is nice, much better than living in the city center with such tranquility and good air." Jun Xiangyi, seeing the maid had walked far away, said to him beside her, "The person’s far away; we should hurry and leave, this is not a place to stay for long."

They left together, luckily without being discovered. Upon returning to Qin Garden, as they descended from a high place, they saw quite a few people gathered at Xu Mohan’s home.

"What are those people at your home doing?"

"I’m not sure."

Their curiosity piqued, Jun Xiangyi went over with him, both of them invisible, only visible to a few of Xu Mohan’s subordinates, unseen by others.

The subordinates were about to shout, but were stopped by Xu Mohan’s gaze, so they didn’t dare make a sound.
