Jiang Yexun watched as the girl cared so much about him, making his heart turn soft. However, he knew well that his partner was a person of pure character. They locked the bicycle, returned to the spot where they had seen the traffickers, and discovered that they had met up with a pregnant woman in her twenties in the alley.
Evidently, she was their accomplice.
After their discussion, they immediately split up and walked out of the alley. From their vantage point, they could see half of the street and noticed that the two men quickly positioned themselves on either side of the road, pretending to be ordinary pedestrians.
The woman found a secluded corner and moved in and out of it.
It was clear that they intended to use this method to encounter someone who fit their needs and was kind-hearted. Afterward, they would commence their performance.
Su Xiaoxiao was impatient and couldn’t stand waiting for long.

Over the next hour, the pregnant woman approached two young girls who were not yet twenty years old. She pretended to be in pain and fell to the ground. However, the passersby didn’t even glance in her direction. The two girls quickened their pace, as if afraid of getting involved.
The woman even begged for help from the two girls, but they walked faster and seemed afraid of being scammed.

After half an hour, a kind-hearted but naive girl finally rushed over to help the woman while she pretended to be in pain.
The two men on either side of the street immediately exchanged glances. One of them walked around the corner, while the other followed the young girl discreetly.

They kept their distance because they were afraid of being discovered. After a while, they arrived in a secluded alley, and the three traffickers disappeared from their view.

Jiang Yexun stepped back and pointed to a small corner where a pile of miscellaneous items was stored. He whispered to Su Xiaoxiao, "I’ll wait here and see if they move. You go report to the police and bring them here."
Su Xiaoxiao nodded immediately and anxiously cautioned him, "Be careful by yourself. I’d rather miss this opportunity than let anything happen to you."
"I know! I haven’t married you yet; I can’t afford to die for someone else." Jiang Yexun smiled and teased her.
Su Xiaoxiao didn’t want to waste any more time and quickly went to find the police.
There weren’t many police stations in this area, and it took her a while to find the right place. The police officers inside the room stood up as they saw Su Xiaoxiao rush in.
"Young comrade, is something urgent?" one of the police officers walked over and asked her with concern.
"My partner and I spotted three human traffickers, and we followed them secretly. We saw them abduct a female comrade and enter a small courtyard. My partner is watching them, so I came here to inform you," Su Xiaoxiao briefly explained the situation.
The police officers were taken aback and looked at each other. Without hesitation, they quickly grabbed their weapons.
Their faces turned serious, and they hurriedly surrounded Su Xiaoxiao as they left the police station, making their way to the alley where they had been before.
