Married To The Last Ice Dragon-Chapter 49: Fifthly creature?
Sage finally calmed down in Cyrus’ arms after crying for ten minutes. She was relaxed, and he was coaxing her to stop crying like a child.
She felt miserable and as dumb as a rock.
Her head was on Cyrus’ slowly rising and falling chest, his arm around her body and her hand on his stomach.
She sniffed and clutched his shirt. "It is too much for me." She mumbled.
"Then I will take it slow." Cyrus whispered.
"Why are you so calm with me?" Sage had to ask. "Ever since we got back from Credia... Is it pity?" Her voice shook as she asked.
"Pity?" Cyrus asked with a scoff. "That is not the word."
"Even with everything that has happened... Do you want us to live like a normal couple?"
"Do not forget that I am going to kill you Parrot, I need you fire core."
Sage frowned. He kept drawing her close to him and pushing her away. What was wrong with him?
"You are not going to kill me," Sage found herself saying and gasped when Cyrus erupted with laughter.
His chest vibrated and so did her head.
"What is.."
He cut her words as he quickly switched their positions. She lay on the bed, with him hovering over her, his ruffled white hair relaxing on his forehead.
His eyes were scorching hot, his breathing was hard, and his shiny red lips parted as if to allow for his rapid breathing.
"What are you doing?" Sage’s voice was high.
Cyrus titled his head to the side. "What do you want me to do?"
"There you are, answering my question with a question." Sage groaned and rolled her eyes.
"Do you still want to kill me, dear parrot?" He asked, leaning his face close to her.
Sage froze and held her breath as his cold breath fanned her face.
"I.. I have no reason to do that now," She replied with a high pitched tone.
"And sadly, you have no one but me, your husband.." Cyrus paused, placed his hand on her neck caressing the side he had bitten and the mark appeared. "You have no choice to stay with me."
Sage grabbed his wrist with both her hands, feeling angered by his words. "What nonsense!" She spat and Cyrus’ lips twitched. "I rather choose death than be with you, Cyrus Dragos," She growled and pushed his hands away.
Cyrus’ eyes widened slightly.
"Is that so?" His voice became huskier than usual.
Sage’s frown disappeared immediately being affected by his voice. "L..let me go."
"Your words are not true dear parrot," He said seductively, caught her lower lip and sucked it.
Sage’s eyes almost popped out of their sockets. She released his wrist but he grabbed both her hands interlocking them with his and pushed them to the side of the bed.
"Tell me what you want me to do to you." Cyrus whispered against her lips which she parted giving way for his tongue to thrust into her mouth.
He kissed her passionately, and she kissed him back. The room was getting hotter, she could feel wetness between her legs, and she could tell he was aroused by her.
Her mind went blank when he broke her kiss and trailed it to her jaw, eliciting a gasp from her.
"Do you want to go town with me?" He suddenly asked, his voice maintaining the seductiveness as he continued kissing her jaw.
"W..what?" Sage who didn’t expect him to ask her that, stuttered.
She wanted him to do many things to her!
"Let’s go." Cyrus said, released her hands and got off her.
Sage stared him with her flushed face while he smiled at her, licking his lips.

They arrived outside with the demon panthers and Snowflake the nine tailed fox was in Sage’s arms.
Sage wore a large furry blue coat with the hood and Cyrus who was behind her pulled down the hood.
"What?!" Sage asked offended as he strode nonchalantly towards the carriage where Arthur was.
"I want to see your hair." Cyrus said without looking at her and she was left dumfounded by his strangeness.
She proceeded towards the carriage and awkwardly looked at Arthur who was smiling at her.
"How are you feeling my queen?" He asked suddenly looking worried and Sage’s mind felt heavy.
"You.. you are not angry with me?" She asked remembering how she harshly whipped him and killed so many.
Arthur smiled. "It was very painful, but I am not angry with you. You are so powerful!" He said excitedly and Sage felt even more guilty.
She lowered her head and Arthur gasped in shock. "No! No!" It is alright my queen, you do not have to feel bad." He said worriedly.
