The boy in the middle of the crater had remained unharmed even under the attack. Both Professors understood why he managed to survive that attack.

The only thing that could have helped him, were his flames. Even if the Bracelet sealed class abilities, it couldn't seal inherited abilities. And that flame was one of the most dangerous inherited abilities.

Amongst the most dangerous and mysterious flames in existence, the Ice Phoenix Flames was ranked in the top ten.

There was even a saying that the flames were omnipotent. If someone could master these flames to their peak, then they could freeze anything, including time and space.

They could also burn everything, including the soul of a person, cutting off their path to reincarnation.

The flames were truly special, which was why the previous owner of these flames had managed to roam through the entire galaxy like a true monarch.

It was also why the Dean of the Academy had declared such precious rewards for the Inheritor of the flames.

If the Inheritor of the flames could survive long enough, then he could easily possess the same strength as the Founding Families, if not more. Of course, the extent also depended on the Inheritor's own comprehension.

"The Holy Son of the Academy has been found. I need to convey the message back to the Academy!"

Helen's initial shock was replaced by excitement. She quickly brought out a communication device, and contacted the staff on the battleship to send the message, along with every information of the Inheritor.

Not just the Professors, but even the students had also seen Elias when the dust dispersed. It didn't matter which faction a person belonged to, but the look of disbelief was common on their faces.

"Kaelen is the Inheritor of the Ice Phoenix Flames?" The top rankers of the Creator Faction gulped heavily, remembering the way they had behaved with Elias before.

They had sent him into the enemy camp, as an expendable.

At that time, they didn't know his value or abilities. It was no different than sending the boy to his death because he was weaker than them. They were certain that Elias knew that as well.

"If I had known it before..."

"What a grave mistake!"

"Do you think he will hold a grudge against us?"

Amongst the top rankers of the Creator Class, there was not a single person who wasn't regretting their past behaviour.

As for the lower ranks who had nothing to do with Kaelen being sent to infiltrate the enemy camp, they were filled with jealousy.

"So he is that lucky bastard that won the lottery!"

"Tch, why couldn't it be me in his place?"

"Argh, Heaven is so unfair!"

Those from the Destroyer Class looked just as incredulously. They had just dragged the entire Creator Faction to their trap.

They were so close to success, and now the Inheritor of the Ice Phoenix Flames had appeared, right in the center of their trap?

"Kaelen, kill those three people! We need to break the formation, or we will all die!" Olsen quickly recovered from his shock, and shamelessly asked Elias for help, as if he couldn't remember his last behaviour.

"Kaelen, we might not have treated you the best, but we are still your classmates! You must help us!"

"That's right! You can't let your classmates die, just because you are the inheritor of those flames! You need to help us!"

"My family is a founding family! If you don't help us, then even if you become a Star Disciple of the Academy, you will still suffer!"

"Don't be cruel to us! You must learn to forget and forgive! You must not be evil like those bastards from the Destroyer Faction!"

One after another, everyone in the Creator Faction asked Elias for help. Each of them used their own methods.

Some begged, while others threatened. There were also a few who outright commanded him, while others who shamelessly requested him.

"Is there some conflict between them?" Siera saw the Creator Faction trying to convince 'Kaelen', and understood that everything was not well in that group.

"That's right. If they were on friendly terms, why would they send him to infiltrate? He was clearly trying to hide his flames, and they thought that he was weaker. No wonder they are begging him now."

"We must take advantage of this situation, and get his help!"

The Destroyer Faction realized everything, and shifted their attention to Kaelen, unaware that he was Elias in disguise.

"Little brother, we had no enmity with you. Don't forgive these bastards for the way they treated you. We will only kill them, to let you vent your anger! We won't even hurt a single hair on your head," Siera said, yelling at the top of her lungs.

"Don't listen to her! They are Destroyers! They are our enemies! They would even sell their own souls to the devil! Do you think they would let you live if we die?!" Olsen also roared, her face filled with anger that someone was trying to steal what could become his biggest card.

"You are the inheritor of the flames! You are going to become a Star Disciple of the Academy soon! We have no reason to kill you! You are not like them! You are precious to the Academy! Don't get your hands dirty by saving them!" Siera retorted.

"They are demons! If you don't help us kill them, just how many worlds do you think they will destroy in the future? Their existence is like a parasite in this universe! It's our responsibility to eliminate them! Don't fall for the sweet words of the devil!"

"Who sent you to the enemy camp to die, because you were weaker than them? Don't you know who the real devil is? They hide behind a false virtue and commit all sorts of crimes! Don't forget what they did to you!"

Both sides gave it their all to convince Elias, since no one wanted to hurt the person that the Academy was paying so much attention to. It was even more so, since he held the key to turning this situation in either direction.

....

"It's like a bidding war for our little inheritor." High in the sky, Elten glanced at the entire situation with a lazy expression.

"I really hope he helps the Creator Faction," Helen mumbled. "Even if they didn't do right by sending him for infiltration, they are still a thousand times better than the Destroyers."

"I suppose we will find out soon." Elten said, his unmoving expressions making it impossible to guess what he was actually thinking. "Will he make a deal with the devil to take out the people he should hate? Or will he side with the so-called angels, like a fool trapped in his false morality."
