After investigating for a long time, Blaine found nothing, so he simply withdrew his mental power.

He continued to use Hawkeye to observe sights that could never be seen outside.

At this moment, Blaine was still following T'Challa deeper into Wakanda. However, the farther he went, the more shocked he became. Especially when he came into close contact with this level of advanced technology, Blaine grew even more excited.

Although many of these things were of no practical use to him—and some of the high-tech weapons he encountered along the way, such as sonic cannons and laser guns, were even completely useless to Blaine—was there really any man in the world who wasn't interested in such things?

For example, boys are naturally fascinated by toy cars, toy guns, excavators, police cars, small airplanes, and all kinds of similar toys. Blaine, despite being a Bounty Hunter, was still an ordinary man at heart, so he was no exception. In a way, it was the same principle as how girls like cosmetics for no particular reason.

While he appeared to be admiring Wakanda's advanced technology and exotic gadgets, Blaine was secretly and persistently observing the terrain behind the scenes, estimating the location of the Vibranium.

Since his mental power couldn't detect it directly, that meant the area where the Vibranium Mountains were stored also possessed something capable of shielding his psychic perception. If mental power couldn't be used, then—

Blaine could only rely on fragmented memories and knowledge of Wakanda to slowly calculate its location.

Although Wakanda was a country, its actual populated land area was probably only slightly larger than a U.S. state. That was why Blaine's mental power could theoretically cover all of Wakanda.

Of course, that coverage might not include everything beneath the shield. With mountains at the back, plains at the front, and dense jungle in between, Blaine couldn't guarantee that his mental power could quickly explore every inch of land. Even if he could, there was no need to burden his brain with such rapid calculations.

"Well, by the way, there are mountains behind,"

"A Vibranium mountain range that large wouldn't be hidden in the middle of this metropolis."

"What did you say?"

"Uh, nothing,"

"I was just saying your Wakandan city is really advanced."

Unexpectedly, his muttering had been overheard by T'Challa. It seemed cats really did have sharp hearing.

However, now that Blaine had already determined the approximate location of Wakanda's Vibranium, it was time to act. While the high-tech wonders here were certainly interesting, that wasn't why Blaine had come. His goal was upgrading, and now that he was sure of things, he was already planning to take action.

To be honest, this was the first time Blaine had ever used his Bounty Hunter abilities to rob something without receiving a commission or completing a mission. The thought of acting freely this time made him inexplicably excited. He wasn't sure whether this counted as exploiting a loophole in the system.

"We're here,"

"Come with me."

Unknowingly, Blaine followed T'Challa to a building that looked different from the others. It was embedded directly into the mountain, resembling a private villa.

Clearly, T'Challa intended to invite Blaine inside as a guest. After all, Blaine could be considered a visitor from afar, and as the ruler of a nation, T'Challa naturally wanted to fulfill his duties as a host.

They had already mobilized the tribes earlier to prepare for war. Now that Blaine had shown no hostile intent, they couldn't very well drive him away. Even if Blaine had other intentions, T'Challa wouldn't dare to provoke him.

Besides, for such a well-known Bounty Hunter, Wakanda's intelligence agency would certainly have information on him. T'Challa had no desire to easily make an enemy of Blaine—and he couldn't afford to.

"Well, I won't go in,"

"I'm not here to drink tea with you,"

"I'm just purely curious about Wakanda,"

"Don't worry about me. Just let me wander around on my own."

Looking at T'Challa's sincere gaze, Blaine actually felt a bit guilty. Originally, Blaine was extremely cold toward outsiders. Even now, his words were blunt and emotionless, as if he weren't speaking to a person but stating an unchangeable fact. It was like T'Challa had no choice but to agree.

With the Bounty Hunter having said this much, T'Challa couldn't argue back. He could only look confused, clearly unsure of what Blaine was actually trying to do.

Curiosity? Pure nonsense. He was the King of Wakanda, not an idiot. But even so, he had no choice but to give in. In the end, he stiffly nodded, tacitly agreeing to Blaine's request.

Seeing T'Challa's bewildered expression, the corner of Blaine's mouth lifted slightly. Without hesitation, he turned and walked away. His pace didn't seem fast, but by the time T'Challa turned his head again, Blaine was already gone.

Somewhere at the edge of Wakanda City, Blaine hid himself within the shadow of a building. 𝒇𝙧𝙚𝓮𝙬𝙚𝓫𝒏𝓸𝓿𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝙤𝓶

"Damn it, you're still following me,"

"I've already run this far—can you really keep up?"

Blaine scanned the surroundings with his mental power while Hawkeye carefully observed as well. After confirming there was no one tailing him, he finally relaxed.

From the moment he left T'Challa, Blaine had noticed someone following him. It was no surprise—T'Challa was still suspicious and had likely sent his intelligence agents to monitor Blaine's movements.

What Blaine hadn't expected was that Wakanda's spy agency, which he had already highly estimated, still far exceeded his imagination.

Not only were they able to see through his Shadow Stealth and follow him all the way here, but the fact that they could even keep up with several of his teleports was enough to earn Blaine's full attention.

Even without entering Hunter Space to double-check for trackers, Blaine suspected these people possessed special abilities of their own. As expected, an organization capable of dealing with a Devourer of Worlds was no simple force.

Fortunately, he had finally shaken them off.

Using Hawkeye, Blaine looked toward the back of the city. Continuous mountain peaks stretched endlessly, and beyond them lay the shimmering edge of the sea. This had to be Wakanda's back mountains.

If Vibranium was truly located here, then this was undoubtedly the most mysterious place in all of Wakanda.