"I am so sorry, Arthur, please forgive me." Sage apologized with a heavy heart.
Arthur was left speechless and looked at Cyrus who wasn’t sparing them a glance.
Cyrus rolled his eyes and opened the door allowing his panthers to enter. "Enough with the drama." He said and pulled Sage’s coat. "Get in." He told her and she frowned at him.
Arthur smiled at the couple in front of him. Their relationship was indeed strange.
"Are you blind? Can’t you see that I am apologizing to someone I hurt?" Sage asked Cyrus angrily.
"So? You have never apologized to me." Cyrus scoffed and rolled his eyes.
Arthur’s jaw dropped at Cyrus’s words and Sage frowned deeply at Cyrus.
"Why would I apologize to you?! You have hurt me more than I hurt you and you have never apologized you fifthly creature!" Sage screamed out.
Cyrus’ lips twitched. It had been a while since she called him "Fifthly creature."
"Is that so?" Cyrus asked calmly and Sage rolled her eyes.
Arthur who watched the couple took note that Sage had gotten the rolling eyes attribute from Cyrus. How interesting.
Cyrus immediately took a step towards Sage, grabbed her chin and crashed his lips on hers.
Sage’s eyes widened, her face turned as red as her hair and Arthur turned away from scene.
"Shameless!" He squealed in embarrassment.
Sage closed her eyes returning the kiss which was a slow passionate kiss that placed her on cloud nine. Her legs wobble as the kiss became deep making her clutch the nine tailed fox that was in her arms tightly.
Snowflake squeezed himself out of her grip and jumped to the ground giving Sage the chance to wrap her arms around Cyrus’s neck as he released her chin.
In the castle’s balcony, Charlotte and Sergio were watching Cyrus’ and Sage’s passionate kissing scene.
"Can you feel it?" Charlotte asked her husband who looked stunned watching the shameless couple.
"The cold is lowering." He replied with a whisper.
"Yes." Charlotte sighed.
Mirabella was behind her parents watching Cyrus and Sage and she looked enraged. She stormed away into the castle to see Stefan watching Cyrus and Sage from a window and he was smiling.
"What is there to smile about my lord?" Mirabella couldn’t help but ask.
"What is there to be jealous about?" Stefan asked without looking at her.
Mirabella scoffed with rage and stormed away.
Everyone present in the castle were watching the scene between the king and queen with excitement and shock.
Fire and Ice were unexpectedly mixing and majority of them had never thought that they would see this side of their cold, heartless king.
"Do you think he has fallen in love with her?" Charlotte asked Sergio who immediately frowned at her question.
.
Meanwhile, in the darkest path of the castle, underground was an ancient dungeon that had only three fire touches as it’s light source.
Ashton arrived at the dungeon wearing a serious expression and chuckled seeing the prisoner behind bars.
"Why am I here?!" Lia screamed at him.
She looked haggard and filthy.
"To avoid seeing your destroyed kingdom." Ashton replied with a smile.
Lia’s eyes widened. "Credia has been destroyed?!" She asked in shock and started trembling.
"Ashton! Ashton please let me out! I cannot continue staying here!" Isabella who was in the other dungeon screamed hysterically.
She looked just as dirty as Lia.. almost worse.
"Unfortunately, you will stay here for a long while Isabella dear," Ashton laughed.
"Why hasn’t Cyrus killed the fire mage?!" Lia suddenly asked.
Ashton’s expression turned serious and he narrowed his eyes at her.
"Why didn’t he kill you all those years ago? Think about it." Ashton growled and she frowned.
"Don’t you find it strange? Why he married her?" Lia asked again and Ashton scoffed.
"I do not want to hear you nonsense nor am I here to see any of you. I am here to see a dear friend that Cyrus captured himself." Ashton chuckled focusing his eyes at the dark corner of the dungeon. "Is he still alive?"
"Fortunately," A familiar voice echoed from the dark corner and Ashton nodded.
"Correction, you should have said unfortunately because you will die soon, very soon." Ashton said, turned away and walked out the dungeon.
