Legendary Architect of Apocalypse-Chapter 66: It’s Technology
Elias looked inside his spatial storage, which was filled with many things. The majority was the food, but there were also things that were more important. All these things were gathered by Leo, even though he didn’t have use for most of them.
It was as if Leo had simply robbed the supermarket, but also military establishments. There were many weapons, but there were even things that were more technologically advanced than guns.

Inside the storage, there were Drones. For a moment, Elias had thought about using intelligence on these drones, but he quickly dropped the idea since these drones didn’t seem to have significant weapons.
At most, they could be used to observe the enemies. Just looking at them, Elias could see that they had some explosives, which probably helped them explode once they crashed on the enemy. But it was only a one time thing, which didn’t seem useful for him.
There were also some army tanks, but they were also not things that he focused on. Instead, there was one specific item that caught his eye, which seemed like the most useful thing in his storage.
He was told by Grey that weapons were useless in this world. But what if the thing that he used wasn’t a weapon in the true sense, but it was much more dangerous than a conventional weapon?
There was only one way to find out if that thing could be used in the Land of Fables, or not. It was through a proper experiment.
Fortunately, this was the perfect place for experiment as he didn’t have to worry about his surroundings. They were on the skull of the Beast of Decay, which was even larger than multiple football fields joined together.
At this place, he had not only enough height to avoid any observation, but also enough space. More importantly, the Beast of Decay was a strong entity, but also somewhat slow because of being asleep for such a long time.
Even if there was thousands of tons of weight on the Beast of Decay, it was hard for it to notice. All the conditions were in perfect sync, almost begging for Elias to perform this experiment.
He brought out something from the spatial storage.
"W-what is that thing?"
The sword was less surprised by the fact that something had appeared out of thin air. Even Aliath had items that helped him store items in a separate space. But what made him more intrigued, was the purpose of the object that was large, and made of some metal.
Even if objects like these existed in the upper realm in some shape or form, the sword was completely ignorant about it.
The thing was taller than the Elias, and even longer. Its body was so smooth, that it looked as if it was crafted with extreme precision to slice through the air on its journey.
"This might be called one of the most technologically advanced weapons of the lower world," Elias told the sword, as his fingers brushed on the smooth metal. "But even with weapons like these, those worlds couldn’t survive the onslaught of just one person."
"The most advanced weapon? It looks weak and useless. I feel like I can slice it in half with ease. Just what is this frail metal? Why didn’t they use Star Metal to make it?" The Sword asked, sounding quite disappointed that this thing could even be called a weapon.
"It’s weak indeed. That’s why, we are going to make it strong," Elias said, his fingers tracing through the leading edges of the wings, which were designed to cut through the air with minimal resistance, allowing it to achieve supersonic speeds.
"It’s a machine that flies," he continued, patting the cold metal of the fighter jet. "Back in my world, it’s used for warfare, but it’s not magic. It’s... technology. And we are going to make it better. We are going to evolve this technology. And this will just be the beginning..."
He didn’t know how to fly a fighter jet. He wasn’t a fool to believe that he could learn to fly something like this, just like he had learned the snowmobile. It was an entirely different beast altogether.
Initially, he believed that this was going to be a useless thing for someone like him, but it was different now. He had an ego, and a few more rare materials that he had gathered throughout his time.
If he could merge the jet with other materials like Essence of Lightning, then it might become even faster. The Dust of Creation had the potential to improve its duration and physical body. And lastly, the most important thing, which was the Ego itself.
He also had a few other items that he had kept hidden with him. Finally he had a place where he could use them. So what if he couldn’t learn to fly it? If he installed an intelligence, then it was no different than achieving the most significant evolution.
The Sword couldn’t fight for him when he was going through his evolution. But if he had a fighter jet that had intelligence, then it was no different than having a bodyguard that might at least try to protect him during his evolution.
"How are you going to make it strong?" the Sword asked. "Are you a blacksmith?"
"You will find out very soon," Elias answered, as he started bringing out the vial of Essence of Lightning and Dust of Creation, placing them on the Wings of the fighter plane.
"Why do I suddenly feel cold?" the ego said, thinking to itself. Even it didn’t understand the strange feeling that it was having. Normally, it never felt cold.
Elias didn’t answer the sword, and brought out another item, which was a watch that he had received in the World of Frost.
Normally, the watches were supposed to be taken from the children after the test was over. But the Professor had been killed before the test could end. As for Grey, he didn’t seem to care about it, which allowed Elias to smuggle it here.
