Mash-Up Anime: Teenage Assassin Enrollment.-Chapter 15 - The rest of the Studen Council
Chapter 15 - 15 - The rest of the Studen Council
Okay I finished Triage X and wtf did I just read?
Anyway, This Chapter is a bit of messy. I'm still unsure if y'all fine adding Male characters to the fic cause I mean won't they just be faded to the background?
Though, Characters from Sakamoto days will certainly not just be left in the background though. Nagumo for example. He'll appear eventually.
If yah have suggestions on how I should handle this then feel free to tell me.
Regardless, this Chapters where I tried testing if y'all fine with male MC to be in the story. I'll expand it more if y'all agree to put them some light.
Anyway, enjoy.

As the club meeting continued, Sayuki clapped her hands together with a warm smile.
"Shun, you haven't written anything yet. Would you like to try?"
Shun blinked. He hadn't expected to be roped in, but with the way Sayuki looked at him—all hopeful and eager—it was hard to say no. Komi and Miku also turned to him with curious glances, and even their subtle interest was enough to nudge him forward.
"Alright, alright," Shun said, chuckling as he picked up a pen.
"Can't promise it'll be good, though."
He sat at a nearby desk, tapping the pen against his chin as he thought. Writing fiction wasn't really his thing—he was more of a planner, a strategist. But he scribbled something down anyway. A short scene, simple in concept: a lone traveler finding warmth in a remote shrine during a snowstorm, only to realize the comfort came not from the fire—but the quiet company of another soul.
When he handed it to Sayuki to read aloud, he leaned back and tried not to care too much about how it sounded.
Sayuki smiled after reading. "That was... surprisingly heartfelt."
Komi gave a tiny nod, and Miku quietly added,
"I liked it... it felt real."
Shun shrugged with a modest smile. "I just wrote what came to mind. Nothing fancy."
He wasn't trying to impress—just be part of the group.
And honestly? It was nice.
They spent the rest of the club time reading each other's writing and laughing at small jokes.
Sayuki seemed more animated than usual, clearly thrilled that her club had come alive again.
Miku even opened up a little more, geeking out over historical themes, and Komi... well, she hadn't spoken, but she stayed close, watching everything with her gentle gaze.
After wrapping up the club activities, Komi and Miku headed home together while Shun took a different route, his mind already shifting gears toward another opportunity. He made his way to the student council room, where he was greeted by the familiar faces of Ai Hayasaka and Kaguya Shinomiya. However, today, three new faces stood inside, chatting casually among themselves.
Kaguya noticed Shun and gestured for him to enter.
"Ah, Sarsujin-san. This is the person I've mentioned." she said, voice soft but composed.
"Let me introduce you to the rest of the student council."
A girl with light pink hair tied with a black ribbon beamed at him enthusiastically. "I'm Chika Fujiwara, the secretary! Nice to meet you!"
Next to her stood a sharp-looking young man with naturally stern eyes and light blond hair. He nodded, projecting a serious aura. "Miyuki Shirogane, student council president. Welcome."
The third, slightly slouched and visibly more reserved, offered a small wave. His black bangs covered part of his face. "Ishigami. Yu Ishigami. I handle accounting. Or whatever needs doing."
Shun smiled smoothly, "Shun Satsujin. Thanks for having me."
They exchanged a few more pleasantries, and Shun quickly adapted to their dynamics. Chika's bubbly energy bounced between everyone, often shifting the conversation into something unpredictable. Miyuki tried to maintain order, and Yu looked like he just wanted the conversation to end. It was... amusing.
While engaging with them, Shun subtly observed how everyone interacted. There was no sign of romantic tension between Kaguya and Miyuki—at least not yet. That was convenient. He wasn't one to force things; instead, he'd let emotions grow naturally, while he quietly nudged them in his favor.
He got along well with everyone, especially Chika, who was already pulling him into a board game she brought, and even Yu seemed to tolerate his presence better than most. Miyuki, driven by diligence, asked him about his interests, and Shun answered with just the right mix of honesty and charm to keep him engaged.
