Love You for the Rest of My Life-Chapter 66: Protest
Despite his ever-cold domineering appearance, Gu Qibao’s heart trembled. What did he mean by that? Did he mean he would learn to respect her, listen to her grievances? Even those that accused him?
For some reason, her heart felt a bit warm. Actually, Di Mingjue wasn’t that hateful after all.
Just as she was slightly touched, pondering if he would listen to her if she voiced out her thoughts, she heard Di Mingjue’s icy and domineering voice, "To save me the trouble of guessing."
Gu Qibao almost spat blood.
So, he wanted her to speak to save himself the trouble of guessing? Indeed, she should not have any expectations towards this man.
Gu Qibao rolled her eyes, equally haughty, "I don’t want to speak, I’m not willing."
"If you don’t wish to talk, fine. You will lose your chance later." Lord Di was always more arrogant than her.
Gu Qibao’s heart was like a tortured cat. Speaking meant no dignity, not speaking on the other hand felt like a humiliation. Furthermore, if she didn’t voice out, wouldn’t it just boost Di Mingjue’s overbearing attitude?
Moreover, at any time he pleased, she was not taken into consideration, let alone any regards for safety. She was only nineteen, she truly did not want to have a child.
So, between sobs, Gu Qibao glared at him and started to tell him off.
"Di Mingjue, do you know how domineering you are? It was you who said you wanted to marry me last night and we should date for a while first. You are now my boyfriend, can’t you respect my wishes? Do you ever ask for my opinion? What do you take me for?"
Di Mingjue stopped in his tracks and looked at her quizzically.
Gu Qibao took a moment, then flushed with embarrassment.
Di Mingjue put on a faint sarcastic smile.
Gu Qibao almost fainted with anger and lashed out at him, holding onto his earlobe.
What an idiot, a worthless fool, deviating from her intended message but he was awfully good at steering the focus.
The tall Di Mingjue held Gu Qibao as she held onto his earlobe and furiously confronted him. This scene fell into the eyes of a patrolling security guard not far away.
The guard couldn’t help but shiver a bit, my gosh, so fierce, Miss Qibao! She dared to grab the ear of the school’s director and yelled.
Di Mingjue frowned and thought carefully, "Do you mean that everything we do needs your consent in the future?"
"Yes." Gu Qibao nodded.
Humph, Di Mingjue chuckled coldly, no chance!
But he remained silent because he was too lazy to argue.
Seeing Di Mingjue silent, Gu Qibao took a moment to regain some calmness and continued, "What’s more, what if I get pregnant? Have you ever thought that I am a senior in high school! I am too young and I don’t want to have a child."
Di Mingjue thought about it, her words made sense. Although he didn’t object to having children with Gu Qibao, he didn’t want kids so early either. Who could be more fun than Gu Qibao?
Di Mingjue frowned.
"Are you listening to me or not!" Gu Qibao couldn’t help but yell again seeing him not responding.
"I heard you." Di Mingjue let her go, grabbed her face with one hand, his face cold and a hint of resentment, "You little brat."
Gu Qibao grimaced, "It hurts, it hurts, it hurts."
Does it? Di Mingjue raised his eyebrows. This girl was certainly acting, he hardly used any strength.
He let go of his hand and looked at Gu Qibao with a chilly face and a look full of dislike, "Gu Xiaoqi, could you make your act more believable?"
