Love You Till the End-Chapter 1045 - 1044: Telling You to Leave
Looking at the two people standing closely together, Quan Xin frowned, "Jue, this isn’t appropriate."
From Quan Xin’s gaze at Shi Aoju and Su Jiuyi, Ye Han read something between them. He realized it was his oversight; he didn’t notice the unusual vibe between the two, and even thought they were meeting for the first time.
But given the current situation, the relationship between Su Jiuyi and Shi Aoju seemed deeper than between him and her, at least that’s what he believed.
As a gentleman, Ye Han didn’t interrupt the conversation between the two. He gave Quan Xin a look, signaling her not to interfere with their exchange.
But Quan Xin didn’t cooperate. She quickly walked over and stood beside Shi Aoju, reminding Su Jiuyi, "You need to be aware of your status. You are a servant of the Shi Family, and you cannot have any entanglement with the boss."
Su Jiuyi’s head was still dizzy, and the man and woman in front of her started to blur and overlap. She heard Quan Xin’s words but didn’t react.
Falling in love with the boss was indeed inappropriate. She wasn’t wrong, and given her relationship with Shi Aoju, saying such things wasn’t unreasonable.
Which woman could remain calm when seeing the man she likes display such intimate behavior with another woman?
Su Jiuyi pushed Shi Aoju’s hand, struggling to stand up, but Shi Aoju refused to let go, his large hand clutching her shoulder, increasing the force.
Quan Xin had never seen him like this before. His eyes seemed to hold intense anger, ready to erupt any moment.
"Young Master Jue..."
The physical disparity between a man and a woman always exists; Su Jiuyi couldn’t escape his grasp, so she could only look up at him and say, "I’m sorry for making you angry."
"Jue!" Quan Xin reached to pull Shi Aoju’s hand, attempting to pry his hand off Su Jiuyi’s shoulder, but once she tried she realized Shi Aoju was determined not to let Su Jiuyi go.
The atmosphere became awkwardly tense. Ye Han felt like an unnecessary presence, wanting to intervene but seeing as Shi Aoju hadn’t done anything excessive to Su Jiuyi, he found no excuse to interfere.
If what Quan Xin said was true, that she was a servant of the Shi Family, then he surely couldn’t step in now, as he was merely an outsider.
He reminded Shi Aoju, "You’re hurting her," and then said no more. Yet, upon hearing his words, Shi Aoju slightly eased his grip, lightening his hold.
He suddenly turned to Quan Xin, speaking in a lukewarm tone, "Don’t involve yourself in matters between her and me. Go back."
Quan Xin refused to leave, raising her voice, "She’s just a servant; it’s not worth you being so invested in her."
"To you, she is. To me, she’s not," Shi Aoju replied.
Su Jiuyi was stunned by his words, the overlapping images before her cleared up. Looking at his indifferent, handsome face, she felt a mix of emotions, indescribable.
To him, what did she mean?
Servant, friend, or something else...
"Do you know what you’re doing?" Quan Xin clutched his sleeve tightly, her face filled with discontent, "Jue, can’t you be less decisive and listen to me for once..."
"Leave," Shi Aoju coldly said, his presence seemed to emit waves of coldness, lowering the temperature in the air.