'They're useful.' Shun mused inwardly.
'No reason to antagonize any of them. In fact, with the right push... Miyuki and Ishigami could be excellent allies—or pawns—depending on the situation.'
He smiled again, settling in as if he had always belonged.
Kaguya sat at her usual seat in the student council room, her posture straight and composed, fingers lightly resting atop a stack of documents. From the outside, she appeared calm as always—the very image of a Shinomiya. But inside, her thoughts were tangled like silk threads in the wind.
'Shun Satsujin...'
Even thinking his name sent a faint heat to her cheeks. She had told herself the feeling would pass. That it was just a fleeting moment of admiration. But every time he appeared—so effortlessly polite, charming, confident—her heart reacted before her mind could rationalize it.
She hadn't known what to expect when he showed up after club activities, but the way he naturally greeted her and Ai, then seamlessly introduced himself to the others, impressed her. 'He's adaptable,' she noted. 'He handles new environments well.'
But it wasn't just that.
He smiled without arrogance. Spoke with purpose. And the way he treated everyone... with a subtle grace that made people open up.
Even Chika, ever unpredictable, took to him quickly, dragging him into her antics without hesitation.
Ishigami, who usually kept his distance, didn't seem to mind him either. And Miyuki—their ever-diligent president—was already asking him thoughtful questions and nodding in approval.
Kaguya's golden-red eyes followed Shun across the room as he helped Chika set up a board game, laughing softly at something she said. He looked so at ease. Like he belonged there.
'Why does this bother me?'
It wasn't jealousy. No, she was above such things. She didn't mind that others liked him. Not at all.
But every time he glanced her way and smiled...
Her fingers tensed against her skirt without her noticing. Her heart skipped. Her thoughts scattered.
She hated not understanding herself. And worse, she hated that she couldn't predict him. With Miyuki, she could read patterns. Plan strategies. But with Shun... he operated on a different wavelength. One that she couldn't analyze easily.
Kaguya turned slightly, stealing another glance at him. Her lips pressed into a faint line.
'Who exactly are you, Shun Satsujin?'
And why did he make her feel this way?
Ai Hayasaka stood at her usual spot near the back of the student council room—present, professional, and ever-watchful. Her arms were behind, her gaze seemingly casual as she leaned against the wall, but in truth, her eyes never left Shun Satsujin For more than a second.
She was trained to notice details, and Shun was full of them.
The way he held himself was too smooth for an ordinary student. His posture, his speech, his awareness of the people around him—it was practiced. Not forced, not fake—but honed, like someone who had learned how to read a room and then bend it subtly to his rhythm.
'He's dangerous,' she thought. Not because he posed any physical threat. But because people liked him too easily. That kind of charm could open doors. And Kaguya-sama... well, she was already showing signs of being affected.
Ai had noticed it in the way Kaguya tucked her hair behind her ear more than usual, the way her eyes followed Shun when she thought no one was looking. She'd seen it before—this slow, spiraling fascination. It wasn't love yet, but it was something far more vulnerable.
So Ai watched him. Carefully.
And yet... even she wasn't immune.
She remembered earlier, when Shun had glanced in her direction with a casual smile and thanked her for her help with the student council folders. It was nothing—just a simple gesture—but his voice had been soft, almost too warm.
She'd brushed it off with a nod, but for a brief moment, something in her chest stirred. Not attraction, she told herself. Just... curiosity.
Still, the way he moved through conversation—light jokes with Chika, a respectful back-and-forth with Miyuki, and now, a quiet, one-on-one exchange with Yu Ishigami—Ai couldn't deny that he had a talent. He blended in without fading, stood out without showing off. That balance was rare. Dangerous.
And worse still... intriguing.
'I need to know more about him.'
