Legendary Architect of Apocalypse-Chapter 154: You have two?
The little skeleton's jaws moved up and down, making a strange clicking sound that echoed through the dimly lit passage. Its empty eye sockets seemed to search for something.
"What is it looking for?" Astralious asked, watching the skeleton that looked a little crazy, as it looked left and right while moving closer to Elias.
Elias took a step back to maintain his distance from the strange skeleton. His movements appeared to alert the skeleton that was holding a dagger only slightly longer than a dagger.
One moment it was standing several meters away from Elias, and the next it was right in front of him. Even with heightened senses, Elias couldn't properly see his movements, which looked like a blur.
The little skeleton thrust his small sword made of the same bone material as him.
"Move!" Astralious yelled, left in shock at the speed of the seemingly insignificant skeleton, but his warning came too late.
Elias barely managed to summon his Harbinger Sword, deflecting the blow at the last possible second.
The force of the impact, however, still sent him staggering back. On the other hand, the skeleton hadn't taken even a single step back.
"Just what is this thing?!" Astralious exclaimed in shock. "I take back my previous words. It is not an ordinary skeleton!"
"I know!" Elias gritted his teeth, blocking another attack while flying back. His movements were soon obstructed by the wall behind him.

He adjusted his grip on the Harbinger Sword, readying himself for another attack as the little skeleton slowly advanced, its empty eye sockets glowing with a strange light.
"Should we hide inside the shadow domain again? Maybe if we wait a few hours, that thing might also get bored and decide to leave?"
"We have already wasted enough time outside. I don't think we can afford to waste any more time on it, especially when we don't even know if it will leave or not." Elias turned his Sword around and stabbed it on the ground before him.
"Are we really going to fight it then? From the brief glimpse that I saw, it's at least twice as strong as you. It's not like the Soul Beasts that are trapped in a domain for you to take advantage of them."
"What else will we do if we don't fight? Negotiate with it?"
Elias knew that the skeleton was looking for something. Until he found that thing, he wasn't going to leave. But without knowing what that thing even was, he couldn't give it to that little skeleton.
Since he couldn't make the skeleton leave by giving him what he wanted, he could only fight it.
"Are you going to use your other weapons?" Astralious asked, thinking about the mines. But when he noticed that they were in a small closed space, it didn't look as effective.
Elias had other weapons that he had used previously, but even they weren't as effective against an undead as before.
"If only you had some holy element, you would have had a little easier time."
"There is no point in crying over what we don't have." Elias calmed his heartbeat, with the skeleton getting within five meters of him. "Instead, let me show you something new."
With no space behind him for him to run away, even the skeleton didn't appear to be in a hurry, as if he was trying to give the boy one last chance to give him what he wanted.
'What can you show me that I haven't seen before?' Astralious wanted to ask, but he kept his mouth closed, remembering how many times in the last few hours he had been surprised by this boy.
"I really hope whatever you want to show me, is worth it," he said, deep down, looking forward to it.
The skeleton raised his small sword after reaching within two meters of Elias.
"Flame Domain." Elias held the hilt of his sword with both hands, and mumbled.
The second these words escaped his lips, a fire lit up in his hands, and spread from the hilt to the blade of the Harbinger Sword.
Flames appeared beneath his feet, and spread behind him. The flames moved as if they had a life of their own, and completed a circle around the skeleton and Elias, forming a ring of fire with ten meters diameter.
"What is..." Astralious looked at the ring of fire which made the temperature rise in the surroundings. "Is this... another Domain?
He was familiar with Domains, having seen Elias use the Shadow Domain extensively. However, this felt fundamentally different.
The Shadow Domain was a manipulation of space, a pocket dimension. This felt like a direct manipulation of the elements themselves.
The little skeleton, for the first time since its appearance, showed a different reaction, observing the ring of fire around him. It took a hesitant step back, the clicking of its jaw momentarily stopping.
Elias pulled out the Harbinger which was now completely engulfed in the deep red flames. Meanwhile, the ring that was burning in flames only half a meter high, became fiercer.
The flames rushed out of the ring of fire, creating a complete wall of flame in the surroundings that reached the ceiling.
"This is a basic form that I can control for now," Elias explained as the flames of the ring reflected in his eyes. "I can manipulate flames within this space, and to a limited extent… control their behavior."
"It's not perfect," he continued, as the flames burned bright. "It consumes a lot of energy, and I can't maintain it for long. But against an undead… I believe it should be effective."
"It's not perfect... You brat, do you even know how hard it is for a human to get a domain? And you already have two? A domain will only get stronger as you get stronger and you already have two?!"
At the moment, Astralious even forgot that he was in a situation where someone wanted to kill them. He was more interested in the domain, an ability that even a Constellation like him couldn't write off.
