Yujin carefully opened Winston’s door. The faint scent of pheromones suddenly grew stronger. It seemed to embody the presence of the owner who wasn’t there now. Swallowing dry saliva without realizing it, he quietly stepped inside. For some reason, a guilty tension arose as if he was entering a forbidden place.

Hah...

He deliberately took deep breaths and moved slowly. His gaze wandered around the room before finally settling on the bed. Swallowing again, the sound of a harsh heartbeat echoed in his ears. So, Winston sleeps here. Thinking that made his heart feel like it would burst.

Cautiously climbing onto the bed, Yujin closed his eyes briefly and tried to calm his breathing. Otherwise, he felt he might faint before Winston came. Inhaling and exhaling, the lingering traces of pheromones made his head spin more, though he didn’t realize it yet.

Maybe I’m too lewd.

Understanding his growing excitement that way, Yujin quickly glanced around. How should he act when Winston arrived? Like this? Or like that?

He changed his posture again and again in thought, lying half-reclined on the bed while staring at the door. He couldn’t lie down comfortably, feeling like Winston could open that door and come in any moment. His heart pounding, he waited for Winston in as sexy a pose as he could manage, anticipating the moment the door would open soon.

What the hell is going on!

When the minute hand on the wall clock passed twenty, Yujin grew angry and suddenly jumped up from the bed. No matter how long he waited, Winston hadn’t come in, nor could he hear footsteps. He decided he needed to find out what was going on. Without hesitation, he flung open the door.

The answer was soon clear. As he stepped into the hallway, noises from downstairs reached his ears. “Sending them off,” he thought, but no way. Stepping onto the landing, Yujin stopped in place. In the living room on the first floor, about a dozen people were loudly drinking and chatting boisterously.

What on earth is this...

Standing dumbfounded, Yujin soon spotted Winston. Sitting alone on the sofa they had been lying on together, Winston held his head in his hands. Anyone could see he was the homeowner who had failed to chase away uninvited guests.

“Winnie...”

Yujin approached, wanting to offer even a little comfort. The atmosphere was broken, but hadn’t they just confirmed how much they wanted each other? The next step would be much easier. They could continue after sending them off... Thinking that, Yujin started to go down the stairs but soon stopped again. A familiar beauty with long hair was approaching Winston to speak. That wasn’t all. Seeing Evelyn sitting next to Winston on the sofa, chatting and gently stroking his shoulder, Yujin was about to faint.

“Sorry, Winnie. I tried to stop them, but no one listened...”

Evelyn’s apologetic voice was met with Winston’s tired sigh.

“It’s fine. They’re not the kind of people who would listen anyway.”

As if responding to that, boos and cheers mixed together came from behind. Winston glanced back to check the noisy group who were shouting and drinking carelessly, then looked away again. As he rubbed his face with both hands, Evelyn, who hadn’t said a word, cleared her throat.

“By the way, where’s that guy? If he’s upset because of us...”

“No, it’s not like that.”

Winston started to say more but stopped. It suddenly felt too exhausting to explain everything one by one. Remembering those stupid uninvited guests, Winston’s anger took hold as he imagined what he could have been doing with Yujin by now if they weren’t here.

Damn bastards, should I just shoot them all?

Just then, recalling that there was a gun in the living room, someone suddenly shouted.

“Hey, that’s Winston’s lover!”

Reflexively turning his head, Winston spotted Yujin standing on the stairs and froze. Seeing him there with wide, surprised eyes, Winston hurriedly stood up.

I told him to stay in the room.

In his flustered mind, self-reproach poured down. He must have gotten tired of waiting and come out. Instead of staying here, he should have gone upstairs and reassured Yujin—what a stupid bastard.

“Yujin...”

Winston tried to rush toward him, but someone else was faster. A guy bounding up two or three steps at once suddenly wrapped Yujin’s shoulders with his arms.

“Ugh!”

“Yujin!”

Seeing his partner scream and struggle, Winston’s face turned pale. He wanted to beat that guy right away but couldn’t move fearing Yujin might fall. Frozen in place, Winston watched as the guy staggered down the stairs.

“Yujin, are you okay? What the hell is this guy doing?” 𝐟𝐫𝕖𝗲𝘄𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝕧𝐞𝚕.𝕔𝕠𝐦

Although only a few seconds had passed, Winston felt as if all the blood was draining from his body. As soon as the guy reached the living room, Winston immediately grabbed Yujin protectively and shouted. But the drunk guy, already fully drunk, didn’t sense any danger and just grinned slyly.

“If you’re his lover, you should say hello to us. Hi, I’m Barry. We’re all Winston’s friends.”

His speech was slurred and barely understandable, but he still put his hand on his chest politely and even bowed. Winston wanted to punch him out immediately but held back to ➤ NоvеⅠight ➤ (Read more on our source) first check on Yujin’s condition. Expecting him to be trembling in fear, Yujin instead looked confused and didn’t seem in danger.

“Yujin, are you okay?”

“Uh? Uh-huh.”

Answering again, Yujin nodded dazedly.

“I-I’m just a little shaken. I’m okay...”

He didn’t look scared at all, just startled. Relieved, Winston hurried to continue.

“Sorry, these guys barged in without permission. You’ve waited long, right? I was just about to shoot them all.”

“No, no need to go that far.”

Yujin hurriedly shook his head, flustered. Another guy laughed loudly and interrupted.

“What’s the big deal? What did we do?”

“Yeah, we’re just here to have fun.”

“What’s your name? Come here, let’s drink together.”

“I like pretty girls.”

“Me too. Where did this guy find such a beauty? Why’ve you been hiding her?”

Amid their loud chatter, Yujin felt dizzy but sensed no malice from them.

Maybe it’s okay to exchange a few words...

If they’re Winston’s friends, he’d get to know them eventually. So it wouldn’t hurt to talk briefly now. Besides, having never been among so many people before, Yujin was nervous but also curious.

With Winnie here, nothing dangerous would happen...

While he was pondering, Evelyn came into Yujin’s sight. Surprised, Yujin blinked, and Evelyn gave an embarrassed, wry smile. Unfortunately, it backfired. Seeing Evelyn confidently mingling with everyone as a respectable adult, unlike himself, who was cradled like a child in Winston’s arms, Yujin suddenly felt rebellious. Moreover, he had just seen Evelyn sitting close to Winston chatting affectionately—right there, where he had almost made love with Winston moments ago.

I can do that too.

Taking a deep breath, Yujin put his hand on Winston’s chest and pressed firmly. Winston didn’t even flinch, but it was enough to get a reaction.

“Yujin?”

As if asking what was wrong, Winston looked at him, and Yujin spoke with a slightly flushed face.

“I-I should say hello to your friends. Since we’re all gathered.”

Winston frowned and looked down at him. Still not understanding, Yujin expressed himself more clearly.

“I want to join in and have fun with everyone.”
