Chapter 1364: Chapter 1364: Conflict

"Seeking death!"

Seeing his beloved disciple sent flying, the old man’s face showed murderous intent.

In the valley, they were top-tier existences.

High in status and power!

Stepping out of Lowell Tennyson, who in the world upon hearing their great name does not give way by three points?

Yet, this youth before them not only refused to give face to Lowell Tennyson but also used the momentum against them; with his own hand, he sent Wind Dragon flying several meters away!

"Hold on!"

The white-haired, child-faced elder coldly spoke: "Damari Tennyson, come back."

"Yes!"

Damari Tennyson gave Julius Reed a fiercely resentful glance, extremely unwilling to turn around.

He wanted to leave, but Julius Reed had no intention of letting him go.

"Did I say you could leave?"

Julius Reed fiercely tugged and conveniently slapped his right palm onto Damari Tennyson’s shoulder!

Thump! Thump! Thump!

The unguarded Damari Tennyson staggered back seven steps before he finally steadied himself.

"Impudence!"

Finally, the elder as the Sect Leader, personally took action!

He left an afterimage in his original place and instantly appeared in front of Julius Reed.

Boom!

Four fists collided.

Both parties stepped back several steps.

The people of Lowell Tennyson drew their weapons one after another, and those six elders had already retrieved their own Sword Boxes, ready for battle at any moment!

"I am Chris Tennysons of Lowell Tennyson, may I ask for Your Excellency’s name?" Chris Tennysons stared intently at Julius Reed, as if trying to see through him.

That palm strike just now had a probing intent.

The opponent was strong.

But how strong, had not yet been tested.

"A nobody of no renown." Julius Reed gave the person before him a cold glance, "In life, it’s better to adhere to some principles."

Having said this, he turned and walked towards Rat Town.

"Die for me!"

But suddenly.

Wind Dragon on the ground drew the treasured sword from his sect mate’s waist and crazily charged at Julius Reed!

Rage!

Fury!

Accompanied by unwillingness and humiliation!

Wind Dragon wanted to kill the one who dared insult him!

"Just with you?" Julius Reed sharply turned, slightly leaned his body backward and directly clasped onto Wind Dragon’s wrist!

"Hold on!"

Seeing this scene, Chris Tennysons was shocked inside!

Spurt!

But before the people of Lowell Tennyson could draw their arms to come to the rescue, Julius Reed’s right wrist slightly shook, and the Longsword directly chopped off Wind Dragon’s right hand!

Blood splattered everywhere!

"Ahh..."

The agonizing pain made Wind Dragon let out a terrible scream.

Clang!

Julius Reed released his grip.

The Longsword and a blood-drenched hand fell to the ground.

"Overestimating oneself." Julius Reed shook his head, hands clasped behind his back as he looked at the Lowell Tennyson crowd before him: "Looking for trouble?"

"You..." Damari Tennyson trembled with anger.

His own beloved disciple had his right hand chopped off!

Wind Dragon was a genius!

The hope of Lowell Tennyson!

At a young age, he had already reached the realm of a Grandmaster.

There was the prospect of becoming a Great Grandmaster within thirty years, taking charge of Lowell Tennyson!

But now...

Wind Dragon’s sword-wielding hand had been severed, turning into a crippled person...

"Who are you people!" Seeing the situation turn dire, Nicholas Pendleton immediately stepped in between the two groups: "I am the Acting Commander overseeing the matters of Rat Town! And this General Grove behind me is a distinguished guest of the Nine Routes! If you trouble him, you’re opposing us Nine Routes!"

"Pah!" Damari Tennyson spat on the ground: "Lad, are you talking to my Lowell Tennyson? Do you believe that I could have your head in an instant?"

"Sword, rise!"

As he spoke, Damari Tennyson abruptly lifted both hands!

Swish!

A longsword flew out from the Sword Box, heading straight for Nicholas Pendleton!

When the distance between them was less than thirty centimeters, the longsword stopped, hovering in midair.

Nicholas Pendleton’s heart pounded furiously, his face instantly turning deathly pale.

It took him a full five seconds to regain his composure.

"Hmph!" Seeing the panicked look on his opponent’s face, Damari Tennyson sneered and with a wave of his hand, he remotely grabbed the longsword and drew it back.

