The woman stepped out of the car and stood in front of Jay.

Extending out her hand, she said, "Hello, Hay, I’m the one who talked with you about the apartment on TRIBi, Jellyfish."

Jay shook her hand and replied, feeling awkward calling her by her online name.

Noticing that, Jellyfish laughed softly,

"Hahaha, my name is Doreen, you can just call me that."

"Okay, I’ll just call you Doreen then."

Then Jay gestured at the apartment and said, "How about we come in so you can check out the place?"

"Sure, let’s go."

With Jay in front, the two of them went inside the building.

Doreen also took the time to look around, inspecting it with sharp eyes.

"It seems that this building has really just been constructed as you said in your post, Jay."

Jay glanced at her behind him with a smile.

Jay nodded and opened the door to unit 301.

Walking inside, the two of them immediately saw the big windows where the sunshine from outside are passing through.

It lightens up the whole unit, giving a vibrant, cozy, and natural feel to the surroundings.

"Wow, the space here looks wider than in the pictures."

Doreen walked around with a smile on her face.

Looking out the window and seeing the view of the park not that far away as well as a clear river, she was really happy.

"Even the view from here is good!"

Hearing that brought a smile to Jay’s face.

"Isn’t it? The balcony there is also great. The fresh and cool breeze will make you relax involuntarily."

Saying that, Jay went out to the balcony and the cool wind brushed past his skin, making him close his eyes in contentment.

Doreen saw that and followed him.

She stood beside Jay and just felt the wind blowing past her hair, rustling it softly.

"It is really great here!"

After a while, Doreen said with a smile.

Jay turned to look at her and said,

"I’m glad that you like it here. C’mon, let’s go back inside and I’ll take you around to see the whole place more."

Jay led Doreen around the unit, showing her the rooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen.

After looking around the whole place, Doreen didn’t hide her satisfaction.

"I wasn’t wrong in choosing this place!"

"So, when can we sign the contract?"

Jay also felt happy seeing his mother being so cheerful.

Taking out something from his pocket, Jay handed it to his mother.

"Here, Mom, take this."

"Those are the keys for this apartment building. Since you and Dad will be the one responsible here, you need these keys."

Jay’s mother stared at the keys on her hand for a while before nodding.

"Alright, Son. Just leave this to us!"

Seeing his mother no longer refusing the responsibility of a landlord, Jay smiled.

’It seems it was the right decision to bring them here.’

With that thought in mind, Jay brought his parents out of the building and strolled around the community for a while.
