MMORPG: War God, You are Invincible Again-Chapter 1442 - 37: The Death of Fu Sang
Fu Sang left the Hanqiu Mountain Realm and went in pursuit of the source of the celestial anomaly.
Fu Sang moved at incredible speed, following his senses, yet he always felt an illusion—this journey might never lead him to his desired destination.
After nearly several months of frantic rushing, Fu Sang’s face was ominous and dark. With his speed, these several months should have been more than enough for him to traverse the Four Great Heavens entirely. How could there be a place he couldn’t reach?
Therefore,,,,,,
Fu Sang stopped, surveying his surroundings. Could he have fallen into a maze created by the Space Law?
Initially, Fu Sang did not consider this possibility. After all, the God of Space, the highest authority in Space Law in this world, had already been suppressed by him. How could such a trap have been laid, let alone in advance? Fu Sang could clearly see that out of the Twelve Main Gods, likely only the God of Time knew a little about it; the others were incapable.
Yet as time passed, Fu Sang could only suspect a labyrinth of Space Law could silently bind him like this.
"Who exactly are you? To have such a mastery over Space Law is truly rare." Fu Sang had to show some caution; the opponent was not weak, although Fu Sang would have a more arrogant attitude if he did not need to restrain and suppress the Twelve Main Gods.
Fu Sang’s voice echoed for a long time in the vast, dark starry sky, without any response.
Either the creator of this space labyrinth wasn’t present, or the opponent simply looked down on him, not bothering to respond.
But regardless of the reason, it touched Fu Sang’s dignity.
A moment later, Fu Sang sneered, "Since you won’t come out, don’t blame me for taking action."
With that, a powerful aura erupted from Fu Sang’s body.
It was the ultimate coercion brought by immense power, akin to a slowly blooming white lotus—extremely gradual, but each tiny blossom made the surrounding space for thousands of miles crumble an inch.
Until it shattered inch by inch, the space within thousands of miles was completely crushed by Fu Sang; any living being within would be annihilated under such intense pressure.
The labyrinth Formation of this space was crushed together.
As the space shattered, everything around seemed like a fantasy bubble, breaking instantly.
The scene before Fu Sang changed to a lush, verdant primeval forest suddenly appearing before him.
Fu Sang’s expression showed a hint of surprise.
What shocked Fu Sang more was the sudden appearance of the Mini Titan.
Although Fu Sang was a fragment of Taichu Evil Thought, he did not fully inherit Taichu Evil Thought’s memories. This was also deliberate by Taichu Evil Thought. Their kind, as a collection of thoughts, essentially have little difference between their fragment and main body. Had Fu Sang fully inherited Taichu Evil Thought’s memories, apart from a difference in strength, Fu Sang would be indistinguishable from Taichu.
The difference in strength is also not irreparable with further training, so Taichu Evil Thought imposed many restrictions on Fu Sang, including suppressing the Twelve Main Gods and limiting Fu Sang’s power to prevent him from doing anything else.
Hence, Fu Sang knew nothing about these Ancient Titans but could guess from their identical resemblance to Titans: "Are you Titans of the Dark Continent?"
"Dark Continent? I don’t know what you’re talking about. But since you’ve come searching, are you prepared to die?" The Mini Titan spoke with a cold voice, looking at Fu Sang as if he were a dead man.
This gaze once again humiliated Fu Sang, and his voice turned grave as he spoke, "First you trap me, and now you threaten to fight—do you truly think I won’t retaliate?"
"Hehe, you are merely a fragment of Taichu Evil Thought, just an ant. Aren’t you taking yourself too seriously?" The Mini Titan chuckled softly, then raised a hand, pointing at Fu Sang.
It was a seemingly ordinary gesture that set off alarm bells in Fu Sang’s mind. His form retreated suddenly, and he clearly saw a gigantic maw engulfing the space around him.
If he retreated completely, he might survive, but a chunk of his flesh would surely be bitten off by this spatial maw.
"Divine Power!" Fu Sang unleashed his Divine Power, and the overwhelming force collided with the spatial maw.
