The battle erupted in full force!

Broken charged at the forefront, leading the assault. As the distance between the two sides narrowed, he gritted his teeth and slammed his pickaxe into the ground with all his might.

Instantly, the battlefield was consumed by chaos. Sheets of ice spread rapidly across the terrain, freezing demons in their path, while a massive earthquake tore through the ground. From above, dozens of enormous boulders rained down, smashing into the demon ranks with devastating force.

Booba surged forward, slashing mercilessly at the demon directly in front of him. To his right, Elincia floated gracefully, both hands raised as massive bolts of lightning crashed down repeatedly, striking the ground with deafening roars.

Optimus dashed into the fray, delivering rapid punches and spinning kicks, sending demons flying in every direction. Not far from him, Charmelyn leapt high into the air, her body splitting into multiple copies that launched a ferocious multi-directional assault on anything within reach.

Goldrich stood amidst the chaos, weaving intricate magic circles in the air. With a burst of power, he unleashed a barrage of magic missiles, each finding its mark among the enemy ranks.

A gleaming shield suddenly flew past Goldrich, slicing through the demon lines with precision. Moments later, Ivana appeared in the thick of the fray. Slamming her shield into the ground, she created a shockwave that hurled demons skyward, scattering them like leaves in a storm.

From above, summoned creatures rained down attacks, bombarding the demons with relentless strikes. Meanwhile, a massive hammer spun through the air, plowing through the demon horde. Like a boomerang, it arced back and was caught seamlessly by Fokil, who stood ready for another attack.

The battlefield was a storm of power.

Broken, the Vensalor Guild members, and their allies truly showcased their finest skills in this battle. Though brief, the respite they managed to secure allowed them to recover some stamina and replenish their resources. Now, they stood ready to fight once more—not entirely as fresh as at the start, but with their spirits roaring like a wildfire!

As the battle condensed into a single chaotic zone, it became easier for the defenders to coordinate their attacks. Each group began focusing their efforts on targeting specific Named Demons, working in tandem to maximize their impact.

Fokil, knowing that King Balam required immense damage to stay occupied, charged fearlessly at the colossal demon. With a swift motion, he hurled his hammer with incredible force, sending it hurtling straight at the towering figure.

Moments later, Ivana followed up, appearing suddenly atop her shield, which now floated above the demon’s head.

Fokil glanced upward, a faint smirk playing on his lips. "That’s the spirit, girl! Strike him down!"

"Be careful, Mr. Fokil," Ivana called back.

"That’s supposed to be my line," Fokil retorted, grinning as he swung his hammer again.

The massive weapon shot forward with tremendous speed. In perfect synchronization, two colossal objects struck King Balam simultaneously—one slamming into the demon’s front and the other crashing into his back.

King Balam let out a deafening roar, the ground trembling under the weight of his fury.

This time, however, there was a crucial difference—Elincia and Jovina joined the fray, ready to unleash a torrent of magic damage on King Balam. This was a significant advantage they hadn’t been able to exploit before, as their earlier encounters had lacked the necessary magical firepower to challenge the demon effectively.

Fokil darted in close, slamming his hammer against King Balam’s leg with bone-shattering force. Simultaneously, Ivana struck from above, smashing her shield into the back of the demon’s head. At that moment, a blinding flash lit up the battlefield as massive lightning bolts rained down, accompanied by waves of magic damage crashing into King Balam from every direction.

On the other side of the battlefield, Booba had locked onto his target—Countess Murmur.

His wyvern chased after him, its powerful wings beating as it surged forward. Grabbing onto the beast’s leg, Booba was swiftly carried into the air, his eyes locked on the demoness.

To his right, a figure clad in black and red armor with demonic wings streaked through the sky at high speed. It was Paul, who glanced over at Booba with a faint smirk.

"Don’t slow me down, rookie!" Paul said.

"Shut up! I’m a Divine Champion too!" Booba shot back, glaring.

From his left, another figure soared into view—it was Marlene, her own demonic wings propelling her effortlessly through the air.

"So, the most useless person in Vensalor Guild finally does more than just play meat shield, huh?" Marlene said.

"If you weren’t so close with Broken, I’d have shut that mouth of yours by now!" Booba snapped.

The wyvern closed in on Countess Murmur, who was darting through the air with graceful precision.

The demoness twisted in an attempt to dodge, but Paul struck from behind, his hands transforming into massive claws that swiped viciously at her.

Marlene followed up, lashing out with her long whip. It wrapped tightly around Countess Murmur’s neck, pulling her off balance.

Taking advantage of the opening, Booba leapt forward, slashing his sword toward her. His blade landed a powerful strike against her chest, leaving a deep gash and eliciting a piercing scream.

The force of the attack knocked Booba backward, but his wyvern swooped in just in time to catch him midair.

Booba barked. "I’m a better Divine Champion than either of you! HA! HA! HA!"

"You piece of trash! Aren’t we supposed to be on the same side?" Countess Murmur snapped.

"No," Marlene responded. "Not after your new Master broke the deal we made."

A woman in a crisp white suit stood at the forefront as she narrated the scenes displayed on the massive screen behind her.

"I can’t help but admire how these top players are able to pick their targets so efficiently, even without a single leader coordinating them all," she remarked.

Marco, with a faint smile, leaned forward. "So," he began, "what’s the prediction about the battles against King Balam?"

The woman nodded and continued her analysis. "King Balam is taking consistent magic damage from Elincia and Jovina, supported by her summons. Additionally, a large number of high-level players from guilds like Shadow Wolves and Horde of Hell are focused on dealing ranged damage. Meanwhile, Fokil and Ivana are ensuring that King Balam stays occupied, keeping his attention locked on them."

"That’s definitely a smart strategy," Marco commented.

The woman shifted her focus. "Now, about Countess Murmur," she said. "It seems the three Divine Champions with aerial abilities are making it incredibly difficult for her to escape or maneuver effectively. Marlene is prioritizing crowd control to limit Murmur’s movements, while Paul uses his versatility to adapt and provide critical support at key moments. And Booba..."

Marco chuckled softly. "What about the new Divine Champion?"

"His main advantage comes from a boost in stat points, as his class hasn’t advanced further yet," she explained. "However, his technique, precision, ability to exploit weaknesses, and confidence enable him to keep up with Marlene and Paul—both of whom ascended to Divine Champion status long before him."

Marco leaned back in his seat. "I’m becoming more and more intrigued by their development—especially the people surrounding Broken."
