Mesmerizing Ghost Doctor-Chapter 5233: He’s the Azure Emperor

Not only had Shen Shiqi issued orders to gather every doctor, healer and alchemist in the city, but Chen Tao, Zheng Yuan, and Yang Hao had also brought theirs from their own clans.

"Is there truly no hope?" Shen Shiqi murmured, grief clouding his eyes. "She’s barely a teenager... Is she really ruined like this?"

Thinking of Yun Qi—from that tiny child all those years ago to now—he couldn’t fathom how much suffering she’d endured. Now, with her tendons destroyed and organs shattered, even if healed, she’d be crippled for life. How could she bear such a blow?

Chen Tao patted his shoulder. "We should find a way to contact her master! Perhaps he might have a solution."

"Right! Let’s take her back to Yunxiao Mountain! Maybe her master can save her!" Shen Shiqi declared, swiftly approaching the bedside. He carefully lifted the pale, barely conscious Yun Qi from the mattress.

"We’ll go with you," Chen Tao and the others declared.

Yet, as they stepped out of the room, ready to leave, a gust of wind swept in, revealing a figure before them.

"Who are you?!" they demanded warily, staring at the suddenly appearing, strikingly handsome man clad in blue.

The Azure Emperor stood with one hand behind his back and the other before him. He didn’t answer their question, merely gazing at the pale, barely breathing young apprentice being held. Step by step, he advanced.

"Stop! Don’t come any closer!"

Chen Tao and the others shouted, sensing an overwhelming aura emanating from the handsome man in azure. As he drew nearer, they felt an oppressive weight descend upon them, causing cold sweat to break out and leaving them frozen in place.

The Azure Emperor raised his hand, gently brushing aside those blocking his path. He walked slowly to Shen Shiqi’s side, his gaze falling on Yun Qi, unconscious in his embrace. His brow furrowed slightly, a fleeting look of heartache flashing through his eyes.

He reached out, carefully lifting her from Shen Shiqi’s arms. Only then did he ask, "How was she injured?" With her cultivation level, she shouldn’t have sustained such severe wounds.

Shen Shiqi had been observing him since his arrival. Seeing how he cradled Yun Qi as if she were a precious treasure, coupled with his striking beauty and overwhelming aura, he immediately guessed that this man before him must be Yun Qi’s master—the Azure Emperor!

"We were in the secret realm when sucked into a cave abode. There, all connections were severed. An immensely powerful divine soul attempted to possess Yun Qi. Then..." Shen Shiqi recounted everything that had transpired inside, leaving nothing out.

Finally, gazing at the Azure Emperor’s inscrutable expression, he pleaded, "I’ve consulted every doctor, healer and alchemist in the city, but none can heal her. I beg you, Senior, please save her."

The Azure Emperor shot him a glance, then turned and walked away, carrying Yun Qi in his arms. With each step forward, he vanished from their sight within just a few strides.
