Madam's Awakening Shocks The Whole World-Chapter 646 - 239: I Want Her_7
Chapter 646: Chapter 239: I Want Her_7
Aunt Hong nodded, her gentle smile directed at her as she said, "It’s good that you’ve woken up. What is your name? How did Madam Fu rescue you?"
She looked at Aunt Hong, puzzled, then suddenly shook her head. "I don’t remember who I am."
Aunt Hong was taken aback, she had actually forgotten her own identity.
"How can you not remember who you are? Did you hit your head?"
She shook her head, her mind a blank. She truly didn’t know who she was.
"Then, do any of these things that belong to you jog your memory?"
Aunt Hong picked up a set of white wedding dress and a ruby ring and necklace from the sofa beside her.
She took them, caressing the pristine wedding dress that lay on the bed, and picked up the ring and necklace that were atop the dress, trying hard to recall.
In the depths of her memory, someone seemed to have placed the ring and necklace on her, but she couldn’t remember who it was or even her own name.
Aunt Hong watched her the whole time, as she stroked the wedding dress and picked up the ring and necklace. "Does any of this bring back memories? Do you remember your name?"
She looked up and shook her head slightly, covering her aching head. "I don’t remember anything."
Aunt Hong sighed softly, "If you can’t remember, don’t force it. You will surely remember eventually."
She nodded, glancing around at the strange place, all of it unfamiliar to her.
"I don’t know what to call you if you can’t remember, so how about you choose a name for yourself?"
She looked at Aunt Hong, lowered her gaze for a moment, and said in a low voice, "Call me Su Qing."
Deep in her mind, something about the character ’Qing’ flashed by, but she couldn’t remember what her surname was.
"Mm, Su Qing, you’ve been unconscious for a whole day and night. You must be hungry, I’ll get you something to eat."
Su Qing nodded, indeed feeling somewhat hungry, "Thank you, Aunt Hong."
Once Aunt Hong left, Su Qing looked again at the ring and necklace in her hands; her mind, still a blank, remembered nothing.
Her gaze swept around the room. Aunt Hong had said that she was rescued, and this place was the Fu Family household.
Before long, Aunt Hong walked in carrying food, a simple porridge. "You haven’t eaten for a while, have some porridge to warm your stomach first; you can have a meal later."
Su Qing nodded and stood up, walking over to the small tea table by the sofa, gracefully consuming her meal. Aunt Hong sat silently by her side, watching as Su Qing, even when hungry, ate unhurriedly with grace and poise, a clear sign of her upbringing. Madam Fu had also said to treat Su Qing well; her background must be extraordinary.
After Su Qing ate, she wiped her mouth, and Aunt Hong told her about the toiletries in the room as well as several sets of clothes prepared for her to change into.
Su Qing thanked Aunt Hong, who, taking the finished meal, left the room. Su Qing then took the fresh clothes and went into the bathroom to wash up.
An hour later, she emerged from the bathroom, dressed in clothes prepared by Aunt Hong. She approached the dressing table, and her gaze was suddenly captivated by the reflection in the mirror.
The woman in the mirror appeared to be around twenty years old, with long, black hair cascading down her shoulders and an ethereal beauty that would leave one spellbound, with skin like cream, delicate eyebrows, a well-shaped forehead, and lips naturally red without any lipstick.
Su Qing raised her hand to touch her own tender and fair cheeks — this was her face, so captivating that even she found it difficult to look away.
Aunt Hong walked in from outside and approached the sitting Su Qing, "You’re done washing up; best to get your hair dried quickly, lest you catch a cold."
Su Qing nodded and, with Aunt Hong’s help, dried her hair. She stood up and looked at Aunt Hong behind her, who once again marveled at the sight of Su Qing.
"Aunt Hong, may I meet Madam Fu?"
Since it was Madam Fu who had saved her, now that she was awake, of course, she wanted to thank her.
Aunt Hong smiled and nodded, looking over at Su Qing, "Wait for me a moment, Su Qing."
After speaking, Aunt Hong left the room. A few minutes later, she returned with a pair of black-framed glasses and handed them to Su Qing. "Wear these."
Su Qing looked at Aunt Hong, puzzled. Aunt Hong explained in a low voice, "Our Second Young Mistress doesn’t like others being more beautiful than her. You better wear these."
It was for her own good. If the Second Young Mistress saw her, it could lead to unpleasant incidents.
Understanding Aunt Hong’s intention, Su Qing nodded and put on the black-framed glasses. Instantly, her enchanting, fairy-like beauty dimmed significantly. Though she still looked quite nice, she no longer captivated with a single glance.
"That’s a temporary inconvenience."
Aunt Hong felt apologetic, but the temper of their Second Young Mistress was indeed quite explosive, and she feared for Su Qing under her scrutiny.
"It’s okay."
Su Qing shook her head, smiling at Aunt Hong, and they left the room together.
The villa she was in was the Fu Family’s guest villa. On the way, Aunt Hong told her quite a few things about the Fu Family.
She learned that Madam Fu, who had rescued her, was no small figure. The Fu Family was a leading household in Hai City. Young Master Fu was the heir of the Fu Family, revered by all. The Fu Family was relatively simple; Old Master Fu and Old Lady Fu had passed away several years ago, leaving only Chairman Fu and Madam Fu, as well as Eldest Young Master Fu Boyann, the eldest daughter Fu Lixin, and the second daughter Fu Limei.
Chairman Fu was in poor health and had been in the hospital for some time. Madam Fu had always been by his side, only returning home in the past few days, and it was on her way back that she had found her.