"Master... it hurts so much!" The wailing of Wind Dragon from the ground suddenly caused Damari Tennyson’s joy to vanish.

Damari Tennyson bent down, taking some medicinal powder from his bosom, and gently sprinkled it on the wound.

As he applied it, his heart twisted in pain.

A promising talent, ruined, he feared.

"Ah!"

As the white powder touched the blood, it hissed.

Wind Dragon’s face contorted in pain, as he knelt on the ground, howling in agony.

Moments later, the blood miraculously stopped.

The wound turned dark.

"Sect Leader, he must die!" Damari Tennyson said coldly, sword in hand.

"Presumptuous!"

Nicholas Pendleton roared angrily, having collected himself, and his nine underlings quickly readied their weapons.

Boom!

A flare lit up the night sky.

"Presumptuous? Then you die first!" Damari Tennyson took a step forward but was intercepted by Chris Tennysons.

"Sect Leader!" He looked perplexedly at the elder before him, his brow deeply furrowed.

"Do not complicate matters. Have you forgotten the purpose of our journey?" Sensing his apprehension, Chris Tennysons looked up toward Nicholas Pendleton, "Nine underlings? Could it be Hagan Marsh?"

"Correct! It is indeed Commander Marsh!" Nicholas Pendleton had barely finished speaking when lights flooded the area from afar.

Then, came the roar of engines.

Upon seeing the flare, hundreds of the nine underlings jumped down from the trucks.

Witnessing this, Chris Tennysons’s frown deepened further.

"No wonder you dare to be so brazen!" He said expressionlessly: "So, the nine underlings have got your back. But remember, hurting my elder, maiming my beloved disciple, is something Lowell Tennyson will eternally bear in mind!"

After speaking, he looked at Nicholas Pendleton, "When Commander Marsh returns, I will surely recount today’s events to him exactly as they occured!"

"Sect Leader!" Damari Tennyson called out unwillingly: "Little Dragon’s injury..."

"A gentleman’s revenge, ten years is not too late." Chris Tennysons gazed piercingly at Julius Reed, "Within seven days, this vengeance shall be served!"

"Yes!" Damari Tennyson lowered his head, looking at Wind Dragon who was beginning to break down, his teeth clenching with a crackling noise!

A swordsman, with his sword-wielding hand severed!

Was now but a cripple!

"You initiated the fight, and now you stand as the aggrieved party?"

Lillian Tompson sternly said without mincing words, "Your disciple was overconfident and hurt others first! Now having one hand chopped off is purely self-inflicted!"

As if not satisfied, she pointed at Chris Tennysons, heedless of his status as the Sect Leader of Lowell Tennyson, "Old man, it’s clear you’re at fault, why try to force the blame onto us? Lowell Tennyson, what a load of crap that is!"

Back when the Ten Thousand Mountain Alliance was thriving, Lowell Tennyson would pay homage every year.

Now seeing such a domineering attitude, Lillian Tompson had nothing but disdain.

"Enough!" Julius Reed said softly, "Chopped off it is, what can we do? If you dare, come kill me. If you can’t kill me, you’ll just have to endure."

"You..." Damari Tennyson was so furious he gasped for breath, his right hand again gripped the sword.

From Lowell Tennyson to Swimming City!

Two thousand kilometers!

On this journey, members of sects had been nothing but gracious.

Only in this Swimming City!

In this Rat Town!

They were insulted!

"Let’s go." Julius Reed did not bother with the people of Lowell Tennyson and instead, led Lillian Tompson away.

Nicholas Pendleton and his men stood in the middle of the road until Julius Reed had walked far away, only then did they retreat.

"Does something feel off?" After walking a few hundred meters, Julius Reed muttered softly.

"Where?" Lillian Tompson pointed behind them: "Those old fools?"

"Hmm."

Julius Reed nodded thoughtfully, "Why would the people from Lowell Tennyson come to Swimming City?"

"General Grove!"

At that moment, Nicholas Pendleton came running over, panting heavily, "Just now I heard their phone call, it seems these swordsmen might be guests invited by Ghost Boss! Now we might be in trouble!"
