Chapter 113: Chapter 113: Undying Love

"Shanshan, hold on tight!"

Clutching the waist of the Rakshasi, the Bull Demon King leaped into the air, his voice resonant, echoing throughout the entire Blood Sea.

"Reverse the Heavens Underfoot!"

As soon as his words fell, the sky over the Blood Sea darkened, the originally blood-red sky now overshadowed by a massive, sky-obscuring black shadow hanging overhead.

"What is that?"

The Asura Clansmen were all dumbfounded.

"Hey, I can’t move!" Suddenly, one of the Asuras cried out in horror.

Once these words were uttered, it was as if a large stone had been dropped into a lake, setting off an explosion of reactions.

"Me too, why?"

"I can move, but it’s so strenuous!"

"What’s going on, what exactly is that thing in the sky?"

The shadow, upon closer inspection, looked like a huge hoof.

"Foolish tricks." Indra’s rage had not abated in the least; with a point of his hand, a massive skeleton soared upwards to meet the challenge.

Watching the approaching skeleton indifferently, the Bull Demon King coldly commanded, "Step!"

No sooner had his command been issued than the colossal hoof shadow crashed forcefully downwards.

Boom!

The skeleton was shattered into pieces upon contact with the hoof shadow, unable to offer any resistance at all.

Even he is attacking?

At Ease Heavenly Poxun, looking at the all-encompassing technique, his face darkened, waved his hand mightily, and his mana enveloped all Asura Clansmen except Indra.

Boom!

A deafening sound erupted, and the entire platform’s height was leveled by the Bull Demon King’s strike.

Although the Asura Clansmen were protected by At Ease Heavenly Poxun and were not injured, many were still knocked to the ground.

Compared to them, however, Indra, and Bitianda, who had already died, fared far worse.

Caught off guard, Indra was forced to half kneel on the ground, an utmost humiliation, and Bitianda’s corpse had turned into a pancake, too gruesome to behold.

The Asura Clansmen’s proud physiques crumbled under the Bull Demon King’s ’Reverse the Heavens Underfoot’ with a single strike.

Seeing this scene, Indra completely erupted.

"Ah!"

Indra roared fiercely, "You shall not leave the Netherworld Blood Sea alive today!"

The overwhelming mana of the Daluo Golden Immortal poured out like floodwaters breaching a dam, as Indra took the bell from his waist and shook it vigorously.

The bell’s clang was not the usual tinny sound, but eerily deep.

"Quick, we must leave!" The Rakshasi recognized what Indra was holding in his hands, her face drastically changing as she feebly urged the Bull Demon King to hurry.

The Bull Demon King nodded gravely, and just as he was about to escape with the Rakshasi, they were directly blocked by Indra.

Some sharp-eyed Asura Clansmen recognized the bell, and couldn’t help exclaiming in surprise.

"It’s the Assembly Bell! Could it be that Lord Indra is planning to—"

Before the words were finished, three streaks of light simultaneously flew toward the arena.

Vishnu, Lutuolo, Ghost Mother—the Four Demon Generals of the Asuras had all assembled!

"The Bull Demon King’s abduction of the princess is unforgivable; he must be slain here and not allowed to leave the Blood Sea alive," Indra thundered, making no mention of his own son’s fate.

The Asura Clan was divided into four Demon Kings and Four Demon Generals, and although they were all demon kings, At Ease Heavenly Poxun was the most advanced in his cultivation and thus the chief king, also known as the Asura King.

Indra, likewise, held the highest cultivation among the Four Demon Generals, and thus wielded relatively greater authority, possessing the right to summon the other three Demon Generals to his side.

Seeing At Ease Heavenly Poxun below, the three Demon Generals exchanged looks, each hesitating slightly.

The king’s expression didn’t seem very angry.

"What are you waiting for? Kill them!" Lord Indra had already lost his reason by now. All he wanted was to avenge his son, and for that purpose, he even used the name of At Ease Heavenly Poxun to suppress others with power.

In his agitation, he neglected the fact that At Ease Heavenly Poxun himself was currently below.

Upon hearing Indra’s words, At Ease Heavenly Poxun’s expression also turned cold. Unexpectedly, his trust and grooming had led to Indra becoming so emboldened.

Yet, even such a change in expression led the three demon generals to truly believe that what Indra said represented At Ease Heavenly Poxun’s wishes.

Immediately, they surrounded Bull Demon King and Rakshasi but no one dared to make a move, because after all, the princess was in their hands.

"Bull Demon King, you can’t escape," Indra spoke viciously, wishing he could just swallow Bull Demon King whole.

But, looking at Rakshasi, he still tried his best to restrain himself.

Softening his voice slightly, "Your Highness, come over to us quickly. He’s a heinous monster. Even if you stay with him, it will only bring you harm in the future."

"Lord Indra need not worry about me. No matter what happens, I, Rakshasi, will stand by my husband’s side through thick and thin!"

Seeing Rakshasi unyielding, Indra could only fix his stare menacingly on Bull Demon King.

"If you’re a man, don’t use the princess as a shield."

"To think that the mighty Bull Demon King would stoop to clinging to a woman for survival, it’s despicable!"

Bull Demon King was somewhat tempted, not out of anger, but because he knew he truly had no power to leave by force.

However, as a man who should stand tall and upright, he would rather die in battle than live on by banking on the enemy’s consideration for his wife.

Bull Demon King pushed Rakshasi beside him, urging her to leave, but his hand was firmly held.

"To share both life and death!"

Rakshasi’s voice was resolute and unyielding.

As the stalemate continued, a clear voice, yet one tinged with a hint of amusement, came from high above.

"He can’t leave on his own, how about with me?"

Everyone looked up at once, it was a young man with double wings on his back, handsome in appearance.

"Who are you?" Indra demanded angrily.

Coming at this time, and considering what this person just said, he was surely allied with Bull Demon King.

"Me?" The young man smiled slightly, "I’ve never changed my name or my seat, I am also known as Roc Demon King!"

"Brother, why have you come?" Bull Demon King looked anxious, for this Roc was just a Taiyi Golden Immortal like himself.

But those surrounding him were four Great Luo Golden Immortals.

Roc Demon King was unconcerned, pulling out two jars of Peach Blossom Brew and saying, "I’m not in a good mood today, so I thought I’d have a drink with you, brother."

After speaking, he tossed down an extra jar.

Bull Demon King caught it, looking at the jar and cursing with a laugh, "Damn it, you still had a private stash!"

"What private stash? I bought that with money! I wanted to save it for myself to enjoy slowly, but now you’re the lucky one."

Moved by the presence of the figure in the sky who came without hesitation, Bull Demon King’s heart was deeply touched. In life, he had a steadfast wife by his side and a brother willing to share in his hardships. It was worth it! 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝐰𝚎𝕓𝐧𝚘𝘃𝗲𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝕞

Uncorking the jar, Bull Demon King laughed loudly, "Good brother!"

There, in full view of everyone, the two demons shared a hearty drink, and the light fragrance of peach blossoms even tempted Rakshasi beside Bull Demon King.

"Refreshing!" After emptying their drinks, Bull Demon King and Roc Demon King threw the jars with gusto.

Nothing beats drinking with a brother!

The jar shattered into pieces on the ground.

"Kill them all!" Indra roared, "Take out the newcomer first!"

Anyone who dared to help the one who killed his son must die!

"Kill me?" Roc Demon King pointed at himself, as if he had heard some outlandish joke.

"Then come and have a try." Roc Demon King chuckled, twisting his neck and looking eager to try, as he too wanted to verify the real combat effects of his Divine Skills.