Instantly, the two forces exploded outward, unleashing a destructive storm that swept in all directions.
Yet, with a casual wave of the Mini Titan’s hand, this terrifying explosion was instantly relocated and disappeared, its destination unknown.
This direct relocation alone showed Fu Sang that the Titan’s mastery over Space Law seemed more profound than that of the God of Space, especially since most of his power wasn’t available—he was not the Titan’s opponent.
Faced with this realization, Fu Sang chose to flee without hesitation.
In an instant, Fu Sang appeared a thousand miles away, continuing his rapid escape.
The Mini Titan’s expression shifted: "Did I permit you to leave?"
As the Mini Titan spoke, Fu Sang’s fleeing form was abruptly returned to this Titan’s presence.
"This,,,,,," Fu Sang was flustered; how could there be such an overwhelmingly powerful existence?
It’s illogical! It’s unscientific!
Amidst Fu Sang’s panic, a voice echoed from beyond: "Long Xing, kill swiftly and fulfill the blessing."
Upon hearing this, Long Xing promptly replied, "As you command, Clan Leader!"
Having spoken, his gaze once again focused on Fu Sang.
A sense of deadly peril surged within Fu Sang—he seemed to foresee his own death. In desperation, he unleashed his full power in an attempt to break Long Xing’s spatial confinement.
However, despite the relentless assault of terrifying Divine Power, Long Xing’s reinforced spatial barrier remained unbroken. Instead, this furious energy found no outlet, rebounding backward.
As Long Xing clenched the void, the spatial barrier trapping Fu Sang contracted continuously, squeezing and crushing him until he was transformed into a glistening marble, landing in Long Xing’s hand.
Long Xing grasped the marble and with a flick of his hand, the spatial labyrinth reappeared, concealing this location in its embrace.
Fu Sang was dead; the fate of the original BOSS—killed by the Ancient Nie Long Clan—was sealed thus.
The moment Fu Sang perished, the Twelve Main Gods sensed it because much of the Divine Power constraining their bonds abruptly vanished. Yet they still could not break free, for a simple reason: in the wake of Fu Sang’s death, an even more terrifying ripple of Divine Power emerged from beneath the Hanqiu Mountain Realm.
This power emanated from the true Taichu Evil Thought, one of Taichu Evil Thought’s planted schemes.
With Taichu Evil Thought in slumber, he would not allow anyone to disturb his plans. On the surface, Fu Sang acted as his proxy, executing his tasks, but Taichu Evil Thought had prepared contingencies.
Initially, no one expected they would be needed, yet unexpectedly, they were required so soon.
That formidable Divine Power erupted from underground within Hanqiu Mountain Realm, soaring to the heavens instantly.
All of Hanqiu Mountain Realm now seemed bathed in endless divine radiance.
From the heavens above, the vast Hanqiu Mountain Realm appeared like a blazing sun emitting radiant divine light.
The people of the Dark Continent naturally noticed this anomaly.
Everyone turned their gaze toward Hanqiu Mountain Realm.
"What on earth is happening?!" the Kai Family Master turned to Qin Hong and asked.
Currently, only the Star Sky Alliance remained within Hanqiu Mountain Realm, and Qin Hong had the closest ties with them.
So, the Kai Family Master hoped for some enlightenment from Qin Hong.
In response, Qin Hong shook his head, saying, "I don’t know; such an anomaly should not be caused by the teacher. There must have been some change within Hanqiu Mountain Realm."
Meanwhile, within the Hanqiu Mountain Realm, Lu Hong was deeply anxious.
Although this divine light had no direct harm, it was incredibly eerie, giving Lu Hong a disquieting sense of foreboding.
At that moment, a chill wafted over, entering Lu Hong’s forehead.
"Fu Sang is dead; the seal set by Taichu has been broken. All the buried souls within Hanqiu Mountain Realm will revive under the divine radiance of this event, and our sole command is,,,,,, to slay all living beings. I,,,,,,,,, am affected too; I cannot resist Taichu’s control. I will seal myself beneath the earth; do not,,,,,,,"
The voice trailed off, never finishing before disappearing completely.