If he had ill intentions, she'd uncover them. If he was playing some long game with Kaguya, she'd put a stop to it. That was her duty. Her purpose. And yet, as she watched Shun now—laughing softly at Chika's antics and then turning to answer a question from Miyuki with the ease of someone far older—she found herself tightening her grip on her own resolve.
Because part of her, deep down, was starting to wonder...
'What would it feel like to have that kind of attention aimed at me... and only me?'
Meanwhile, Chika Fujiwara was many things—cheerful, whimsical, unpredictable—but not someone who often gave deep thought to her emotions. She lived in the moment, laughing easily and loving the simple joys in life. And right now, one of those joys was how much fun it was talking with Shun Satsujin.

She didn't really know why she liked being around him so much despite only meeting for the first rime—only that she did.
Shun was different from the usual student council types. He didn't act stiff like Miyuki, or cold and intense like Kaguya, or moody like Ishigami. He was just... nice. Charming, even. But not in a way that felt fake. When he laughed at her jokes—or more often, played along with her weird antics—he seemed genuinely entertained.
'That's executed.' she thought, giggling as she remembered how he gamely joined in on her impromptu "Secret Spy Code Game" earlier that afternoon.
He was fun. But also smart. And mysterious.
Chika tilted her head as she watched Shun now, chatting casually with Yu about music, and offering Kaguya some notes on a project without stepping on her pride. Somehow, he balanced himself perfectly between everyone's personalities without breaking a sweat.
It wasn't fair, really.
'Why does someone that cool even exist?'
She shook her head, trying to chase off the butterflies fluttering in her stomach. Chika was not someone who got flustered over boys. She was the kind of girl who taught others how to win at love—self-declared Love Detective Extraordinaire!
But even so... something about Shun made her heart skip a little.
Still, being Chika, she didn't dwell on it. Instead, she bounced over to his side and leaned close.
"Shun-kun~!" she chirped. "Wanna play a game after this? It's a rhythm challenge I made up myself!"
Shun chuckled, glancing down at her with amused eyes.
"Sure. But don't go easy on me."
"Never!" she beamed, though inside, her cheeks were a little warmer than usual.
As they started setting up her odd little game, Chika didn't realize she was already drawn into his orbit—one small, unexpected step at a time.
Because for all her unpredictability, her heart was starting to hum a familiar tune.
On the other side, Shun could read people—that was a skill honed not just from experience, but necessity. Every smile, every nervous glance, every shift in tone, all of it told a story. And Chika Fujiwara, despite her bubbly, chaotic energy, was no different.
She laughed a little louder when he was near. Moved closer than usual. Sought him out with that childlike sparkle in her eyes. Shun didn't need any kind of special ability to know what that meant.
'She's beginning to fall.' he thought with a subtle smile.
But he didn't act immediately. Chika was... unpredictable. A misstep would make her pull away or derail her feelings into something else entirely. She wasn't like Kaguya, who overanalyzed every beat of her heart, or Hayasaka, who buried suspicion beneath cool logic.
Chika wore everything on her sleeve—but in a way that made it hard to tell which part was genuine and which part was a game.
So Shun played it slow.
He encouraged her when she invited him to play. Laughed when she got overly competitive. Let his gaze linger just a bit longer than necessary, only to turn away at the perfect moment. A dance of subtle tension and release. Nothing overt. Just enough to let her heart wander further.
And yet, even as he watched her enthusiasm bloom, he didn't rush.
She was valuable—socially adept, energetic, with ties to everyone in the student council. Her friendship alone was a useful connection. If feelings came into play, they had to be cultivated carefully, at just the right time.
As they finished her self-made rhythm challenge, Shun smiled warmly, brushing a strand of hair from her face under the guise of playfulness. She froze for just a heartbeat, blush rising in her cheeks.
"You're full of surprises, Chika," he said, voice smooth but laced with honest amusement.
"That was really fun."
She beamed, caught between bashfulness and excitement.
'Hook set. No need to reel her in yet.' Shun mused internally.
'Let her keep chasing a little longer. That's when they fall the hardest.'
