"Of course I’m not your father ma’am," the man spoke in an elderly tone as he turned around to her and then she realized that he was from the agency.

That meant he was actually sent.

She forced a smile on as she walked closer while the man placed the stick on the ground and gently rested on it.

"What are you doing here? I wasn’t expecting any body." She stated as she moved closer.

"Well ma’am, I don’t know if you were told but I was called to give you some information, that’s why I asked Vixen to take me to his golf field so I could discuss with you. At least we’ll be safe here."

Abi frowned.

"What are you talking about?"

"Well your Majesty," he held the head of the golf stick carefully raised in the air determined to take his shot, he looked far ahead and at the same time his stick raised to make sure an opportunity.

He took his bait and then shot it in the air then his gaze turned to Abi.

"Your Majesty the agency was able to confirm that he actually has the house secured."

" No there’s nothing much, is just a thought that’s all."

" From your expression if feels like you’ve done something that’s against the league. "

Abi immediately widened her eyes and then her gaze shot at him trying to find out if he knows what was bordering hee but the next moment, his lips extended seeing her triggered expression.

" Your Majesty, I’m sorry but that’s a joke, " he said with a chuckle.

" Well as you must know that one wasn’t funny, " Abi stated with a pouted lips.

Just then she heard another voice that made her turn behind.

" I hope I’m not missing the party, " she saw Vixen come down the go-cart dressed in a casual white golf outfit.

Abi had a small squinch on her expression and then her lips extended into a small smile as he walked towards her.

"Vixen," she gasped when he suddenly hugged her and then she immediately felt crimson by the face she was in front of her agency.

She hoped that he thinks of it in another way of trying to help the league in finding out the device.

"It’s being long since I’ve seen couples in this century," the man teased and then Abi turned to him in a widened look.

He might be older than her but that joke, was cut out.

Well she hoped that he didn’t take it as an obvious relationship.

While the man noticed her widened look, he stared at her for a while and then gave her a wink.

Just then her system immediately went calm.

That meant that he believed that what ever was happening was part of the mission.

"Father," Abi called out with a smile and then the two chuckled.

"Sincerely, I was just stating what I was seeing. From the eyes of you both is telling me another story," he said with a teasing smile.

" What are you trying to father, we’re just friend, " Abi stated once she released herself from his hefty hug.

Just then Vixen’s look was like he was about to respond correctly to her comment as she nudged Vixen in the arm.

His eyes shot at Abi trying to find an explanation.

She looked at him gesturing a puppy eyes, she brought her gaze to her father for a while and then turned back to Vixen.

She whispered still making a full smile.

" Vixen, father is a lot to take care of and I really can’t handle his teasing ways. Please don’t tell him for now. "

" Oh really, " he said with cunning eyes evident that he was going to change her pleading.

He then spoke.

" Well sir, can’t I embrace the person who takes care of my so cheerfully. Besides, it would ear me enough points to make you think I’m a trustworthy individual. "

Just then they all bust into a laughter.

" That’s a good one, " Abi’s so called father stated as he held unto his stomach.

" But I trust you already. From your attitude is true that you seem responsible. Abi is the type to be worried about who she relates especially with the fact that she may seem concerned about what people say about her. But looking at someone like you, I have my well trust to say that your intentions are to care for my daughter and make her feel comfortable with who she is. "

For a moment there was silent as Abi turned her gaze to Vixen.

She gulped her saliva, why did she feel a bit somehow because of those words.

From heart it made her feel like she was betraying the league after all.

" Vixen, where’s Arthur. I’ve not seen him for so long and I promised him the next time grandfather comes then he might see his grandfather properly, " she stated trying to divert the topic.

" Oh he went to school, there are still somethings he has to get done with especially with the fact that he missed some days. "

" Seriously, Abi? " Vixen stated with a chuckle making her turn her gaze to him.

" Abi he just got some time off his work and you’re concerned about him going to school? "

" As much as I know my son must go to school I can’t help but think of the activities he’s being partaking in and at the same time maintain his attendance at school. "

The two dazed at him at the same time.

Abi raised her head so she could stare at him with a smile.
